Prime Minister Mark Carney is telling the Trump administration to “stop doing memes, stop throwing shade and stop trying to be tough” as tensions between Canada and the United States escalate. Attempts by activists to derail energy investment in Canada undermine an industry capable of delivering major economic and environmental benefits, says Shannon Joseph, chair of Energy for a Secure Future.
