Welcome to Empowerography, the premier podcast platform dedicated to bringing powerful women to an empowered stage. Host, Brad Walsh, having spent his corporate career in the world of A/V technology, felt that there was a greater story waiting. Brad was introduced to the world of Boudoir Photography and he immediately fell in love with the empowering mission and message behind boudoir photography. Being immersed in this world and seeing the life-changing effects it had on women helped to reveal his true calling—creating space for women to see themselves in a light they normally don't get to see themselves in. Brad realized this work was his life's purpose, so he left my AV tech career to pursue boudoir photography full-time. Witnessing the incredible transformations in his clients confirmed he had found his purpose. Two years later, while working as a women's empowerment photographer, Brad had another epiphany: I need to broaden my impact by creating a podcast. When Covid-19 hit in March 2020 rendering Brads business in-operable, he saw an opportunity to be a voice of hope and positivity amidst global fear and negativity and Empowerography was born. Brad's podcast is a platform whose purpose is to Empower. Elevate and Educate by amplifying the voices of women. Empowerography's mission is to Empower, Elevate, and Educate, showcasing real-life stories of courage, transformation, and inspiration from extraordinary women around the world. Each episode dives deep into the personal and professional journeys of our guests, uncovering the trials they've overcome, the successes they've achieved, and the invaluable lessons they've learned along the way. Join us as we amplify the voices of women, providing a space where their stories can inspire, motivate, and empower listeners to pursue their own dreams and aspirations. Whether you're looking for inspiration, guidance, or simply a boost of empowerment, Empowerography is here to elevate your spirit and educate your mind. Tune in and let the transformative stories of these incredible women change your perspective and ignite your passion for making a difference.

My guest today is Jillian Reilly. Jillian Reilly is a founder, author, TEDx Speaker and keynote speaker. Having spent her 30-year career working in social, organizational, and individual change across Africa, Asia, and Central Europe, Jillian’s focus is on helping people unlock their ability to navigate change and accelerate growth and learning. Jillian’s upcoming book, The Ten Permissions, guides readers in permitting themselves to update how they operate in the 21st century and design lives that fully leverage the possibilities of this disruptive world. In this episode we discuss international development, African history, social change, agency and ethical leadership. Website - https://tenpermissions.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/thetenpermissions/ YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@TenPermissions The Ten Permissions Book - https://www.amazon.com/Ten-Permissions-Redefining-Adulting-Century/dp/1963827295? In this episode you will learn: 1. Why change always fails when it comes from the outside in, and the uncomfortable truth Jillian learned watching millions of dollars flow into systems too rigid to adapt even when women came back bruised — After 30 years working across Africa, Asia, and Central Europe, Jillian learned one undeniable truth: you can bring the biggest idea, the biggest money, and the best intentions, but if the person hasn't given themselves permission to change, nothing will stick. The person you have to negotiate with the most is yourself. Real change is an inside job. Always. 2. Why the social contracts that shaped everything you know are unraveling right now, and why waiting for them to snap back is the most dangerous thing you can do — Jillian has watched this playbook unfold in Zimbabwe, Kosovo, Rwanda, and Mozambique, powerful figures fomenting division while capturing the state, and ordinary people fighting each other instead of seeing what's actually happening. She is clear: we are living through a rupture, not a blip. The rules that shaped our world are being ripped up. The only question is whether you get pulled under or start building something new. 3. What the Ten Permissions are, and why giving yourself permission to think and move differently is not a self-help luxury but an urgent survival skill for right now — Born from 30 years watching what actually creates lasting change, Jillian's Ten Permissions are small but radical flips of the outdated adult script: be willful, go astray, take it outside, experiment, feel your way, think small, look for trouble, travel light, and make believe. Not a checklist, a completely different relationship with change itself, built for the world we are actually in right now. “I have to say, if I look back at 21-year-old Jill, she basically said yes to everything." - 00:04:56 "I think we are living within the profound unraveling of the social contracts that have shaped our worlds, our lives for multiple generations." - 00:45:13 "You need to give yourself permission because you are the one stopping yourself from engaging with this in a more creative, adaptive, expansive way." - 01:04:15 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Christine Ruch. Christine Ruch is a Holistic Transformation Guide who helps people with unresolved health conditions reconnect to their body's innate wisdom and healing potential. After spending 20 years healing her own Multiple Sclerosis and chronic health conditions naturally through whole food nutrition, nervous system restoration, spiritual practice, plant medicine, deep self-inquiry and many other Eastern and Western modalities, Christine now guides others on their own transformative healing path. Her work bridges science and soul—offering tools to move beyond symptom management and into lasting inner healing via healing their relationship with their own nervous sytem first. She’s here to share insight, hope, and grounded practices for listeners ready to reclaim their health from the inside out . In this episode we discuss holistic transformation, nervous system healing, MS, burnout and chronic illness. Website - https://www.christineruch.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/christineruch.ms/ In this episode you will learn: 1. Why control is not the thing that keeps you healthy, it's the thing that disorders your nervous system and quietly destroys your life — Christine built the perfect healthy life, tight diet, rigid structure, hypervigilance around her MS. She thought she was winning. Then her restaurant collapsed and she found herself in Costa Rica in shock at what she had just dismantled. The very control she thought was keeping her healthy was the thing keeping her sick. Real healing only began when she stopped gripping and started listening. 