Why would a man voluntarily give up control of his own sexuality; and what does he get in return? In this episode, I interview JC about his experience with male chastity: how he discovered it, the psychological shifts it creates, the role of the keyholder relationship, and what chastity reveals about desire, denial, and devotion in power exchange dynamics. We cover the difference between fantasy and lived practice, how trust is built and tested, and why denial can paradoxically deepen intimacy. Power Exchange Psychology explores the minds behind dominance and submission, hosted by a practitioner with a background in the helping professions.
Most people hear "ballbusting" and picture the most extreme version they've ever seen. In this episode, I explain why that's almost never what a real CBT session looks like; and what's actually happening between the two people in the room. CBT covers an enormous range: light sensation play at one end, genuine extremity at the other, and the whole scale is a dial, not a switch. I talk about what draws Me to it, My own first time, and the part almost nobody discusses; how a skilled top learns a specific body, reads response in real time, and meters intensity accordingly. I also get into the element of fear play, why some submissives want forceful play from the jump while others need a deep trust foundation first, and the range of sensations involved: impact, squeezing and stretching, devices, electroplay, ball ties and humblers, predicament and bondage, and where medfet elements like needles and sounding come in. And because this is an area where inexperience causes real harm: red flags on both sides of the slash. What should make a bottom walk away from a top, what should make a top decline a session, and how to actually build these skills rather than improvising on someone. Topics: CBT, ballbusting, sensation play, pain processing, fear play, negotiating intensity, trust-building in D/s, medfet, and how to find real instruction. New episodes every other week. Why does a man need to be "made" to do something he already wants? In this episode, I unpack forced bi; one of the most misunderstood dynamics in FemDom; and the psychology underneath it. "Forced" bisexuality is almost never about force. It's about permission. For men raised in a culture where male bisexuality still carries enormous stigma, desire that can't be admitted has to be arranged. The scene structure does the work that shame won't allow: if she made me, I didn't choose it, and I don't have to answer for it. Drawing on my background as a trauma therapist and my work as a professional Dominatrix, I look at why bisexual men so often lack a safe space to explore, how the D/s container creates one, what a skilled Domme is actually holding in these scenes, and where the line sits between a fantasy of coercion and real consent. Topics: forced bi, bisexual shame, masculinity and sexual identity, consensual non-consent, psychological safety in kink, why bi-curious men seek out FemDom, and what changes when a man is finally allowed to want what he wants. New episodes every other Wednesday. Follow so you don't miss the next one.
Ever wondered what pegging actually involves; but didn't know who to ask? In this interview, I answer every question about pegging from start to finish: prep and hygiene, choosing your first toy and harness, easing into penetration, communication during play, and the mistakes beginners make most often. Whether you're curious, nervous, or ready to try, this conversation covers the real information you need; honest, judgment-free, and grounded in years of professional experience. 🔓 Want the full demonstration version? The extended edition on my 🌶️ sites includes hands-on demos of everything discussed here; plug insertion, harness fitting, thrusting techniques, and more, shown step by step.
