Space Between

In this episode, we invite director of the V&A East, Dr Gus Casely Hayford, to consider the idea, influence and experience of the archive, with Fredrik Hellberg and Lara Lesmes of Space Popular. Reflecting on cultural and museuological practices, they discuss the extent to which either category of archive and experience might remain tangible and how modes of engagement might expand to meet future audiences.

In this episode, we pair james taylor foster — curator, writer, critic and freshly appointed executive director of ParaSite in Hong Kong, and the Berlin-based Daryan Knoblauch, architect, designer and researcher, whose publication 000 - Systems, Prosthetics and Devices was published earlier this year, to discuss the condition of presence and how to design for immersive experiences today.
