🖖 What’s the best order to watch Star Trek? This week, Trek Trav joins me with a Trekkommendation that could completely change how you look at the franchise: watch Star Trek in release order. Why? Because in Star Trek, time travel has consequences . Trav’s theory is that whenever our heroes travel into the past, their actions subtly alter what comes afterwards. That means the differences and apparent continuity errors we see between shows might not be mistakes at all — they could be the result of everything that happened in the series released before them. So rather than trying to put Trek into a perfect in-universe chronological order, perhaps the evolving timeline actually makes release order the best way to experience it . Star Trek: Enterprise may have ended on TV… but the story certainly didn’t.
