A man can be a part of your plan, just don’t make him all of it. Velveteen rabbit style real and raw conversations about being a woman on dharma and on purpose. Hannah Haller lives on her four-acre off-grid homestead in Hawai'i she bought in cash and built from raw land. Between teaching live-streaming yoga classes, leading retreats, writing a bestselling Substack, and actively building a regenerative farm, she shares with her pup, Pete. Over the past 15 years, Hannah has turned an unconventional life into a multi six-figure business and cult-like following – without ever chasing one. Janne Robinson wrote her viral poem This Is for the Women Who Don’t Give a Fuck in 2014 a piece that reached millions and became an anthem for women putting themselves on the menu. She is the author of two poetry books This Is for the Women Who Don’t Give a Fuck and There’s Cobwebs on Her Vagina and, as a coach, has helped thousands of people create a life of authentic belonging. Janne has led over 200 purpose sessions and has helped more than 120 women start companies from their gifts. Her work is rooted in one core belief — belonging from anything other than who you are isn’t worth it. Authors: Hannah Haller Janne Robinson

We unpack the difference between sex and emotional intimacy, and how moving quickly into physical connection can sometimes create the illusion of love, security, or emotional closeness. We share our own experiences with dating, intimacy, and learning to slow down, set boundaries, and become more intentional about who we allow into our lives and bodies. We explore what it means to build connection through friendship, discernment, and a “slow burn” instead of rushing toward physical intimacy. * Why we once believed sex could lead to love, emotional connection, or relationship security * Dating apps and the “fast food culture” of modern dating and instant gratification * The value of slow-burn dating and taking time to genuinely know someone * Setting boundaries early and how they can reveal whether someone is truly aligned with you * The idea of energetic exchange and the lasting imprint physical intimacy can leave * Becoming more selective about who we share our bodies and energy with * What past relationships can teach us, even when they ended painfully * Sharing stories between women as a way to offer support, awareness, and protection—and knowing when it becomes unproductive gossip * Taking responsibility for our lives without using accountability to dismiss or minimize trauma * Breaking cycles of pain and abuse instead of allowing them to continue through generations * Asking what we truly want from intimacy, relationships, and the people we choose to let close Visit the website: https://www.amanisntaplan.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/amanisntaplan/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/people/Amanisntaplan/61587882744032/ Music by Kontraa Music from Pixabay

In this episode, we talk about how easy it is to internalize someone else’s behavior in dating and walk away believing we weren’t enough. We also lay down a clear line: relationships should feel emotionally safe, aligned with our values, and supportive of the life we’re building. In this episode, we discuss about: Internalizing a partner’s actions as a verdict on our worth How criticism and “too much accountability” erode confidence The difference between helpful feedback and superficial nitpicking Beauty industry conditioning and porn-driven expectations shaping attraction Objectification, entitlement, and why a woman’s body is not public property Racism, sexism, and hardline values that determine when we walk away Emotional labor, disconnection from self, and why divorce can be healthy Visit the website: https://www.amanisntaplan.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/amanisntaplan/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/people/Amanisntaplan/61587882744032/ Music by Kontraa Music from Pixabay

In the first episode, we tell the real origin story behind starting A Man Isn’t A Plan and why the fastest way back to self-trust is saying the truth out loud.
