  1. 3 Signs Your Inner Child Needs Healing + EFT Tapping Session from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Sep 17, 202629 min

3 Signs Your Inner Child Needs Healing + EFT Tapping Session Have you ever had an emotional reaction that felt way bigger than what was actually happening? Maybe someone didn’t text you back, criticized you, disappointed you, or made you feel unseen—and suddenly you felt rejected, anxious, unsafe, or like you had done something terribly wrong. Sometimes, it isn’t the woman you are today reacting. It’s a younger part of you asking to finally be seen. In this episode of the Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast , I’m sharing 3 signs your inner child may need healing , how EFT tapping can help you work with these younger parts of yourself, and why healing the past can change what you’re able to receive in the future. Then, I’m taking you inside a real tapping session from a recent live event. Nicole came into the session carrying deep sadness and grief connected to her inner child. She rated that sadness an 8/10 . After just a few rounds of tapping, she moved from an 8… to a 5… to a 2… and ultimately to 0.5 , describing what remained as completely different from the sorrow she had been carrying before. In this episode, you'll learn: 3 signs your inner child may be asking for healing Why inner child healing isn't only for people who experienced major childhood trauma How childhood experiences can show up later as people-pleasing, overachieving, fear of rejection, relationship patterns, money patterns, and difficulty receiving Why your adult mind can know you're safe while a younger part of you still doesn't feel safe How EFT tapping helps you identify and release emotions stored in the body The questions I use when working with younger parts of self Why I believe the past can unlock the future How releasing what you've been carrying can create more space to receive One of the most important things to understand is this: Inner child healing isn't about changing what happened. It's about changing what you're still carrying because of what happened. And when that younger version of you finally feels seen, heard, loved, and supported, she doesn't have to run the show anymore. The woman you are today gets to lead. Ready to Learn How to Tap? 2. How EFT Tapping Actually Works: The Science, Story & Life-Changing Power of Tapping from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Sep 16, 202644 min

What if one skill could change the way you handle stress, emotions, money, relationships, your body — and even the way you help other people? In this episode, I’m taking you inside Day 1 of my Learn to Tap training to break down what EFT Tapping actually is, how it works, the science behind it, and why I believe this simple tool has the power to change your life. Tapping found me during one of the hardest seasons of my life. I was 19, a brand-new mom, grieving multiple devastating losses, experiencing debilitating anxiety and physical symptoms that no one seemed to have answers for. Then I experienced tapping. One session changed the trajectory of my life — and eventually became the work I knew I was meant to share with the world. In this episode, we talk about: ✨ What EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) actually is ✨ The history and science behind tapping ✨ How tapping works with the nervous system and subconscious mind ✨ The tapping points + a simple tapping sequence you can try with me ✨ Why we move through venting → releasing → affirmations ✨ How tapping can be used for anxiety, confidence, money, relationships, pain, visibility, business and more ✨ Why affirmations can feel like they “don’t work” when your subconscious is still resisting them ✨ How tapping helped me move through my own anxiety, grief and fear of being seen ✨ The moment tapping helped my dad in the hospital and I realized this work was bigger than me ✨ Why learning EFT eventually became the foundation of my business and Tapping School And most importantly, I want you to consider: What if tapping didn’t find you by accident? Maybe you came to this work because you need it for yourself. Maybe you know someone you want to help. Maybe you’re already a coach, healer, therapist or practitioner and you know EFT is the missing tool in your work. Or maybe there’s simply a deeper knowing inside of you saying, I’m supposed to learn this. TAPPING SCHOOL IS NOW OPEN 🎉 If this episode activated something in you and you’re ready to go from experiencing tapping to actually learning, practicing and becoming certified in EFT , I would love to welcome you inside Tapping School. This isn’t a weekend course where you learn a few tapping points and leave with a certificate. Over the next six months, you’ll learn the foundations of EFT, practice the work, experience your own transformation, learn how to safely guide others, and discover how to integrate tapping into your greater purpose, mission and business. You’re not just learning another modality. You’re putting a tool in your hands that you can carry with you — and give to other people — for the rest of your life. 👉 JOIN TAPPING SCHOOL NOW: https://www.jackiemcdonald.ca/tapping-school Doors are officially open, and I cannot wait to see who says YES to this next chapter. Because my mission is bigger than a certification. I want tapping in the hands, hearts and homes of people around the world — and that starts with people like you. See you inside. 🤍 — Jackie

  3. Becoming the Woman Everything Is Happening For: How to Enter Your Receiving Era from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Sep 14, 202641 min

