In this podcast I am reading pages of my journals, where I documented the life lessons that I was learning, through self observation and inquiry. Journaling like this helped me out of years of depression, it helped me gain clarity over my life path and I know that sharing all this will help others as well.

I am reading my notes from the 23rd of May 2017, when I was trying to understand how being attached to certain beliefs and to certain roles, was making me very unhappy and depressed. I am analyzing how my ego works and the why I am feeling stuck and trapped in my job. I get to some very liberating conclusions that have helped me regain my freedom and control over my own life.
In this episode I am reading a journal entry in which I was trying to gain clarity on a new perspective that I was trying to apply in my life. I was having a really stressful relationship with a family member and I was running out of ideas on how to cope with that.
By writing in my journal, I managed to understand the connection between my illness and my suppressed emotions, so I could see clearly what I needed to change in my life in order to heal. I also came up with a list of action steps for getting myself out of the low vibe rabbit hole and creating positive momentum towards healing.
By writing, I managed to get brutally honest to myself in regards to my relationships. I discovered why I wanted to run away from people and why I was always feeling hurt, frustrated, rejected by people. Also, I gained clarity as so what I had to do to fix all that, because the power was all mine!
In this episode I am reading one of my journal entries where I am looking for the real meaning behind my obsession with extreme minimalism. By writing our thoughts we gain clarity on things that otherwise would escape our awareness.
