  1. You’re Not Stuck: 7 Signs You’re Growing Even If Your Results Haven’t Changed Yet from She's The Standard, opens in a new tab

    Sep 13, 202618 min

What if you’re not actually stuck? What if the reason your business, bank account, relationships or circumstances don’t look dramatically different yet… is because the biggest transformation is happening inside you first ? In this episode of She’s the Standard , I’m talking about the signs of personal growth, self-trust and identity transformation that are easy to overlook when you’re so focused on your external results. Because growth doesn’t always look like more money, a bigger business, a new relationship or a completely different life. Sometimes growth looks like responding instead of reacting. It looks like raising your standards before your circumstances change. It looks like needing less validation, trusting your intuition, saying no without needing permission, walking away from what no longer feels aligned and being able to sit in uncertainty without immediately panicking. It looks like doing the work when nobody is watching. In this episode, I break down the signs that you’re actually growing — even if your results haven’t changed yet , including: ✨ Your reactions are changing ✨ Your standards are changing before your circumstances ✨ You don’t need as much validation ✨ You trust yourself and your intuition more ✨ You’re willing to walk away from what no longer feels right ✨ You can handle uncertainty without spiralling ✨ You’re becoming a different version of yourself behind closed doors I also dive into the connection between internal growth and external results , why self-trust is such a powerful part of creating the life you want, and why you need to stop overlooking the progress you’ve already made. If you’ve been looking at your bank account, business, career or life and thinking, “Why isn’t this working yet?” — I want you to listen to this one differently. Maybe you’re not stuck. Maybe you’re in the part of the story where your internal transformation has to happen before your external transformation can catch up. So instead of only asking, “What have I achieved?” Ask yourself: “Who have I become?” Because the woman who can hold the life you want is built through the decisions you make long before anyone else can see the results. You are not behind. You are not stuck. And don’t underestimate the quiet growth. 🤍 🎙️ Listen now, and if this episode hits home, share it with a woman who needs the reminder that she’s further along than she thinks.

  2. 7 Mistakes Keeping Ambitious Women Exhausted | Burnout, Boundaries & Raising Your Standards from She's The Standard, opens in a new tab

    Sep 6, 202618 min

Are you an ambitious woman who feels like you’re constantly doing MORE… but somehow getting further and further away from yourself? I see this all the time. Women building businesses, raising families, creating big lives — and completely exhausting themselves in the process. In this episode, I’m breaking down the 7 mistakes I see keeping ambitious women exhausted and, more importantly, the standards I think we need to replace them with. We’re talking about trying to prove yourself, saying yes when you desperately want to say no, carrying everyone around you, confusing busy with productive, making everything harder than it needs to be, waiting until you’re burnt out before you make a change, and having high standards for everyone else while failing to hold yourself to the same ones. I’m sharing lessons I’ve learned in my own business, motherhood, relationships and personal life — including why I stopped trying to do everything myself, why asking for help is not a weakness, and why creating more space can completely change the way you experience your life. Because you do NOT have to be exhausted to be successful. You don’t have to carry everything yourself to be worthy. And you absolutely do not have to earn rest by running yourself into the ground. If you’ve been feeling stretched too thin, constantly “busy,” burnt out or like you’re carrying way more than you should be, this episode is your permission slip to stop doing more and start doing what actually matters. It’s time to raise the standard — not just for what you expect from everyone else, but for how you show up for yourself. You are the standard of your own life. 🤍

  3. 10 Questions to Ask Yourself Before 2026 Ends | Self-Growth, Confidence & Raising Your Standards from She's The Standard, opens in a new tab