What if your next level isn't about working harder… but becoming more available to receive? I almost didn't go to Living Brave Live. I was tired. There were some really serious things happening behind the scenes with my family. Part of me wanted to stay home. Thank GOD I went. From the moment I left, it felt like one good thing after another started happening for me. A surprise first-class upgrade. A woman running up to me in a line of 1,100 women to tell me that she and her husband tapped with one of my podcast episodes — and made $30,000 in four days. Winning access to a mastermind I'd wanted to join all year. Unexpected conversations that completely changed how I'm thinking about wealth and my future. New speaking opportunities. 15 people inquiring about an offer within minutes of me posting it. Women I deeply admire wanting to be part of something I'm creating in 2027. And downloads about my future that literally had me crying on the plane home. But this episode isn't really about everything that happened at Living Brave Live. It's about the state I was in when it happened. One of my intentions this year was to become better at receiving, and I am starting to understand something: Abundance doesn't always come from working harder. Sometimes you've already done the work. Sometimes the next level is allowing yourself to receive what all of that work has been preparing you for. In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of one of the most synchronistic few days I've experienced and sharing what it's teaching me about receiving, manifestation, faith, money, surrender and becoming the woman things happen FOR. We're also tapping together on releasing the belief that everything depends on you and activating a new identity: I am the woman everything is happening for. Inside this episode, we talk about: Why resistance can sometimes show up right before a major expansion What happened when a client cancellation challenged me to choose faith over scarcity The $30K tapping story that stopped me in my tracks How releasing shame can create space for greater freedom and receiving Why your security doesn't have to come from your business, clients or how hard you work Learning to see God as the source and people, opportunities and ideas as the channels The difference between forcing a manifestation and allowing yourself to be shown what's next Why it needs to feel safe to be seen, chosen, supported and paid The emotional full-circle moment that reminded me what 15 years of following this calling has created What I'm beginning to see for 2027 and why legacy, mothers and daughters are at the heart of it A full EFT tapping session to help you become the woman everything is happening for This episode is your reminder: It's safe for life to be this good. It's safe for people to find you. It's safe to be chosen. It's safe to be paid. It's safe to be supported. And it's safe for it to keep getting better. Ask yourself: If I truly believed I was the woman everything was happening for, what would I stop chasing today — and what would I allow in instead? Come Learn to Tap With Me — FREE If today's tapping shifted something for you, I don't want tapping to be something you only experience while listening to this podcast. 4. She Made $30K After Tapping: A Neuroscience Student on the Female Brain & Abundance from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Sep 11, 202645 min

What happens when a neuroscience student tries tapping… and $30,000 comes into her business four days later? 👀 I met today’s guest, Amber, at Powerhouse Women—and when I ran into her again at Living Brave Live in Denver, she stopped me in line and said: “My husband and I did the tapping on your podcast…and we brought in $30,000 in four days.” Obviously, I needed the whole story. So we left the event, went back to my hotel room, turned on the microphones and recorded what became one of my favorite conversations yet. Amber is an entrepreneur, wellness expert and neuroscience grad student who spent more than two decades working in television before following a calling into an entirely different chapter of her life. And this conversation goes SO much deeper than her $30K tapping story. We talk about the female brain, hormones, perimenopause, ADHD, neuroplasticity and emotional regulation —including why so many women reach a stage of life where they suddenly feel different in their bodies, their relationships, their businesses and even their identities. Amber shares what she’s learning about the relationship between hormones and the brain, why women need to advocate for themselves when they know something feels off, and what she believes women need to understand as they move through perimenopause and menopause. We also dive into the difference between the brain and the mind and the incredible concept of neuroplasticity: your brain can continue creating and strengthening new neural pathways throughout your life. And, of course, I couldn't help but connect this back to tapping. I share the analogy I was taught years ago: an old belief can feel like a highway in your brain, while a new belief begins as a dirt road. Every time we interrupt the old pattern and reinforce the new one, we're helping pave a different road. But some of my favorite moments in this episode have nothing to do with science. They're about becoming. Amber shares why she had to release the need to be the expert in everything and instead trust herself as the visionary. We talk about being called into work that doesn't necessarily make sense to everyone else, letting yourself pivot, releasing perfectionism, becoming more visible, and learning to receive the support required for your next level. And then Amber shares the belief she's currently working to release: “All abundance comes from hard work.” OOF. Her new mantra? Surrender to support. If you're a high-achieving woman who knows you're being called into something bigger—but part of you still believes you have to work harder, control everything or do it all yourself to get there—this conversation is for you. IN THIS EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT: ✨ How Amber says tapping preceded $30,000 coming into her business in four days ✨ The female brain and what can change during perimenopause and menopause ✨ Hormones, emotions and why women can suddenly feel different in midlife ✨ ADHD and the female brain ✨ The difference between your brain and your mind ✨ Neuroplasticity and our ability to create new neural pathways ✨ Tapping and my “highway vs. dirt road” analogy for changing beliefs ✨ Navigating incredible growth and incredibly hard circumstances at the same time ✨ Why perfectionism can keep us from being fully visible ✨ Trusting a calling that doesn't make logical sense ✨ Pivoting careers and identities as a woman ✨ Why high-achieving women can struggle to receive help ✨ Releasing the belief that abundance requires hard work ✨ What it means to surrender to support ✨ Building a heart-led business where people feel safe, seen and loved ✨ Becoming the woman capable of holding the bigger vision This episode is such a beautiful reminder that you don't have to stay on the same path simply because it's familiar. Your brain can change. Your beliefs can change. Your identity can change. And the way you create success can change, too. Maybe your next level doesn't require you to work harder. Maybe it requires you to become more supported. CONNECT WITH AMBER Follow Amber at @sciencebasedceo and check out Reveal Med Spa for more of her work around women's wellness, longevity, hormones and brain health. And if you listen to this episode and have an aha moment, send it to a woman who needs to hear it—and go DM Amber and tell her what landed for you. The woman she's becoming? Wildly successful. And maybe you are, too. ✨

  5. How EFT Tapping Helps You Heal What Other Modalities Couldn’t from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Sep 9, 202631 min

