Talking Supercoach with Streety & Oz

It's a crazy looking week ahead.Not only is it time for the SuperCoach Grand Final, but it sounds like there will be a lot to juggle! Players suspended, rested, injured and no trades to do a thing about it. It's been a long year, but this upcoming round might be the toughest challenge of all!

In what was a truly wild week of SuperCoach, we saw Rankine put up a 223, we saw Nas ping a string, we saw JHF seemingly injure his knee before appearing fine, we saw Petracca take his 5 round average to 60 and we saw Grundy miss for the birth of his child. It really has been a crazy year. The craziest part of all? Oz has taken over the lead on the podcast after being 600 points down earlier in the year..... Steven Bradbury eat your heart out. It's a big one this week!

Unlike weeks gone by, it seems as if most of the big guns got through the week unscathed. The boys explore the poor performances of some big names like Bont and Petracca. And the heroic efforts of Gawn and Whitfield. Plus the boys talk through the best feelings in SuperCoach, the strange nuances in Champion Data ratings vs SC scoring and much more!

Another week, another season ending injury for a popular player. Finn Callaghan ruled out means that coaches are going shopping again, without much cash to do so! The boys explore who you should be replacing him with, how to manage your budget and what to prepare for ahead of SC finals. As well as a big time top 5, and an off em, the season might be slowing down, but the boys sure aren't!

Another week, another key injury, Max Holmes out for the foreseeable leaves coaches low on trades and low on options. The boys explore what we can do to make the best of a bad situation. We wax lyrical about Rowan Marshall. And also explore lots of other options for coaches as we get ready for the run home!

This week, the injury carnage begun. Unfortunately SuperCoach royalty in Butters and Dale have both gone down and we need to move on. For those with trades, the time has come to use them. The boys unpack all of the suitable options, from midfielders like Heeney, Smith, Ashcroft or Neale. To defenders like Nas, Holmes, Whitfield and Ash. Or even some out of position options like Grundy, Marshall, Rankine and others! And the boys name their Top 5 AFL "Con Artists" and things get heated!

The boys have run out of trades, but that doesn't mean they have run out of content. Whilst they will talk through the Lachie Whitfield strategy, today is more aobut the quiz, which is back! It's a huge episode if like a laugh, and not a big one if you like strategy chat.

A massive week this week, because the byes are done, but more importantly, this is our 250th ep! It's been a long, windy and very bumpy road to get here, but we made it. The boys reluctantly talk SuperCoach this week as the incredible exploits of the Socceroos takes centre stage. The boys explore which rookies need to go, what your team should look like coming out of the byes, and which big name premiums are they going to pass on. We are not yet half way through the byes and the pain is already being felt by many. Premiums didn't step up, Rookies went missing, captains let us down, it was a week of mediocrity for us and the excuses were flying! How do we power forward? On a week that desperately needed a few decent rookie scores, we couldn't find any of them. Unfortunately they just did not step up. But it leaves us in a very interesting position this week. With gun premiums off the bye, and a few rookies ready to be traded, its time to move!

Never before have our hosts have more contrasting weeks. A staggering amount of bad luck hitting one, and the other firing on all cylinders, and contrary to form, its not the way you usually think. We still have no rookies, so there is concern across the board as to how we are going to make money! Which rookies should we be taking? Which premiums are worth the squeeze? A massive episode ahead!

It was another massive week of SC. The rookies went bang this week, to get that cash generation moving. Some big name premiums went bang, and others were quiet. But it leaves us in an interesting position. Not quite at the the upgrade and downgrade time yet, but with itchy trade fingers ready to improve our teams.