    Aug 30, 202621 min

What if you stopped waiting for January 1st to become the woman you keep saying you want to be? In this episode of She’s the Standard , I’m giving you 10 powerful questions to sit with before the end of 2026 — questions designed to make you pause, get honest with yourself and take a closer look at the life you’re actually creating. This isn’t about setting another list of goals you’ll forget about in January. It’s about self-awareness, personal growth, confidence, boundaries, relationships, habits and raising your standards — starting now. Grab a journal and ask yourself: ✨ Am I actually proud of the woman I’ve been this year? ✨ What am I tolerating that I already know I don’t want? ✨ Where am I playing small because I’m scared? ✨ Who am I becoming? ✨ What am I pretending not to know? ✨ Where am I giving more than I’m receiving? ✨ What would I do if I stopped needing everyone to understand me? ✨ What standard do I need to raise within myself? ✨ What would make me genuinely proud of myself by December 31st? ✨ If nothing changed over the next 12 months, would I be okay with that? We talk about comparison, self-sabotage, boundaries, trusting your intuition, your environment, relationships, health, confidence and what it really means to become the standard . Because you don't need to wait for a new year, a Monday or the “right time” to change your life. You can make the decision today. Your life is a reflection of the standards you choose to live by — and the woman you become is built through the choices you make every single day. This is you versus you. 🎧 Listen now, grab your journal and answer the questions honestly. And if this episode gives you the nudge you needed, send it to a woman who needs it too. 🤍 This episode shares personal experiences, perspectives and reflections for educational and inspirational purposes only.

  4. 5 Lies We’ve Been Told About Success | Money, Motherhood, Career & Creating Your Own Path from She's The Standard, opens in a new tab

    Aug 23, 202616 min

What if the version of success you’ve been chasing was never actually yours? In this episode of She’s the Standard , I’m breaking down 5 of the biggest lies we’ve been told about success, money, career, motherhood and what it means to build a “successful” life. Because so many of us are living by rules we never consciously chose. Go to school. Get a job. Find security. Make more money. Be a good mum. Follow the timeline. Work hard and eventually you’ll make it. But what if there’s another way? I’m unpacking the beliefs I’ve questioned, the lessons I’ve learned through some of the hardest seasons of my life, and why I believe trusting yourself, raising your standards and creating a life that actually aligns with YOU is one of the most powerful things you can do. Inside this episode, we dive into: ✨ Why job security isn't necessarily the security we think it is ✨ Why more money doesn't automatically create happiness ✨ Whether you really have to choose between ambition and being a good mum ✨ Why it is NEVER too late to change your career, start a business or chase a new dream ✨ Why successful people aren't simply “lucky” ✨ The danger of comparing your timeline to everyone else's ✨ Why your environment, mentors and the people around you matter ✨ Learning to trust your intuition and question the conditioning you've grown up with ✨ What it really means to create a life that is yours This isn't about telling you what your life should look like. It's about giving you permission to question the rules, find your own values and decide what success actually means to you . Because maybe you're not behind. Maybe you're not stuck. Maybe you're just ready to stop playing by someone else's rules. Unsubscribe from the game. Raise the standard. Trust yourself. 🎧 Listen now and if this episode sparks something in you, share it with someone who needs the reminder. Become the Standard. 🤍 This episode shares personal experiences, perspectives and reflections for educational and inspirational purposes only. It is not financial, career, legal or professional advice.

  5. How to Raise Your Standards in Health, Relationships & Life from She's The Standard, opens in a new tab

    Aug 16, 202616 min

In this episode of She’s the Standard, I’m talking about something that has changed every area of my life: The standards you tolerate. Not the standards you talk about. Not the standards you post online. The standards you actually live by every single day. I’m sharing the real story behind my journey from self-sabotage, binge eating, bulimia, alcohol, and feeling completely disconnected from myself… to becoming the woman I am today. This episode is about understanding that confidence is not something you’re born with — it’s something you build through the promises you keep to yourself. We dive into: ✨ The hidden standards that keep women stuck ✨ How self-sabotage shows up in your health, relationships, work, and friendships ✨ Why your environment matters more than motivation ✨ The truth about confidence and self-worth ✨ How pregnancy and motherhood changed the trajectory of my life ✨ Why raising your standards doesn’t happen overnight ✨ The 5 areas of life I believe every woman should audit ✨ How one decision can completely transform your future If you’ve been feeling stuck, settling for less than you deserve, surrounded by people who drain your energy, or constantly breaking promises to yourself, this episode is your wake-up call. You don’t need a perfect plan. You need a decision. A decision to stop tolerating what no longer aligns with the life you want to create. Because the moment you raise your standards, you start changing your identity. And when your identity changes, your life follows. 🎧 Listen now, and if this episode resonates, share it to your stories and tag @shesthestandardpodcast so I can personally thank you. 6. I Lost My Instagram & Raised My Standards | The Pivot That Changed Everything from She's The Standard, opens in a new tab