Everything you think you know about male chastity is probably wrong. In this episode, I take on the biggest myths about chastity one by one; that it's about punishment, that it's harmful to the body, that only weak or broken men want it, that the keyholder does it out of cruelty, that devices are dangerous, that it kills intimacy; and I break down what the reality actually looks like from years of professional keyholding. We'll separate the medical facts from the fearmongering; what safe device wear actually requires, hygiene and sizing truths, and the difference between discomfort that means stop and the ache that's the whole point. Plus the relationship myths; why chastity so often deepens intimacy instead of replacing it, what the keyholder actually experiences, and why the men who explore it are so often the opposite of what the stereotype claims. A note on this one; this episode was originally recorded for my YouTube channel, and back then it came with a live Q&A stream alongside JC where we took your chastity questions in real time. Those livestreams are gone now along with the channel; so if you'd want a fresh chastity Q&A episode right here on the podcast, maybe even with JC back for round two, let me know. Your questions built the best parts of the original; I'd love to do it again. This pairs with my very first episode, Why Chastity Changes Men; that one covers why it works, this one clears out the nonsense. Together they're the full picture. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask. I used to sit across from clients as a trauma therapist. Now they kneel. In this episode, I'm telling My full metamorphosis story for the first time; how a career spent helping people heal from trauma led Me; not away from that work, but deeper into it; into the dungeon, the leather, and the life of a professional Dominatrix. We'll get into the path itself; what My time in trauma work taught Me about the human mind and what conventional practice couldn't reach, the moment I realized that power exchange could hold and heal people in ways the therapy room sometimes can't, the fear and cost of walking away from a respectable career for a stigmatized one, and the training and certification in Therapeutic BDSM that brought both halves of my life together into one practice. This is a story about shedding a life that no longer fit; and discovering that everything I learned in the old one was preparation for this. If you've ever felt like the life you're living belongs to someone you used to be; this one's for you. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask. ABDL might be the most misunderstood and mocked corner of the kink world; and the reality is nothing like the assumptions. In this episode, I break down adult baby/diaper lover identities and age play between consenting adults; what these practices actually involve, why for so many practitioners they are entirely non-sexual, and what's really being sought; comfort, safety, stress relief, and a break from the crushing weight of adult responsibility. We'll get into the difference between ABDL, age play, and age regression, and why conflating them causes so much confusion; what littlespace is and why people describe it as the deepest relaxation they've ever experienced; the caregiver dynamic and what each side gets from it; and the psychology of why revisiting comfort, structure, and care meets needs that everyday adult life leaves unmet. Plus; the stigma question head-on: why this community faces more mockery than almost any other, why the "it must be something dark" assumption is wrong, and what the research and lived experience actually say. To be crystal clear; everything discussed in this episode is about consenting adults, and this episode focuses on the non-sexual expressions of these identities; because that side is real, common, and almost never covered honestly. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask. New episodes bi-weekly. Follow the show so you don't miss what's next.
You've mastered the beginner basics; so what comes next? In this episode, I open up my intermediate anal toy collection and walk you through what leveling up actually looks like; the toys that come after your starter plug, how to know when you're ready to size up, and the difference between progressing safely and rushing into regret. We'll go piece by piece through the collection; larger plugs and how to approach sizing jumps, weighted and vibrating options and what each sensation adds, glass and stainless steel and why temperature play changes everything, anal trainers and progression kits, and the intermediate mistakes I see constantly; jumping sizes too fast, neglecting the warm-up you think you've outgrown, and buying for looks instead of body-safe materials. Plus lube pairings for each material, cleaning and care, and which pieces in my collection earn their place versus which ones are honestly just pretty. For audio listeners; I describe every piece as I go, so you won't miss a thing, and the full list from this episode is at my link below. This is the follow-up to my beginner anal toys episode; if you're just starting out, listen to that one first. Your body will thank you. Every dynamic in BDSM; every scene, every protocol, every collar; is built on one thing: the exchange of power. In this episode, I break down the psychology of power exchange itself; what's actually being traded when one person surrenders control and another takes it, why that trade produces such profound intimacy and trust, and why power exchange satisfies psychological needs that vanilla relationships often leave untouched. We'll get into both sides of the slash; what submission gives the sub, from relief and release to structure and purpose, and what dominance asks of the Domme, because holding power responsibly is far more demanding than most people imagine. Plus; the spectrum of power exchange from a single negotiated scene to 24/7 dynamics and total power exchange (TPE), how D/s differs from the power struggles of everyday life precisely because it's chosen, and why the exchange only works when consent makes it real. This is the episode underneath all my other episodes; chastity, pegging, mindfucks, humiliation; every one of them is a form of power exchange. This is the foundation they're all built on.
