Is it possible to grow a crochet business without social media? Well, that's what I'm doing for my crochet pattern business. I'm leaving social media behind and instead building something different that will work more effectively and for the long term - SEO I originally built my entire crochet business on Facebook, but when my marriage broke down I just couldn't be present and I ended up walking away from it all or 2 years. In that 2 years A LOT changed and I've realised that I just can't make social media work for me anymore - I just don't have the social energy. So instead I'm building back up using Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) which is a much more reliable, if slower way of growing your crochet business. I needed a husky to force a change in my crochet business. I had spent months stuck. Getting more sales than I had time for, but not enough sales to make any real profit.