In this episode of the Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast , Jackie sits down with former Tapping School student and Advanced Tapping Practitioner Saskia to talk about the transformation that happened when, after years of healing work, she discovered a tool that helped her body finally hear: “You’re safe now.” When Saskia first found Jackie through the free Learn to Tap training, she was navigating a major transition in her life—including the end of a relationship that had lasted more than 30 years. She had already spent 15 years on a healing and spiritual journey and had explored other modalities, but tapping allowed her to access deeper layers of emotion and painful memories in a way she hadn't experienced before. As Saskia describes it, when the body begins to feel safe, it can finally allow you to go places it may not have felt safe enough to go before. In this conversation, Jackie and Saskia explore what happens when we stop simply understanding our patterns and begin creating safety in the body to actually release them. You'll hear about: Why feeling safe in your body can be a missing piece in deeper emotional healing Saskia's experience finding tapping during one of the biggest transitions of her life Why we can normalize fear, tension and hypervigilance without realizing we're carrying them How tapping helped Saskia move through an intense fear of speaking and being seen The power of Parts of Self work and understanding that one part of you can be afraid without all of you being afraid How Tapping School's buddy sessions create both hands-on practitioner experience and an unexpected personal healing journey Why old emotions and memories can surface when you're stepping into a new level The difference between intellectualizing healing and actually feeling safe enough to experience and release emotion How Saskia went from overthinking what she said to feeling free to simply be herself What it's like to work as an EFT practitioner and allow intuition and divine guidance to move through a session Why healers can sometimes find it easier to connect spiritually than to feel fully grounded in their bodies, relationships, health and money Saskia's advice for anyone considering learning EFT: listen to your heart, not your fears Today, Saskia describes her life as balanced, peaceful and free. She works with clients online and in person, spends time in nature, plays sports, travels and no longer feels the same internal pressure to achieve or prove herself. And that may be one of the greatest gifts of this work: Not becoming someone new. But feeling safe enough to fully be who you already are. Ready to experience tapping for yourself? Join Jackie for Learn to Tap , a FREE four-day tapping experience happening September 14–17 . 6. A Therapists Take On Tapping: Does It Really Work? from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Sep 7, 202631 min

A Therapist’s Take on EFT Tapping: Does It Really Work? with Kristine Edwards What does a licensed therapist really think about EFT tapping? In this episode of the Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast , Jackie sits down with former Tapping School student and licensed mental health therapist Kristine Edwards to talk about how tapping went from something Kristine was skeptical about to becoming a cornerstone of both her personal practice and the work she does with clients. Kristine spent more than 20 years working in HR and corporate America before reaching a point where she knew something had to change. She was successful, capable, and accomplished—but exhausted from constantly holding everything together. Then tapping found its way back into her life. After joining Tapping School , Kristine began incorporating EFT tapping alongside her existing therapeutic and coaching tools. Today, she uses tapping with professional, high-achieving women to help them move from what she beautifully calls “bracing to breathing.” In this conversation, Jackie and Kristine explore why tapping can be such a powerful complement to traditional therapy and coaching, how practitioners can use it to support their own nervous systems, and why you don't have to abandon the modalities you already use to make tapping part of your work. In this episode, you'll hear: Kristine's journey from corporate HR executive to therapist, coach, and “wayfinder” for women Why she initially thought tapping looked strange—and what changed her mind A therapist's perspective on EFT tapping and why it can work so quickly How Kristine incorporates tapping alongside traditional therapy and coaching modalities The difference between clinical EFT and coaching-based tapping Why therapists, counselors, coaches, and healers may benefit from learning tapping What compassion fatigue can look and feel like for helping professionals How tapping can help practitioners regulate themselves instead of carrying their clients' emotions home Why Kristine uses tapping almost every morning How tapping can support burnout, anxiety, limiting beliefs, confidence, and emotional regulation How to integrate tapping into an existing therapy, coaching, wellness, or healing practice Why you don't need to know everything before you begin Kristine shares one of my favorite reminders from this conversation: “Imperfect practice is better than no practice.” Tapping doesn't have to replace what you're already doing. It can become another tool in your toolbox—a practice you reach for before a client session, after a difficult conversation, when you're feeling overwhelmed, or when you simply need to come back to yourself. As Kristine says, “It fits everywhere.” Ready to experience tapping for yourself? Join Jackie for the FREE 4-Day Learn to Tap Training, September 14–17. 7. The Power of Tapping: She Was in Pain for 25 Years...Then Everything Changed from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Sep 4, 202649 min

