I asked Claude one question, and it changed how I'm running the rest of this year. Not a caption prompt. Not a content idea. I asked it to audit my business and tell me exactly what to build to free up ten or more hours a week. It came back with four things. I built every single one of them. If you've got big goals before the end of the year and you can already feel yourself heading toward a burnout heap to get there... this episode is for you. Inside: what Claude actually said when I asked it to find my biggest time leaks, the surprisingly cheap fix that finally let me publish sales pages I design entirely inside Claude, why a spreadsheet nobody liked opening was quietly costing me more than time, and the AI Executive Assistant I was too scared to build until I figured out how to make it properly safe. Plus what happened the first time I handed it a 25-item brain dump, and how many hours a week it's actually saving me right now. 👉 Want to build all four of these with me, live? There's a tick box on your checkout page that could be worth more than your next launch. Most people either don't have one, have one that's quietly underperforming, or have one and are too nervous to add a second. I was in that third group for way too long. So this is a mini masterclass on the mighty order bump. It's the exact Mini Money Move I gave the first SCALE cohort, and it takes about ten minutes to implement. If you're making sales but every sale is worth less than it should be... this episode is for you. Inside: the conversion rate that means your order bump is broken (it's higher than you think), and the two things to change when it is. What actually happened to our numbers when I finally added a second order bump, including the fear I had about it that turned out to be completely wrong, and how many buyers now take both. Then the practical half. How to price an order bump on a $27 offer versus a $2,000 program, the formats that convert every time, the one thing you should never use as a bump, and the exact feeling your bump has to create in about two seconds flat. Plus how to test your way to the most profitable price, and the three checkout tools worth using. 👉 Want the part I couldn't teach on audio (the design side, the templates and the AI tools)? My engagement fell off a cliff, and I was bored of my own content. Not stuck. Not clueless. I've got the systems, the prompts, the whole content machine. The posts were going up four times a week, on time, every week... and they were completely beige. So I planned a comeback tour. Three specific things, in a specific order. Last month we picked up nearly 1,500 new followers, posts are getting seen again, and I'm posting less than I was before. If you know exactly what to post, you're doing it properly, and it's just not landing anymore... this episode is for you. Inside: why I spent an entire afternoon building freebies I could have charged for, and the "list loop" trick I used to make my email list do the heavy lifting on Instagram. Then the content series I built, and the one thing every series that's actually working right now has in common. (It's not follower count. It's the bit that terrified me enough that I almost didn't do it.) And finally, why I stopped praying to the Instagram algorithm and started paying it about $100 a post. How much I'm boosting, which posts I'm choosing, and the unexpected reason boosting only two posts a week gets everything else seen too. Plus the trade-off that gave me back the most time of all.
Almost twenty years ago, I invented Pinterest. Before Pinterest existed. Built it for my fashion blog... inspiration boards, saved images, even the sneaky background affiliate links (yes, real Pinterest does that too). I was obsessed with it for two weeks. Then I moved on to the next idea. A year later, Pinterest launched and exploded. That pattern is one of four things that stop women at exactly this level. And in the final episode of Scale Like A Girl, I'm walking you through all four... with the honest answer to each one. If you're at consistent six figures, working harder than the women who somehow keep growing past you... this episode is for you. Why do smart women with proven offers circle the same numbers for years? What do the women who break through do at every ceiling that everyone else doesn't? What would break in your business if it worked four times better tomorrow? And which of the four can you not solve from inside your own head? One of them is yours. You'll know it when it lands. Doors to SCALE are open right now, for waitlist members only. There are 20 spots in the pilot round. 👉 On the waitlist? Go check your email and grab your spot now 🎟️ 👉 Missed the waitlist this time? It's no secret I've been geeking out hard on AI for the last couple of years. What I haven't done is show you what it's actually doing in my business right now... the three places it's earning its keep, and what each one has taken off my plate. If you know AI matters, you've dabbled (mostly for writing), and you know that's barely scratching the surface... but you don't have time to disappear down the rabbit hole and figure out the rest... this episode is for you. Which three areas actually pay? What's the one-afternoon-a-week habit that makes AI compound instead of turning into a hobby? What's the app I'm building right now, and why do SCALE members get it first? Plus the one thing you can set up this week that's completely free. Doors to SCALE open 7am Wednesday 26 August (that's Australian Eastern Standard Time). There are 20 spots in the pilot round, and the waitlist is how you hear the second they open. 👉 Click here to join the waitlist now 🎟️ The final episode of Scale Like A Girl drops Wednesday... make sure you're subscribed.
