If you’ve ever found yourself thinking: “Why am I still stuck on this?” “Why can’t I just let go?” “I’ve done so much… what am I missing?” This episode will show you exactly why. In this episode, I share: Why doing “all the right things” still isn’t fully releasing the attachment The real reason I was stuck (and what my clients don’t see at first) What you’re actually holding onto — and why it keeps the loop going Why emotional attachment isn’t just one feeling… but layers How a structured process allows you to finally complete the letting go This is for the woman who: feels deeply shows up and does the work has already come a long way but knows she’s not fully free yet If something clicks while listening… you’re not crazy. What gets any woman letting go is belief in herself and her capacity.
You’re not stuck because you still love him. You’re stuck because you think letting go means losing the love—and your needs being met. This episode will help you understand what you’re actually holding onto, and how to let go without losing what you truly need.
You don’t need to wait for time to heal all wounds. There is a real time frame for healing and I share what I know to be true as a letting go coach who has successfully helped people let go after divorce and breakup.
You’re not the kind of woman who falls apart too easily. You’re capable, resourceful, and independent. You have many friends, a career or a business you’re proud of. You know how to connect with all types of people, and you know how to create chemistry. You’re used to making things work. And yet… this breakup or divorce is the one thing you can’t seem to let go of. You keep asking yourself: Why can’t I just let go? Why am I still holding on? Why am I still giving all of my energy and power to this? You tell yourself you should be able to let go, because intellectually you know the dynamic wasn’t healthy for either of you. So why are you still holding on? Part of you believes it’s all your fault. That you were too emotional. That you sabotaged the relationship. That if you had just done things differently… maybe they would have stayed. But the reason you’re holding on isn’t because you’re weak. In this episode, I’m going to walk you through why you’re actually holding on, give your heart and mind some gentle clarity, and show you why the shame you feel about not being able to just let them go might actually be the very thing keeping you stuck.
When you find yourself hurting, you’ll be able to see it and think, “Oh right, this is why it’s hurting. This isn’t it, and this is what I need to do differently.” You will know how shift from what hurts to what helps.
As hard as it is to hear: You’re creating your own stuckness and you’re not a victim to needing to let this belief of “I can’t let go” be true for you. You get to decide what is true for you ❤️
If you’re still holding on to your ex, it’s probably not because of your attachment style. It’s because of something deeper—and once you see it, everything changes.
Why “detaching to get them back” keeps you stuck — and how to actually let go.
The compulsion to get your ex back is not from God.
Trusting pain helps you love yourself through it and is the strongest antidote to depression and heartbreak pain.