What if learning one simple tool could change not only your life… but your child’s life, your career, your confidence, and the generations that come after you? In today’s episode of the Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast , I’m sitting down with one of our longtime Tapping School practitioners, Shannon Winchester , to share what has happened in the six years since she first found tapping. When Shannon discovered this work, she was navigating a separation, financial uncertainty, motherhood, chronic hypervigilance and more than 25 years of chronic back pain . Then one morning, after doing tapping around her pain and unprocessed grief, she woke up completely pain-free. And that was only the beginning. In this conversation, Shannon shares how tapping helped her go from being terrified of public speaking—literally shaking and feeling sick at the thought of it—to leading workshops, appearing on podcasts, working with nonprofits and doing lunch-and-learns with doctors and surgeons. We also talk about the ripple effect this work has had on her son, her family, her finances, and the people she now gets to help. In this episode, we talk about: ✨ Shannon’s journey from chronic fight-or-flight to feeling safe in her body ✨ The incredible story of waking up pain-free after more than 25 years of chronic pain ✨ How tapping helped her process grief she had carried since the 1990s ✨ Going from an intense fear of public speaking to leading workshops and speaking in front of rooms ✨ How she used tapping with her son for fears, sleep, separation anxiety and stressful situations ✨ Why learning tapping can create a ripple effect through an entire family ✨ How Shannon turned tapping into a career when she wasn’t sure how she was going to financially support herself ✨ Why learning the business of tapping is just as important as learning the technique if you want to turn this work into a career ✨ The six-month vision Shannon wrote in Tapping School—and how almost all of it eventually came true One of my favorite reminders from this conversation is this: Once you learn how to tap, you have a tool for life. You can use it in moments of fear, overwhelm, expansion, uncertainty, pain, parenting, business, money, relationships and so much more. And when you teach it to someone else, you have no idea how far that ripple might travel. This is why I do this work. This is why Tapping School exists. And this is why I want to get tapping into the hands, hearts and homes of people all over the world. Ready to experience tapping for yourself? 8. Don’t Keep It In: EFT Tapping for Grief, Visibility and Speaking Your Truth from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Sep 1, 202614 min

Life is too precious to keep your truth, your love, your gifts or your work hidden. Jackie is recording this deeply personal episode from Vancouver Island after gathering with her family to lay her grandmother to rest. Just two days later—on what would have been her grandmother’s 97th birthday weekend—her cousin welcomed a beautiful new baby into the family. Witnessing loss and new life so close together has reminded Jackie that time is not guaranteed, family matters and possibility and legacy continue. In this episode, Jackie reflects on the importance of speaking your truth rather than carrying unexpressed grief, anger, fear or love alone. She explains how EFT tapping can give us a safe place to acknowledge what we feel, process emotionally intense experiences and prepare ourselves to express what needs to be said with love and integrity. But this conversation isn’t only about family. How many of us are also keeping our ideas, gifts, stories and offers hidden? Someone may desperately need the medicine you carry—but they cannot receive it if they cannot find you. Jackie explores why visibility is more than a marketing strategy: it is an act of service. Posting allows people to understand how you can help them. Selling gives them an invitation to receive that help. Being paid allows you to sustain and expand the work you are here to do. Jackie then guides you through a visualization and EFT tapping sequence to release the fears associated with being seen, selling and receiving—and to become available for greater visibility, impact and expansion. Inside this episode: What grief and new life can teach us about family, legacy and possibility Why it is important to speak your truth instead of keeping everything inside How tapping can support you through grief, anger, fear and difficult conversations The difference between expressing your truth and reacting impulsively Why tapping doesn’t erase what happened—but can help you move through it How hiding your work prevents the right people from finding you Why visibility and selling can be acts of service Common fears that appear when you imagine greater success A visualization for expanding your audience and attracting aligned buyers A guided tapping sequence for feeling safer being seen, sharing your gifts and selling your work Affirmations from this episode: “I attract buyers daily.” “It is easy for people to find me.” “It is easy for people to fall in love with my work.” “It is easy for them to buy.” “The right people recognize themselves in my message.” “They are ready for the transformation I provide.” “I am available for greater visibility, deeper impact and continued expansion.” “It is safe to let my truth, my gifts and my work be seen.” There are people who need the medicine you carry—but first, you have to feel safe enough to let it be seen. 9. How to Receive More Without Waiting for the Other Shoe to Drop from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Aug 26, 202630 min

What happens when life is expanding in incredible ways—and then difficult news brings everything to a sudden stop? After returning home from the Powerhouse Women event, Jackie was experiencing one good thing after another: new clients, a $20,000 sales week, exciting interviews, upcoming events and an unexpected invitation to attend Shoshanna Raven’s Living Brave Live in Denver. Her heart was wide open. Her business was growing. The momentum was undeniable. Then Jackie received frightening news about someone she loves, and everything changed in a moment. In this deeply personal episode, Jackie explores how to hold grief and gratitude, fear and faith, heartbreak and expansion at the same time. She shares why an identity upgrade isn’t about pretending difficult things don’t hurt—it’s about allowing yourself to feel what is true without deciding that the good has stopped. Because one hard thing does not cancel every good thing that happened before it—or every good thing still making its way to you. Jackie also shares how she used EFT tapping to move through grief, remain open to receiving and generate $20,000 in sales after setting the intention to create an additional $10,000–$12,000 for her trip. You’ll learn how to recognize your financial glass ceiling, challenge the belief that one big sale was a fluke and expand your capacity to believe that even more support, money and opportunity can follow. Inside this episode: Why “everything is the upgrade”—including the moments you never would have chosen How to feel grief without becoming consumed by it The difference between processing emotions and spiritually bypassing them How tapping helps you move through hard seasons without abandoning yourself Jackie’s unexpected invitation to Living Brave Live How she tapped toward a financial goal and generated $20,000 in sales Why receiving more can activate fear, doubt and “waiting for the other shoe to drop” How to expand your capacity for more money, visibility and opportunity Five questions to help you identify and tap through your current blocks A guided EFT tapping sequence for remaining open to faith, support and good things Borrow this affirmation: “One good thing after another keeps happening for me. One big opportunity after another keeps being presented to me. One big sale after another keeps coming in. I have the support and resources I need to sustain the growth and expansion happening in my life now.” One hard thing does not mean the good has stopped. You can grieve and still receive. You can feel afraid and still have faith. You can support the people you love without abandoning yourself or the work you’re here to do. Ready to learn how to use tapping for yourself? 10. Powerhouse Women: Divine Connections, Bigger Visibility & True Wealth from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Aug 24, 202631 min