    Aug 9, 202616 min

In this episode of She’s the Standard, I’m sharing the unexpected moment that forced me to stop, reflect, and ask myself a much bigger question: What am I no longer willing to tolerate — online and in life? After losing my Instagram account, I had every reason to panic. Instead, I chose to see it as an opportunity to raise my standards, pivot with intention, and build from a place of authenticity rather than fear. This conversation is about so much more than social media. It’s about becoming the woman who doesn’t crumble when things change — the woman who adapts, evolves, and creates something even better. Inside this episode, I talk about: Losing my Instagram and choosing not to spiral Why I stopped trying to be perfect online Bringing fun, freedom, and honesty back into content creation Letting go of people-pleasing Protecting my energy and holding stronger boundaries Trusting the redirection instead of resisting it Why raising your standards often requires letting go of an old version of yourself Starting again without losing your confidence If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, afraid to pivot, or worried about what other people will think, this episode is your reminder that sometimes the universe removes what no longer fits so you can build what truly aligns. This is the season of higher standards, stronger boundaries, more authenticity, and less pretending. 🎧 Listen now and if this episode resonates, share it to your stories, tag @shesthestandardpodcast, and let me know your biggest takeaway. 10. How I Turned Grief Into Purpose | Losing My Mum, Healing & Refusing to Let Grief Define My Future from She's The Standard, opens in a new tab

    Jul 12, 202626 min

This episode is one of the most personal conversations I’ve shared. Five years ago, I lost my mum to stage four cancer. I was 30. I had two children under two. My son was 18 months old, my daughter was six months old… and I was trying to figure out how the fuck you keep living when someone you love is no longer physically here. For a long time, I sat in my grief. For nine months, I drank every day. What started as a glass of wine turned into a way of numbing what I didn't know how to feel, process or move through. Until one day, I woke up and decided I didn't want to feel like that anymore. I had two children watching me. I had a life in front of me. And I made a decision that I wasn't only going to live my life for myself anymore… I was going to live it for my mum too. In this episode, I'm sharing my personal experience with grief, losing my mum, healing after loss and the ways I've learned to carry her with me through every chapter of my life. I talk about the final days I spent with her, the grief my body still remembers five years later, my spiritual connection with her after death, the traditions I've created with my children and why “Gma is in the sun” will forever mean so much to our family. I also share the parts of grief we don't always talk about — numbing the pain, not knowing how to ask for support, holding onto guilt and resentment, and learning that moving forward doesn't mean leaving the person you love behind. I could have let grief define my future. Instead, I've turned my grief into purpose. I've turned it into passion. I've turned it into a reason to travel more, experience more, break generational cycles and live a life that I know my mum would be fucking proud of. If you've lost your mum, a parent, a partner, a friendship or someone who held a special place in your heart… this episode is for you. You are not alone. You are never alone. And I see you. 🤍

    Jul 5, 202635 min

Welcome back to Part 3 of this series with my husband Nic — and this one is all about money, wealth, investing, financial freedom and the education we wish we had years ago . After losing a significant amount of money, making bad investment decisions, and realising just how little we actually knew about building wealth, we knew something had to change. Over the last two years, we’ve completely shifted the way we think about money, assets, debt, investing, financial education and long-term wealth creation — both individually and as a family. In this episode, we’re sharing the conversations, lessons and strategies that have shaped the way we now approach financial freedom , from learning about Bitcoin, the S&P 500 and day trading , to understanding good debt vs bad debt, leverage, compound growth, mortgages, cash flow and building wealth that lasts . We talk about: the money lessons that came from losing a lot how Nic got into trading, charts and market cycles why financial education matters more than most people realise our thoughts on Bitcoin, the S&P 500 and long-term investing why paying off your mortgage early isn’t always the smartest move the difference between emotional decisions and strategic wealth decisions how we’re thinking about assets, leverage and financial freedom now what it means to build wealth with more intention, awareness and long-term vision This episode is for the person who knows there has to be more than working, paying bills, waiting for retirement and hoping it all works out . The person who wants to understand money better, think differently about wealth, and start building a life with more freedom, choice and long-term security. What shapes your relationship with money? Long before we earn our first dollar, we're absorbing beliefs about wealth, success, work, risk, and what's possible for our future. In Part 1 of this special 3-part series, Nic and I share our personal stories growing up, the money beliefs we inherited, and how our childhood experiences shaped the way we viewed wealth, financial freedom, and success. 14. The Power of Choosing Yourself | Healing, Growth, Self-Love & Starting Over from She's The Standard, opens in a new tab

