Quiet In The Night

When life hurts, it's easy to wonder, "Does God even care about what I'm going through?" You've prayed. You've waited. You've cried. Yet nothing seems to change. But God's silence does not mean He has stopped caring. First Peter 5:7 says, "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." Think about those words: He cares for you. God sees the tears nobody else sees. He knows about the worry keeping you awake at night. He understands the disappointment you've tried to hide behind a smile. And He hasn't forgotten you. You may not understand what God is doing right now, but you can trust His heart. He is closer than you think, working even when you cannot see evidence of it. Tonight, tell God exactly how you feel. He sees someone worth loving, worth rescuing, and worth calling His own. Walk confidently today, knowing you are cherished by your Creator and that His plans for your life are filled with hope, peace, and purpose.
