How do you get more confidence as a host? "The short answer is to just do it. Just do it. We can overthink everything can't we? Let go of perfection" Is it worth doing a podcast? "It's so much fun. I get to talk to the best people on my podcast that probably never have a cup of tea with me normally." How you handle criticism? "You've got to just ignore it because you're never going to please everybody." How do you prepare for interviews? "I really trust that the right thing's going to come out of the conversation. My whole thing is about being curious." How has her confidence grown alongside the podcast she does? "If you want your podcast to do really, really well, you want to do it consistently. So you're talking every single week without fail, get it done, right? I really struggle to work like that." She did stand-up comedy, how did that boost her confidence? "Nobody's coming to save you. Tim Johns - Producer - Jeremy Vine - BBC Radio 2 Nick talks to Tim Johns, who works on the Jeremy Vine show on BBC Radio 2. He's one of the people who works on the show and decides what they're going to talk about and crafts audio to illustrate their items. When it comes to audio, this guy is a master.