What if the life you’ve been tapping toward is already beginning to unfold around you? I just returned from the Powerhouse Women event in Arizona, and I’m bringing you behind the scenes of one of the most expansive, emotional, and manifestation-filled weekends of my life. One year ago, Veena Jetti didn’t know I existed. This year, she invited me onto her show, joined me for an intimate live podcast event, shared my work from the Powerhouse Women stage, and asked me to create an event with her. But the most meaningful manifestation of the weekend wasn’t a business opportunity, a powerful connection, or being recognized in the room. It was driving through Arizona with my daughter on the eve of her 15th birthday—singing Britney Spears at the top of our lungs—and remembering the frightened 18-year-old version of me who once thought she might lose her. In this episode, I’m sharing how tapping has helped me move through self-doubt, release my attachment to how opportunities are supposed to happen, trust my intuition, make more audacious asks, and become the woman capable of holding the life I once prayed for. Because becoming a Wildly Wealthy Woman isn’t only about how much money you make. It’s about the relationships you build, the women you elevate, the legacy you leave, and the emotional freedom you experience along the way. In this episode, you’ll hear: How I manifested a relationship and collaboration with Veena Jetti Why regulating your nervous system helps you hear and trust your intuition The difference between forcing an opportunity and recognizing divine timing Why you need to make more audacious asks and let people know how you can help What being in the “green room” of your life and business can feel like How I moved through the trigger of wanting to be recognized on a bigger stage Why you don’t have to wait for someone to choose you—you can create your own stage The power of releasing attachment while remaining devoted to your vision What Veena taught me about saying women’s names in powerful rooms Why true wealth is found in legacy, relationships, impact, and the women beside you The content lessons I learned from Jen Gottlieb, Natalie Ellis, and other incredible speakers The full-circle moment with my daughter that became the greatest manifestation of the weekend One of my biggest reminders from this experience is that you can tap through every belief standing between you and your dreams—and tap into the identity of the woman who is ready to live them. Your emotional freedom is the foundation for every other kind of freedom. If you’re ready to experience tapping for yourself, join me for my free Learn to Tap training this September. 12. Your Message Is Medicine: Why You Keep Hiding (And How to Find Your Voice Again) from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Aug 10, 202616 min

What if the reason you're not showing up isn't because you don't know what to say… but because some part of you still doesn't feel safe being seen? This week inside my Show Up & Shine Challenge, I asked the women: If I handed you a microphone right now and told you your message was about to reach millions of people… how would your BODY feel? Not your mind. Your body. For so many women, the immediate response was contraction. Tightness. Fear. Wanting to hide. And yet, these are the same women who know they're here to make a bigger impact. In this episode, we're talking about what happens when your heart desires visibility, but your nervous system is still trying to protect you from it—and how tapping can help you become the woman who feels safe enough to be fully seen, heard and expressed. You'll hear me talk about: ✨ Why your nervous system can resist the very thing you consciously desire ✨ The younger parts of you that learned being seen, heard or fully expressed wasn't safe ✨ Why those parts aren't broken—they adapted to protect you ✨ How to stop letting your younger self run your business ✨ Meeting the version of you who already knows what she has to say ✨ Why confidence may not mean becoming louder, bigger or more polished—but becoming more fully yourself ✨ The question that can shift everything: What becomes possible on the other side of showing up? ✨ Why visibility isn't really about followers, likes or becoming an influencer— visibility creates opportunity ✨ Why the client who needs you can't buy from you if they don't know you exist ✨ How sharing your story could impact someone's choices—or even change their life ✨ Why this isn't ultimately a posting problem. It's an identity shift. Because I believe: Your message isn't the medicine. YOU are the medicine. Your message is simply how your medicine reaches the people who need it. ☀️ Ready to stop hiding and start shining? We're beginning Show Up & Shine: 30 Days of Tapping, Visibility & Identity inside the Wildly Wealthy Woman Experience. For the next 30 days, we're not just going to talk about visibility—we're going to practice it. We'll tap through what comes up when you're seen, work on your message and offers, play Visibility Bingo, practice getting on camera, share what you believe, tell your stories, SELL, and become the woman who can make an offer without apologizing, let someone misunderstand her without disappearing, and trust the value of what she carries. Aug 5, 202617 min

