the 'Transistor Pop' podcast has been created in conjunction with my YouTube Channel and will become the definitive place to be for your regular prescription of exciting music and sounds from a time long gone and fading fast in people's memories. I will explore 1960s teenbeat, folk-rock, fuzz & Farfisa mayhem, psychedelia and bubblegum pop with random excursions into post-sixties garage punk . . . all interspersed with vintage radio adverts and movie promos. The format is tight and totally wired: 8 songs, 4 adverts, and your expanded mind. Every mix will meet my high standards of sound quality. All uploads are in FLAC. Bring your own beer and acid.
