We take a victory lap on that before diving into the first two games of the season. Football is certainly back but the first games of 2026 leave a lot to be desired. Injuries, poor offenses, and coaching mistakes as far as the eye can see. The Super Bowl rematch was ugly, particularly for those from New England. Jesse does not hold back on the status of the New England Patriots. In Australia, Brock Purdy is already looking like a stud and Sean McVay was forced to admit he doesn't understand how travel works.
