  1. Begotten (1990) with Chris from Mount Molehill from The Best Little Horror House in Philly, opens in a new tab

    Dec 20, 202429 min

Original Release Date: January 4, 2021 (very first patreon episode, only fitting it be the final one too) Original Patreon Description: Hello Patrons! I didn't want y'all to miss out on the excitement of "return from hiatus monday", a holiday that definitely exists and I didn't just make up! To that end, here is the first HIGHLIGHT EPISODE, where we're looking at a movie that I found interesting but maybe wouldn't call it the best. This inaugural episode is about E. Elias Merhige's Begotten from 1990, an experimental horror film that is truly wild. I'm including a link to check it out on youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUy9EzonmH0), but I recommend listening to the episode first to see if it sounds like your thing. I don't think in this particular instance anything is lost by hearing about it first, and there's a lot of stuff that might be off-putting or upsetting, so viewer beware! Hope you enjoy the episode, let me know if you'd like more stuff like this, and thanks to Chris from Channel83 for joining me!