Subspace is one of the most sought-after experiences in all of BDSM; and one of the least understood. In this episode, I break down what's actually happening in the mind and body during and after a scene; what subspace is and what it feels like, the endorphin and adrenaline chemistry behind that floating, altered state, why some subs fly and others don't, and why chasing subspace as a goal usually guarantees you won't get there. Then we get into the part nobody warns beginners about; sub drop. Why the crash comes hours or even days after a scene, what the emotional and physical symptoms look like, why drop doesn't mean anything went wrong, and how to prepare for it before it hits. And because Dommes are not machines; we'll talk about top drop too, the side of the exchange almost nobody discusses. Finally, the answer to all of it; aftercare. What real aftercare looks like beyond blankets and water, how to negotiate aftercare needs before the scene, why aftercare requirements differ wildly from person to person, and how to care for a partner; or yourself; in the days after intense play. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask. There's a reason the flogger is the most iconic tool in the dungeon; done right, it can be a massage, a meditation, or a storm. In this episode, I break down flogging and impact play from the ground up; how flogging actually works on the body, why the line between pain and pleasure blurs the way it does, and what separates a skilled flogging from someone just swinging leather around. We'll get into choosing your first flogger; materials, weight, and falls, and what each one delivers; where on the body is safe to strike and where you never, ever aim; warm-up technique and why rushing it ruins everything; rhythm, sensation-building, and reading your partner's body as you go. Plus the full experience around the impact; endorphins and subspace, what flying feels like, aftercare for both partners, and how to negotiate an impact scene so everyone knows exactly what they're in for. Whether you're picking up a flogger for the first time or refining a practiced swing, this is the complete foundation; safety, technique, and the psychology of why impact play runs so deep.
Consent is the difference between BDSM and abuse; and yet most people have never actually been taught how to do it. In this episode, I break down consent and negotiation from the ground up; how to talk about what you want before anyone touches anyone, how to set hard limits and soft limits, choosing and honoring safewords, and why a good negotiation is the sexiest part of the scene, not the paperwork before it. We'll get into the consent frameworks the kink community actually uses; SSC (safe, sane, consensual), RACK (risk-aware consensual kink), and PRICK (personal responsibility, informed consensual kink), what each one gets right, and which situations call for which. Plus; how to check in mid-scene without breaking the spell, what ongoing consent really means, how to renegotiate when something isn't working, and the red flags that tell you a partner doesn't respect the process. Whether you're brand new and nervous about the first conversation or experienced and ready to sharpen your negotiation skills, this is the foundation everything else in kink is built on. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask. What does it actually mean to be certified in Therapeutic BDSM; and what happens inside a program like that? In this episode, I take you into my own early experiences training as a Therapeutic BDSM practitioner; why I pursued certification after years of professional domination, what the training actually covered, the moments that challenged what I thought I already knew, and how it changed the way I run every session in my dungeon. Therapeutic BDSM is a clinical framework developed by Dr. Yulinda Renee Rahman; the intentional, structured use of BDSM practices within a consensual, nonsexual therapeutic context, using negotiated power dynamics and embodied sensation as tools for healing and personal growth. I share how discovering that framework reframed work I'd already been doing instinctively, and what it was like to put formal structure underneath years of practice. We'll get into what separates therapeutic practice from a standard session, how a helping-professions background shapes the work, the ethics and boundaries that matter most when kink touches healing, and what I'd tell any Domme considering this path. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask.
Anyone can swing a flogger; it takes real skill to take someone apart without ever touching them. In this episode, I break down psychological domination and the art of the mindfuck; what it actually is, why mental play reaches places physical play never can, and how anticipation, suggestion, and controlled uncertainty become the most powerful tools in a Domme's arsenal. This one was sparked partly by my reading of The Dominatrix Archetypes by Mistress Damiana Chi, Ph.D.; I share my thoughts on the book and how her framing of domination as fundamentally psychological connects to what I've built my own practice around. We'll get into the techniques that make psychological play work; expectation and denial, silence as a weapon, the power of what's implied but never stated, and why the sub's own imagination does the heaviest lifting. And because this is the sharpest edge in BDSM, we'll spend real time on the ethics; the difference between a mindfuck and manipulation, why consent and negotiation matter more here than in any physical scene, how trust makes the whole thing possible, and what aftercare looks like when the scene happened entirely inside someone's head. This is my signature; they don't call me the Mistress of MindFuck for nothing. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask.