Her offer was good. Her clients got life-changing results. And she was making about two sales a month. To make one sale she was doing five or six sales calls, and every sale she made put another eight calls into her diary, because what she was selling was a pack of eight one-hour sessions. So the better she got at selling it, the less time she had. Today that same business sells as many as twenty a day, completely on autopilot, with zero sales calls, and does multiple seven figures a year. If you've got an offer you know is good and it is still weirdly hard to sell... this episode is for you. Why is a funnel the worst possible fix for an offer that isn't selling? What were the three things wrong with hers, and why did we never touch her sales page? And what did she do at every single plateau that almost nobody else does? The waitlist for SCALE is filling up fast and doors open 7am Wednesday 26 August. There are only twenty spots and this will sell out. 👉 Click here to get your name on the waitlist. 🎟️
Right now there are nine different things in my business making sales. I'm not doing any of them, and I haven't touched most of them in months. Between them they make multiple sales every single day. A different mix of programs every time. If you've built a business that works, and you're now stuck at exactly the level it works at, and every idea you've got for growing it starts with "find more people"... this episode is for you. Why does one great funnel cap you no matter how good it is? How does a $47 sale become an average order value of $140, with no price rise and no bigger offer? And why is the answer to growing almost never more eyeballs? Every strategy in this episode is one we install with people inside SCALE, my brand new program. The first round is a pilot and it's capped at twenty people. 👉 Click here to put your name on the waitlist. 🎟️
After eight years I can usually tell who's about to break through, months before it happens. It isn't instinct, it's a pattern. The people who go do a very specific set of things first, in roughly the same order, and almost none of them realise they're doing it. There are seven. Plus a bonus one that means someone is about to move fast. If you've been assuming the reason you haven't broken through yet is that you're missing something enormous... this episode is for you. It's almost always one thing. Why is going quiet the strongest signal of all? What's the one filter for finding the right support, and why does everybody skip the last part of it? And which of the seven do you already have without having noticed? Everything on this list is what we build inside SCALE. The first round is a pilot, capped at twenty people. 👉 Click here to put your name on the waitlist. 🎟️
I don't care whether my posts get engagement. My ego cares. My business does not. There are two completely different ways to do content, and almost nobody names the second one. So most people spend years forcing themselves to be the first type, feeling like a failure when they can't keep it up, and never finding out there was another option the whole time. I was recently at a mastermind where someone shared that they post almost ten pieces of content a day, and that posting more is their number one growth strategy. It works. It also takes a team of nine people. If you've been quietly convinced you're just bad at content, and you're tired of trying to keep up with people who clearly love it more than you do... this episode is for you. How do you know which type you actually are? Why can a post that gets three likes still be the thing that makes you real money? What are the two layers sitting underneath your content that hardly anyone talks about, and why do you only have to build them once? And what is the third layer, the one that costs about ten dollars a day and is cutting the time it takes someone to go from finding you to being ready to invest from six months down to about fourteen days? 👉 The pieces I walk through in this episode are what we're building together inside SCALE, my brand new program. The first round is a pilot and it's capped at twenty people. Click here to put your name on the waitlist. 🎟️ This is episode three of Scale Like A Girl, a pop-up mini-series with multiple episodes a week. Next up: what a $47 customer is actually worth to me, and why it's more than four thousand dollars. Make sure you're subscribed.
Twenty thousand dollars a month was my dream number. Then I got there, and I could not move past it for years. I'd have a good month, tip over, feel amazing, and then slide straight back down again. Working harder than I ever had. Keeping almost none of it. A business that looked great on paper and felt terrible on the inside. There are three things that break that ceiling. Two of them I've talked about on this podcast about a hundred times. The third one I've barely mentioned publicly, and it's the one that tripled my business and gave me my first seven-figure year. If you're flat out at a level that looks successful from the outside and refuses to budge no matter what you throw at it... this episode is for you. Why does the exact thing that got you to $20K months become the thing that caps you there? What are the three ways to build monthly recurring revenue, and which one actually suits your business (because it's probably not the one you're thinking of)? And why did one of our clients flat-out reject the perfect offer for her business before going away and building it anyway? I'm also announcing something at the end of this episode that I've been building quietly behind the scenes for months. You're hearing it first, and there are only twenty spots in the first round. 👉 Want to be in the running? Click here to put your name on the waitlist. 🎟️ This is episode two of Scale Like A Girl, a pop-up mini-series with multiple episodes a week. Next up: why you don't need engagement, virality, or the algorithm to like you, and the content strategy that sells every day without any of them. Make sure you're subscribed.
