A little Friday reset, some life updates, gym adventures, BIG announcements, and a reminder that when you release the negativity, you finally make room for the good. ✨💕 Good luck to everyone competing in Fit Fest!
This week, I’m talking about one of the most thought provoking shows I’ve ever watched: The Handmaid’s Tale. We dive into the terrifying world of Gilead, the strength of June, and why this story has had me questioning what freedom, resilience, and hope really mean. If you’ve watched the show, let’s talk. If you haven’t, this might be the sign you’ve been waiting for to press play.

This week’s episode is a quick catch up and a little announcement I’ve been so excited to share. ✨ I’m talking about a milestone that took a lot longer than expected, why it means so much to me, and how it’s going to make it easier for me to share all of my favorite finds with you. Plus, a little reminder that sometimes the things we’re waiting for just take a little longer—and that’s okay. Thanks for celebrating this win with me. 💛 SHOP MY FAVORITES https://a.co/d/02n1CBDX

I went to a powerlifting meet to support a friend. I left wondering if it’s time to step back on the platform. The powerlifting bug might have bitten me again. 👀 2027… stay tuned! Also grab your tickets for the Adult Summer Showdown!
I’m not in a season of chasing, proving, or shrinking anymore. I’m in my Samantha Era, where choosing myself is the standard, not the exception. 💛
In this episode, I’m talking about transmuting energy, letting go of the need to be liked, and learning how to turn negativity, criticism, and social media hate into fuel, peace, growth… and honestly, income.

In this episode, I’m talking about what it really feels like to outgrow people and environments you once thought you belonged in. I recently found myself back in a space I used to frequent, and it reminded me exactly why I stopped going in the first place. The energy felt off. The conversations felt fake. The support didn’t feel real. And instead of ignoring it like I used to, I finally listened to what my body has been telling me all along. This episode is about choosing yourself without guilt. It’s about recognizing fake energy for what it is, removing access from people who no longer deserve it, and understanding that not everyone is meant to grow with you. I’m also getting real about cutting people off, muting, unfollowing, and even blocking when necessary, and why I no longer feel bad about protecting my peace. If you’ve ever felt like you were “too different” for certain spaces or like you outgrew people but stayed out of habit, this one’s for you. Not everyone is meant to come with you into your next level, and that’s not mean, that’s growth.

HYROX Tampa tickets sold out in minutes, and the fitness world is officially obsessed. In this episode, I’m breaking down what HYROX actually is, why people are spending hundreds to compete, how these races are selling out so fast, and why I’m seriously considering taking my chances with Dallas.
From packed weeks to peaceful weekends, this episode is all about finding balance, letting go of pressure, and still showing up for yourself.