When Your Light Triggers Other People (Why You Must Shine Anyway) Have you ever wanted to post something online... and then stopped because you were worried about what someone might think? Maybe you've been told to tone it down. To stop sharing. To be quieter. To be "less." In today's episode, I'm sharing why one of the greatest acts of healing isn't becoming louder—it's becoming freer. I'm opening up about a relationship that taught me one of the biggest lessons of my life: your job is not to make other people comfortable by becoming smaller. Your job is to shine. I also share why visibility has been one of the most healing experiences of my life, how posting online helped me regulate my nervous system, and why people pleasing often keeps everyone stuck. If you've ever felt like you've edited yourself, filtered your truth, or abandoned parts of who you are to protect someone else's comfort, this conversation is for you. Inside this episode: Why your light can trigger other people's insecurities The difference between loving feedback and someone asking you to become smaller How people pleasing quietly keeps everyone stuck Why visibility is about healing—not just marketing The identity shift behind becoming a woman who gets paid to show up How to stop abandoning yourself and start trusting your voice Why fully expressed women become radiant women Powerful reminders from today's episode: Every time I show up, I get paid. Your light is not the problem—it may be the invitation. Visibility teaches your nervous system that it's safe to be fully yourself. You are responsible for shining your light—not managing other people's triggers. A fully expressed woman is a radiant woman. Ready to stop hiding? If this episode resonated with you, come join us inside the Show Up & Shine Tapping & Visibility Challenge. Together we're tapping through the fears that keep women invisible so you can: Show up with confidence Share your message unapologetically Build the business you're meant to build Get paid for being fully yourself Because the world doesn't need a quieter version of you. It needs the real you. If this episode encouraged you, I'd love for you to leave a review, share it with a friend, or post it on social media and tag me. 14. Show Up & Shine: The Woman You're Becoming Is Waiting on the Other Side of Visibility from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Jul 31, 202618 min

What if the thing keeping you from your next level isn't a lack of strategy—but a lack of safety in being seen? After hosting an intimate tapping circle on Vancouver Island and leading our Wildly Wealthy Woman community, I realized women everywhere are carrying the same invisible weight. We aren't struggling because we don't know enough. We're struggling because we've learned to play small, wait for permission, and hide the very gifts that could change someone's life. In this episode, we're talking about what it really means to become visible—not just on social media, but in your life, your business, and your calling. If you've been waiting until you're more confident, more polished, or more "ready," this episode is your invitation to stop waiting and start shining. In this episode, you'll discover: ✨ The surprising theme that emerged from both my in-person tapping circle and the Wildly Wealthy Woman community ✨ Why visibility isn't a marketing problem—it's an identity and nervous system pattern ✨ The five lies that keep women playing small: Fear of being judged Believing you're not polished enough Thinking you don't know what to say Waiting for life to calm down Worrying you'll seem salesy or desperate ✨ How to stop waiting for permission and start trusting your voice ✨ Why your stories are often more powerful than your expertise ✨ The mindset shift that changed the way I think about selling forever ✨ The affirmations we created together to help women become more magnetic, visible, and abundant Some of my favorite reminders from this episode: "Presence is more powerful than polish." "The world doesn't need another woman waiting until she feels ready." "Every time I'm visible, a new opportunity comes my way." "I make money by being myself." "The woman you're becoming is waiting on the other side of visibility." 15. Grief, Growth & Choosing to Show Up Anyway from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Jul 29, 202616 min

Grief, Growth & Choosing to Show Up Anyway Today is one of the most personal episodes I've ever recorded. I'm recording this on the day my grandmother passed away at 96 years old. Within hours of saying goodbye to one of the most important women in my life, I experienced unexpected opportunities in my business, shifting relationships, and a profound reminder that life is almost never just one thing. It's joy and grief. Heartbreak and hope. Endings and beginnings. All happening at the same time. In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of the past two weeks—from reconnecting with my family on Vancouver Island, to the story behind a photo of my grandma, my daughter, and me that changed the way I see my own life. I share the moment I knew I was leaving Mirra's dad, the gift my grandma gave me that helped build my business, and the realization that I'm no longer becoming the Wildly Wealthy Woman... I finally feel like I am her. If you've been waiting for life to settle down before sharing your gifts, starting your business, or showing up more fully, I hope this conversation reminds you that you don't have to wait. Sometimes showing up is part of the healing. In this episode, we explore: Why life is almost never "one thing" and how to hold grief and gratitude at the same time. The story behind the 2018 photo of my grandma, Mirra, and me—and why it means so much today. The moment I knew it was time to leave my eight-year relationship and choose a different future. What my grandmother taught me about resilience, leadership, and leaving a legacy. The $1,000 gift that changed the course of my life and business forever. Why belief is one of the greatest gifts we can give another person. How supporting my own family through tapping became a 15-year dream fulfilled. The identity shift from "becoming" the Wildly Wealthy Woman to realizing I already am her. Why so many women are still hiding online and how visibility can become part of your healing journey. An invitation to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start showing up anyway. A few of my favorite reminders from this episode: "Life is almost never one thing." "She believed in me before there was evidence." "Leadership isn't something you wait to feel ready for. One day you simply realize you're already carrying it." "The world doesn't need another perfect woman. It needs more real women." "Maybe all God has ever asked of us is one courageous decision at a time." Ready to stop hiding? If this episode spoke to you, I'd love to invite you into my Show Up & Shine Visibility Challenge . Together we'll tap through the fears, stories, and limiting beliefs that have kept you playing small, reconnect with your voice, and help you become the woman who knows her message matters. Because I truly believe your story is someone else's medicine. If this episode encouraged you, would you take a minute to share it with a woman who needs to hear it? 16. The Difference Between Manifesting & Co-Creating with God from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Jul 13, 202618 min

