On This Month’s Episode of The Cocktail Scene, I sat down with Clark from the iconic Buena Vista Café in San Francisco , the legendary bar that brought Irish coffee to America. With roots going back to the early 1900s, the Buena Vista became world-famous after travel writer Stanton Delaplane returned from Ireland and convinced the café to perfect the warm, whiskey-laced drink he discovered on his travels to Ireland. Clark shares the rich history, quirky legends, and behind-the-bar stories of one of the most beloved drinks in the U.S. and the café that made it famous. @thecocktailscene