I just told the internet I'm adding an extra million dollars to my business in the next twelve months. Then I felt slightly sick about it. Here's what didn't fit in the Instagram post: the reason behind the number, the three rules I've put around it, and the seven years of backstory that made me finally decide to do it. Because my business has done seven figures every single year since 2019, within about fifteen percent either way. Through a newborn. Through two years of lockdowns and homeschooling. Through a year where I couldn't use my right arm. And for almost all of that time, I've been running it on cruise control on purpose. If you've built something that genuinely works, and you're now sitting there wondering why every attempt to make it bigger seems to want more of you... this episode is for you. What made me rebuild my entire business in 2019 around a child who hadn't been born yet? Why is doing this inside school hours the hardest part, not the million dollars? And what's the actual difference between a business that survives without you and one that grows without you? This is episode one of Scale Like A Girl, a pop-up mini-series with multiple episodes a week. Next up: the $20K a month slump, why it's a ceiling and not a milestone, and the $500 offer that finally got me out of it. Make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss it. 👉 Want a nudge every time a new episode drops? Click here to jump on my email list.
I recently got publicly accused of being a robot. On the one post I'd actually written myself. 🤖 Every other post that week was written by my AI, and nobody said a word. Then I write one by hand from an airport lounge, and the comments roll in calling it AI slop. Which tells you one of two things about how well trained my setup is. Here's why it matters though. It doesn't matter how good your content actually is. The second someone gets that little AI-ick reading it, their brain checks out and they stop trusting a word of it. So if your stuff has that tell, it's costing you, even when what you're saying is brilliant. Most people land in one of two camps. They've decided they don't care that it sounds like a robot, or they've given up and gone back to writing everything by hand. There's a third option, and it's the one I actually use. In this episode I'm walking through the three hacks that stop my AI content sounding like AI. The skill that sweeps every AI tell out of my content right before it goes live. How I trained my AI on the way I actually speak, imperfect grammar and all. And the trigger words I use to pull it straight back into line the second it starts to drift. If you've ever written something with AI, read it back, and thought "this just doesn't sound like me"... this one's for you. Which words instantly scream AI? How do you get it to keep your very human imperfections instead of ironing them out? And what actually separates a few clever prompts from having a whole content department behind you? 👉 Everything in this episode is built for you to copy and paste inside Claude Like a CEO, and it's $150 off for a very limited time. Almost nobody in this industry will show you their real numbers. So I'm showing you ours. The financial year just wrapped up here in Australia, and I've been through every single dollar our business made over the last 12 months... where it came from, which offers did the heavy lifting, and what it cost to make. And no, this wasn't our best year ever. That's the point. This is what a regular, boring, reliable seven-figure year looks like when the systems are doing their job. If you've ever wondered what's really going on behind the scenes of a mostly automated coaching business (or quietly suspected everyone's hiding the real numbers)... this episode is for you. What percentage came from low-ticket offers vs our signature programme? How much revenue did order bumps and upsells quietly add while we did nothing? What did we spend on ads all year? And which "small" revenue stream would quietly shrink everything else if we cut it? Listen to find out. 👉 Then click here to watch the Seven-Figure Framework. .. my free video walking you through the exact structure behind these numbers, visually. It's shorter than an episode of Friends. 🎬
What's the difference between a funnel that makes $5K a month... and one that makes $5K a day? Most people guess "more traffic." And that guess is keeping a lot of very good businesses stuck exactly where they are. Because a $5K day funnel isn't a $5K month funnel with a bigger ad budget. They're completely different levels of business... with different engines, installed in a different order. In this episode I'm breaking down all three levels: $5K months, $5K weeks and $5K days. What life actually looks like at each stage, the engines you need to install, the real numbers to aim for, and the order to build it all in. If you're making sales but can't seem to crack the next revenue level no matter what you try... this episode is for you. Which single engine gets you to $5K months fastest (and how little ad spend you can start with)? Which two engines stack on top to create $5K weeks? And what's the one offer you must have in place before $5K days are even possible? Listen to find out. 👉 Then click here to watch the Seven-Figure Framework ... my free video walking through the whole thing visually. It's shorter than an episode of Friends. 🎬
A few years ago I had a team of six people. I don't think I've ever been more stretched, more stressed, or slower to get anything done. Today my core team is a fraction of that size, and the business makes more money and moves faster than it did back then. If you've ever hired someone to get relief, only to end up more stressed than before — this episode is for you. I'm pulling back the curtain on exactly who's on my team now, what's quietly been handed over to AI, what's stayed exactly the same on purpose, and the one thing I will never let a robot touch. The doom and gloom narrative about AI and small business is wrong. For a while now I've been sitting with two feelings about AI at the same time. Genuine excitement about what it makes possible. And a quiet, nagging dread about what it all actually means. The two camps out there - AI destroys everything, or AI sets us all free to float around painting watercolours - haven't helped. Neither one feels right. So when I heard Daniel Priestley's take on Diary of a CEO, it was the first time I'd heard a version of the future I could actually get excited about. Not because it's all rosy. Because it's logical. If you've been quietly uneasy about where AI leaves you as a coach or course creator - this episode is for you. I'm sharing my take on the perspective that changed how I see this whole thing: what the economic landscape actually looks like as AI scales, where the real opportunity sits, and why the coaches and course creators building lean, automated, specific businesses right now might be in the most powerful position of anyone. This might be the most hopeful thing I've recorded in a while. Daniel Priestley's full Diary of a CEO interview is also worth your time 👉 click here to listen .