The Difference Between Manifesting & Co-Creating with God | A New Moon Reflection What if manifestation isn't about making life happen... What if it's about becoming available for what God wants to create through you? For years, I taught manifestation through vision boards, affirmations, tapping, future memories, and speaking life over your dreams—and I still believe in every one of those practices. But lately, something has shifted. Instead of asking, "How do I get what I want?" I've started asking, "God, what do You want to create through me?" That one question has changed everything. In today's episode, I share the mindset shifts, prayer practices, and simple actions that have completely transformed the way I'm creating this next chapter of my life. From dream clients and speaking opportunities to new events, meaningful relationships, and unexpected miracles, I've been reminded that when we partner with God instead of trying to force our own plan, doors begin to open in ways we never could have orchestrated ourselves. As we enter this New Moon, I invite you to pause, listen, and ask a different question. Not... "What do I want?" But... "What wants to be created through me?" In this episode, we explore: ✨ The difference between manifestation and co-creating with God ✨ Why I've stopped gripping my goals so tightly ✨ The five practices helping me elevate this season ✨ How tapping, prayer, and journaling help you hear God's direction ✨ Why asking better questions changes everything ✨ How to move from fear into possibility ✨ The power of taking the next obvious step ✨ Trusting that provision always arrives on time ✨ Becoming available for the life God wants to create through you The 5 Things I'm Doing to Elevate Right Now Ask better questions. Instead of asking "How?", ask "What wants to be created through me?" Speak from faith, not fear. Replace "What if it doesn't work?" with "What if this becomes even better than I imagined?" Take the next obvious step. You don't need the whole plan. You only need today's assignment. Trust provision. The right people, opportunities, resources, and finances arrive when they're needed. Become available. Sometimes the greatest shift isn't doing more—it's becoming more open to God's direction. Journal Prompt for the New Moon Close your eyes. Place your hand on your heart. Take a deep breath. Then ask yourself: What wants to be created through me? Listen. Write. Tap. Pray. And trust whatever begins to unfold. If this episode encouraged you, send it to a friend who's stepping into a new season or share it on Instagram and tag me. I absolutely love seeing what you're creating and hearing what God is stirring in your heart. And if you're ready to go deeper into this work, the Elevation Mastermind begins this week. When you join the Wildly Wealthy Woman Experience , you'll receive the entire mastermind as my gift—a six-week journey of tapping, prayer, faith, and becoming the woman you're being called to be. I can't wait to create alongside you. 🤍

  17. 7 Signs You're in a Season of Elevation from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Jul 10, 202620 min

7 Signs You're in a Season of Elevation Have you ever felt like you're doing everything "right," but you're still waiting? Maybe your business has slowed down. Maybe relationships are shifting. Maybe you're letting go of people, habits, or old versions of yourself. Or maybe you just know—deep in your soul—that God is preparing you for something greater... but you can't quite see it yet. If that's you, this episode is for you. Today I'm sharing one of the most powerful messages I've heard this year from Joyce Meyer on why God is much more interested in changing you than simply giving you what you want. Because here's what I've been learning: Preparation isn't punishment. It's purpose. It's the season where God develops your character before He expands your influence, prepares the vessel before He pours out the blessing, and teaches you to trust Him while you're waiting. I'll also share the signs I'm seeing over and over again in my own life, with my one-on-one clients, and inside the Wildly Wealthy Woman community that tell me someone is in a true season of elevation. In this episode, we talk about: ✨ The 7 signs God may be preparing you for more ✨ Why waiting doesn't mean God has forgotten you ✨ The surprising way elevation shows up before the breakthrough ✨ How tapping helps you stay aligned instead of slipping back into old patterns ✨ Why your body often tells you when it's time to grow ✨ The lesson Joyce Meyer shared that completely shifted my perspective on God's timing ✨ Why Jesus spent years preparing before stepping into His public ministry—and what that means for your own journey The 7 Signs You're in a Season of Elevation You're no longer willing to tolerate what drains your energy. Your relationship with God, faith, or your spiritual life is becoming deeper. You're trusting your intuition more than outside opinions. You're choosing faith over fear, even when the future feels uncertain. You're releasing people, habits, or environments that no longer fit who you're becoming. God is developing your character before expanding your influence. You're learning that the waiting season is preparing you, not holding you back. My Favorite Reminder from This Week "God is much more interested in changing us than giving us what we want." That sentence stopped me in my tracks. Because when I look back over the last few months, I can see that God hasn't just been preparing opportunities... He's been preparing me. Teaching me to trust. Teaching me to surrender. Teaching me to receive. Teaching me to stay steady when I don't know what's coming next. And maybe that's what He's doing in your life too. Journal Prompt If you're in your own season of elevation, spend a few minutes journaling on this question: What is God forming in me while I wait? Sometimes the greatest miracle isn't that your circumstances change overnight. Sometimes the miracle is that you do. ✨ If this episode resonated with you, I'd love to hear which of the seven signs spoke to you most. Send me a message on Instagram or share this episode with a friend who's walking through a season of waiting, growth, or becoming. And if you're ready to go deeper, I'd love to welcome you into the Wildly Wealthy Woman Experience and the Elevation Mastermind , where we combine tapping, prayer, community, and weekly coaching to help you become the woman God is preparing you to be. 18. Receiving Love: The Spiritual Experience That Changed My Heart Forever from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Jul 1, 202644 min