What should actually be in your cart when you're starting out with anal play? In this episode, I unbox a full lineup of beginner anal toys and go through them one by one; what each toy is for, what makes a good starter plug versus a waste of money, sizing and materials explained (why silicone, glass, and stainless steel make the cut and what to avoid entirely), and the safety features that are completely non-negotiable; flared bases, always. We'll get into how to choose your first plug, beads, and trainer kit, what lube actually works with which materials, how to clean and store everything properly, and the beginner mistakes I see constantly; buying too big, skipping the warm-up, and trusting toys that were never designed to be safe for the body. A quick note for audio listeners; I describe everything as I go, so you won't miss a thing, and the full list of what's in this episode is available by reaching out. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask.
Pegging isn't really about the act; it's about what the act means . In this episode, I break down pegging as power exchange; why receiving flips the script on everything men are taught about masculinity, what surrender in this form unlocks that no other dynamic quite reaches, and why the men who crave it most are so often the ones who least expected to. We'll get into the psychology of penetration and vulnerability, why giving up that particular control is such a profound act of trust, how pegging reshapes the power dynamic between partners far beyond the bedroom, and the emotional intensity on both sides of the strap; because the Domme's experience of this exchange is just as rich as the sub's, and almost nobody talks about that half. This is the psychology episode; if you're looking for the full practical walkthrough from prep to technique, that's my pegging interview episode, and the complete demonstration version lives on my Patreon. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask.
Golden showers might be one of the most snickered-about kinks out there; it's also one of the most requested in my dungeon, and almost nobody talks about why. In this episode, I break down watersports and piss play from every angle; the psychology of why it appeals, what it has to do with degradation, worship, territory, and intimacy, and why a kink this taboo is far more common than anyone admits. We'll get into the different meanings golden showers hold for different players; degradation for one, devotion for another, pure taboo thrill for a third; plus the practical side that actually matters: hygiene and health basics, hydration, negotiation, where and how to play safely, and how to bring it up with a partner without the conversation going sideways. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask.
Why would anyone crave being insulted, embarrassed, or put in their place? In this episode, I break down the psychology of humiliation and degradation kink; why being put down by the right person in the right context produces arousal instead of injury, how erotic humiliation flips shame into release, and why this is one of the most misunderstood dynamics in all of BDSM. We'll get into the difference between humiliation and harm, why consent and negotiation matter more here than almost anywhere else, the types of degradation play from verbal to physical to ritual, how a skilled Domme reads the line between delicious and damaging, and what aftercare looks like when the scene is built on being torn down. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask.
What's really happening in the mind of a sissy? In this episode, I break down the psychology of sissification and feminization; why this kink runs deeper than clothes or roleplay, how shame and arousal become fused into something extraordinarily powerful, and why the men drawn to it often carry the most rigid ideas about masculinity in their daylight lives. We'll get into the erotics of humiliation and why it works, the difference between degradation and transformation, what feminization offers that no other form of submission does, and how a skilled Domme uses this dynamic safely; because when a kink touches identity this closely, consent and aftercare matter more than anywhere else. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask.
Why are the men kneeling in my dungeon so often the ones running companies, courtrooms, and operating rooms? In this episode, I break down the psychology of male submission; why high-powered, dominant-in-daylight men are the ones who most crave surrender, what it means to hand over control when your whole life is built on holding it, and why submission isn't weakness but one of the most demanding forms of trust there is. We'll get into the relief of decision fatigue, the erotics of power exchange, why a femdom dynamic gives these men what no boardroom can, and what BDSM psychology reveals about the connection between control, stress, and desire. I'm a professional Dominatrix and certified practitioner of Therapeutic BDSM, bringing you honest, judgment-free kink education; the psychology, the power dynamics, and the real answers to the questions you're too afraid to ask.