$296,516.31. From a $37 offer. In five months. That's not a launch. That's not a viral moment. That's a self-funding sales pathway running in the background — and in this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on exactly how it works. I've been using low-ticket gateway offers in my business since 2019. The first time, I built the whole thing in an afternoon during COVID lockdowns to avoid creating a webinar I didn't want to make. Made five sales the next day on a $27 offer. This year, I did it again — same process, different strategy — and we've scaled to spending $1,000 a day on ads with an average 2x return. And for the first time ever, we're profitable on the front end. If you've been wondering how some coaches seem to always be growing, always making sales, always adding new people — this episode is for you. I'm walking through the full story: what I built, when, why it worked, why we stopped, and what made us come back to it. Plus what's actually changed in 2026 that's made this more profitable than ever — and what we've updated inside Paid to Grow 3.0 to reflect all of it. Paid to Grow 3.0 is on pre-sale right now at $197 — that's $100 off the full price. But only until midnight this Friday. 👉 Click here to grab your spot at the pre-sale price before it goes up.
If your sales have slowed down lately, the answer probably isn't what you think. It's not the market. It's not your content. It's not that your offer isn't good enough. In most cases it comes down to one of three very specific — and very fixable — structural problems that are quietly capping your results. If you've been working hard and not seeing it reflected in your sales — this episode is for you. I'm breaking down the three most common reasons sales slow down: why your audience can go nose-blind to your offer no matter how many times you promote it, why constantly showing up isn't the same as constantly growing, and why having one sales system — whether that's live launching or a single funnel — will always have a ceiling no matter how much you optimise it. And more importantly, what to do about each one. There's also something coming very soon that addresses all three of these problems directly. Keep an eye on my Instagram — details dropping shortly. 👉 Follow us on Instagram at @hellofunnels so you don't miss it.
Five-figure days don't happen by accident. They happen when you have the right system running quietly in the background while you live your actual life. No webinar. No live launch. No grinding. Most people are either stuck in the launch cycle of doom, or they've built a funnel and run ads to it and wondered why they're barely breaking even. The answer isn't to work harder. It's to build the right system. If you've been wondering why consistent revenue feels so out of reach right now, this episode is for you. I'm breaking down the exact Silent Selling System™ behind our five-figure days: the three-engine framework that's given us a $60K to $100K+ minimum baseline for the last five years, and that's now scaling faster than ever. I'm not gatekeeping a thing. Want help building your own Silent Selling System™? Click here and DM us " FUNNEL ME" and let's get your funnel built!
There's a reason everyone in your feed is suddenly running a paid live workshop. It's not a coincidence. It's not a fad. It's a direct response to some very real problems happening in the online business space right now — and once you understand why this strategy is working, you'll have a much better sense of whether it's the right move for you. In this episode I'm getting into all of it. Why live workshops are having such a moment right now. What makes the paid format specifically so powerful for coaches selling premium offers. And the honest realities that most people aren't talking about before they dive in. If you've been watching this trend and quietly wondering whether you should be doing it too — this episode is for you. I'm sharing the actual conversion numbers you should know before you run one, the truth about using ads to fill a paid event (it is not what most people expect), and what I actually recommend if you have a smaller audience and still want to make this format work. This is not a "yes, go run a workshop, they're amazing" episode. It is a "here is what you actually need to know to make a smart decision" episode. And those are my favourite kind. 👉 Want help figuring out the right strategy for where you and your business are at?