Receiving Love: The Spiritual Experience That Changed My Heart What if the prayer you've been asking God to answer... is already being answered, just not in the way you expected? This is one of the most personal episodes I've ever recorded. A few weeks ago, I was invited to my very first First Nations ceremony. I went with an open heart, a lot of curiosity, and honestly... a lot of nerves. I thought I was going to support someone else. I thought I was there to pray for the men and to deepen my connection to my Indigenous roots. What I didn't expect was that I would leave with one of the most profound experiences of my life. This episode isn't really about the ceremony. It's about learning to receive. It's about what happens when you've spent your whole life being the strong one, the helper, the healer, the woman who holds everyone else—and then God creates a moment where all you can do is receive love. I'll share the signs that guided me there, the unexpected healing that took place, the powerful lessons I walked away with, and why I believe this experience changed my heart forever. If you've been praying for clarity, healing, or wondering if God is leading you somewhere you don't yet understand, I hope this conversation reminds you that He is always working behind the scenes—even when you can't yet see the full picture. In this episode, we talk about: Following the signs and trusting God's guidance My first experience attending a First Nations ceremony What it means to truly receive love instead of always giving it Healing father wounds and opening your heart Why resistance doesn't always mean you're on the wrong path The unexpected peace I experienced during the ceremony Trusting God's plan over your own The three biggest lessons I'm taking with me from this experience My biggest takeaways: ✨ Pray for what God wants for your life, not just what you want. ✨ Pray for the vessel that can hold the blessings you're asking for. ✨ Elevation happens in segments. Stay regulated. Stay patient. Trust the waiting. One of the greatest realizations I had was this: I thought I went there to heal... but instead, I was the one being healed. Maybe that's what healing really is. Not becoming someone different. But finally believing you were worthy of receiving love all along. If this episode touched your heart, I'd love to hear from you. Send me a message on Instagram or share this episode with someone who's walking through their own season of healing, faith, or becoming. And if you're feeling called into a deeper relationship with God while creating a rich, purposeful, and joy-filled life, I'd love to invite you into my new Elevation Mastermind: https://jackie-mcdonald.mykajabi.com/offers/QUo2VadP/checkout . It's a six-week journey where we'll combine tapping, prayer, faith, and personal growth as we learn to trust God's plan and become the women we're being called to be. Thank you for being here. Thank you for listening. And thank you for allowing me to share this part of my journey with you. 🤍

Or maybe you can just feel that you're becoming someone new. This week, I sat down with my journal and wrote one sentence: I am in a season of elevation. As I kept writing, I realized something. Elevation isn't just about making more money, finding the relationship, landing the opportunity, or checking off the next goal. It's about who God is asking us to become before those things arrive. In today's episode, I'm sharing the biggest lessons I've learned during this season, the affirmations I'm speaking over my own life, and the scriptures that have been carrying me through uncertainty, surrender, waiting, and becoming. 20. Blindfolded & Blessed: You don't have to know where you're going to trust where you're being led. from Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast, opens in a new tab

    Jun 17, 202614 min

Have you ever felt like God was leading you somewhere beautiful, but refused to hand you the map? In this deeply personal episode, Jackie shares what she's learning in a season that feels both blindfolded and blessed—a season of trusting without knowing, receiving without controlling, and discovering that fulfillment isn't found in what's coming next, but in fully loving the life you have today. Reflecting on where she was exactly one year ago—heartbroken, grieving, and unsure of what was ahead—Jackie shares the powerful lessons that have emerged through surrender, faith, and allowing life to unfold in ways she never could have planned. If you've been feeling uncertain about your next step, questioning whether you're making the right decisions, or wondering what God is doing behind the scenes, this episode is a reminder that you don't have to see the entire path to trust where you're being led. Sometimes faith looks like taking the next step without knowing where the staircase ends. Sometimes the release isn't the end of the story—it's the beginning of something greater. And sometimes the greatest miracle is realizing that your life is already beautiful before it becomes everything you've dreamed of. In This Episode You'll Learn: Why the release is never the whole story How to trust God when you can't see what's next The truth about making the "wrong" decision Why fulfillment comes before desire How appreciation opens the door to receiving more The difference between trusting the outcome and trusting God Why you can deeply love your life while still wanting more What it means to walk by faith instead of sight How seasons of uncertainty often become seasons of transformation Why you don't have to know where you're going to trust where you're being led Key Takeaways ✨ Release is often preparation. ✨ You can't get it wrong when you're listening, trusting, and taking the next step. ✨ God is bigger than your mistakes. ✨ Fulfillment attracts what desperation cannot. ✨ There is good for you here and there is good for you ahead. ✨ The path doesn't need to be clear for the next step to be obvious. ✨ Trust isn't knowing how—it's knowing Who. Journal Question If nothing changed in the next six months, what in your life could you appreciate more deeply today? Affirmations From This Episode I trust where God is leading me, even when I cannot see the full path. What is meant for me will be placed in my path at the perfect time. Good is always on the way. I am open to receiving what is here and what is coming. I cannot get it wrong when I am listening, trusting, and taking the next step. God has good things for me here and good things for me ahead. I choose to love this season of my life fully. I trust the timing of my life. I am guided, protected, and supported every step of the way. Mentioned In This Episode The power of release and receiving David Ghiyam's teaching on fulfillment before desire Trusting divine timing Walking by faith instead of sight The 21 Days of Tapping, Prayer & Affirmations The Faith & Freedom Mastermind Connect With Jackie If this episode spoke to your heart, send it to a friend who needs the reminder that they don't have to have it all figured out. You don't need the entire plan. You don't need all the answers. You don't need to know exactly where you're going. You only need the courage to take the next step. Because sometimes the most beautiful seasons of your life begin when you're willing to walk forward blindfolded—and discover you've been blessed all along. 💛 FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM FOLLOW ME ON TIKTOK FOLLOW ME ON YOUTUBE
