This six-part podcast series explores the journey of Prof. Ram Nidumolu, a former academic turned Silicon Valley entrepreneur turned F500 advisor returned academic, to Beingfulness. Through the narration of stories from the Upanishads and personal anecdotes, he untangles the philosophical underpinnings that are at the foundation of Beingfulness to arrive at an alternative business leadership model based on his own life. Professor Nidumolu is currently working as Practice Professor of Organisational Behavior at the Indian School of Business where he teaches courses on leadership, strategy, and management. This podcast series is produced by Mr. Ajay Noronha of ISB studios and Abhishek S.