    Jun 14, 202653 min

One year ago, Flick joined me on the podcast in the middle of one of the biggest transitions of her life. Now she's back for Part 2. In this deeply honest conversation, we reflect on what happens when you choose yourself, trust the unknown, and allow life to completely transform you. From leaving a 12-year marriage to spending a year living in Bali, this episode explores healing, self-discovery, personal growth, relationships, self-expression, and what it truly means to become the next version of yourself. We talk about: Life after divorce and rebuilding your identity The lessons Bali teaches about healing and self-trust Why healing isn't linear Learning to listen to your intuition and follow the nudges Self-sabotage, personal growth, and repeating life lessons Relationships, dating after divorce, and emotional intelligence Self-expression, confidence, and owning who you are Entrepreneurship, freedom, and designing life on your terms Why your environment can completely change your life The power of making a decision and backing yourself Throughout this conversation, we share the highs, the heartbreak, the breakthroughs, and the moments that shaped us over the last 12 months. Because growth isn't about becoming someone completely different. It's about stripping away the layers, trusting yourself enough to follow what's calling you, and becoming more of who you've always been. If you've ever felt stuck, scared to make a big decision, afraid to leave a chapter behind, or uncertain about what's next, this episode is your reminder that the life you want is often waiting on the other side of one courageous decision. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop negotiating with yourself and trust where life is trying to take you.

  15. Health Is Wealth: The Missing Link Between Success, Money, Energy & Freedom from She's The Standard, opens in a new tab

    Jun 7, 202620 min

In this episode of She's The Standard Podcast , we're talking about a truth that most people completely overlook: Your health and your wealth are not separate conversations. After navigating a shoulder injury, surgery, recovery, and one of the most challenging mental and emotional seasons of my life, I was reminded of something powerful: Without your health, you have nothing. We live in a world where people are either chasing money while running themselves into the ground, or focusing so heavily on healing and wellness that they never build the life they truly want. The answer isn't choosing one or the other. It's learning how to build both. In this episode, I dive into: Why health is the foundation of wealth Nervous system regulation and financial success The connection between mindset, energy, leadership, and income Burnout culture and why "go harder" isn't always the answer Building a freedom-based lifestyle without sacrificing your wellbeing Daily habits that impact your health, confidence, and results Why your business will only grow to the degree that you're willing to grow The relationship between physical health, mental health, and wealth creation We also talk about the importance of movement, sleep, stress management, nutrition, environment, and becoming the kind of person who can actually hold the success they're chasing. Because the goal was never just to make money. The goal is to create a life where you have the energy, health, freedom, and presence to enjoy it. If you've been feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in survival mode, this episode is your reminder to come back to the foundation. Protect your health. Build your wealth. Raise your standards. Because health isn't separate from success. Health is wealth. 🎙️💥

  19. It Wasn’t the Business, It Was Me: The Mindset Shift That Changes Everything from She's The Standard, opens in a new tab

    May 10, 202618 min

In this episode of She’s the Standard Podcast , I’m breaking down one of the biggest truths in business, money, and life — it’s not the strategy, the algorithm, or the opportunity… it’s you. So many people blame the business, the timing, or the system when things aren’t working. But the reality is — your results will only grow to the degree that you are willing to grow within yourself . I share my journey from having $1.20 in my bank account and $57K in debt, to building a business, moving overseas, and creating a completely different life — and why none of that would have happened without deep mindset work, personal growth, and raising my standards . In this episode, we dive into: • Why your identity and mindset determine your success • The truth about failed attempts, doubt, and inconsistency • How to reframe your past and use it as fuel for growth • The importance of gratitude, self-awareness, and resilience • Why your environment, relationships, and standards matter • The power of mentorship, proximity, and direction • What it really takes to build a high-income business and life This is a raw, honest conversation about becoming the version of you who can actually hold the life, income, and success you say you want . Because the truth is — your business, your income, and your relationships will only grow when you do. If you’ve been feeling stuck, this episode will challenge you to look within and ask: how much better can it actually get?