2. Why you cannot force your way to healing, and what actually happens when you stop trying to fix your body and start creating a dialogue with it instead — You can't force a flower to bloom or rush a baby's gestation. You can't force healing either. Your body never lies to you, your mind will lie all day long, but your body won't. When you genuinely start listening to it, something surprising emerges alongside the physical healing: self-trust, self-worth, self-reliance, and self-love. Those things don't come from anywhere else. 3. What the nervous system is actually trying to do, and the one simple practice that builds emotional capacity and begins to melt away everything keeping you stuck — The nervous system is not your enemy. It is a portal. And it heals with tenderness, safety, and witnessing, not force or biohacking. Christine's starting practice: sit with whatever emotion you're feeling without reacting, judging, or telling a story about it. Just witness it. You are not the emotion passing through you. Build that capacity and everything else, the diagnoses, the self-judgment, the external seeking, slowly starts to melt away. “I've always feel like I've been in the healing arts and always really love to help people." - 00:02:25 "We don't need to override our body's own processes or wisdom. But I think also we don't recognize that you can't force the healing path." - 00:20:44 "You're worth investing in, and that your health and your well-being is your presence and gift to the world." - 01:04:11 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Silvia Resnik. Silvia Resnik is a certified Life Purpose & Fulfillment Coach dedicated to helping women step out of lives that look perfect on the outside but feel empty on the inside. With a foundation in early childhood education, a Master’s in Business Economics, and professional experience spanning HR, entrepreneurship, and coaching, Silvia brings a rare blend of structure and soul to her work. Her approach weaves together deep coaching methods, intuitive insight, and ancient Maasai wisdom gained through transformative experiences in East Africa. Beyond her coaching practice, Silvia is the co-founder of EmpowerHER, a grassroots initiative supporting Maasai women and girls with health education, entrepreneurship opportunities, and culturally sensitive efforts to end Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). In this episode we discuss FGM, the Massai People, women's health, community and spiritual awakening. Website - https://silviaresnik.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/coachsilviaresnik/ LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/silvia-resnik/ In this episode you will learn: 1. Why a life that looks perfect on paper can feel completely hollow inside, and the single encounter with the Maasai that showed Silvia what life is actually about — Silvia had the bags, the shoes, the fancy cars, and a lifelong undercurrent of emptiness she couldn't name. It wasn't until she traveled to Zanzibar during a depressive episode and met the Maasai that something finally landed. These people had almost nothing by Western standards and were the happiest people she had ever encountered. That encounter didn't just shift her perspective, it dismantled her entire identity and rebuilt her from the ground up. 2. What FGM actually looks like on the ground in Tanzania, and the grassroots approach Silvia is taking through EmpowerHer to create change without erasing a culture — FGM is still practiced as a rite of passage among Maasai girls as young as 11. Some die from infections. The cultural belief driving it is that a woman's desire is something to be feared and controlled. Silvia's approach through EmpowerHer is not to arrive with a Western agenda but to educate, build trust, engage the elders, and find a new ritual that preserves cultural identity without physically harming girls. 3. What the Maasai understand about life that the Western world has completely forgotten, and the core principles every modern woman needs to hear right now — The Maasai don't chase tomorrow or mourn yesterday. They live exactly where they are. They measure life by connection, not achievement. And when a day is hard, the wisdom is simple: cry if you need to, sleep, and tomorrow is a new day. Silvia distills their way of living into principles that directly challenge the performance and accumulation culture most of us were raised inside. “For me, life purpose is really being human, loving, really loving, making experiences, whatever it is, just be you." - 00:13:32 "Their life is very difficult. Usually they are semi-nomadic, so they have their cattle, they have their goat, their sheep, whatever." - 00:29:42 "Something that I've learned in the spiritual realm, we are all connected. And just because it's thousands of kilometers far away, it doesn't mean that it doesn't affect us." - 00:53:23 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Diandra Ford-Wing. Diandra Ford-Wing is a dynamic and innovative Sales Director whose profound journey through grief ignited her passion for storytelling. After the sudden loss of her mother, Diandra made the courageous decision to pause her thriving career, allowing herself the space to heal and reflect. This transformative experience ultimately inspired her debut novel, "Red Bird," a heartfelt exploration of loss and resilience. In this episode we discuss grief, the good grief framework, redbird, mental health and legacy. Website - https://www.booksbydiandra.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/diandrafordwing/ LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/diandrafordwing Diandra's Book - https://www.amazon.com/RED-BIRD-DIANDRA-F-WING/dp/B0DNBBJJDH In this episode you will learn: 1. Why a three-day bereavement policy made Diandra quit her job the day after her mother's memorial, and what that decision revealed about what it truly means to honor being human — Diandra came out of a four-hour revenue meeting to find dozens of missed calls from her siblings. Her mother was gone. A company policy gave her three days to grieve a woman she talked to six or seven times every single day. The day after the memorial she called her boss and resigned. That one act of choosing herself became the crack that let everything else in, including Redbird. 2. Why grief is not one size fits all, and the Good Grief framework that helps people name their pain, offer themselves grace, and actually move through loss instead of just pushing past it — Good Grief breaks it down: Give it a name, Offer yourself grace, release unrealistic performance expectations, be Open to support, and choose what showing up looks like for you now. Diandra is clear, "time heals all wounds" is one of the most harmful phrases in grief culture. All time does is make it longer since the loss was fresh. The invisible wounds need the most care. 3. Why grief is love with nowhere to go, and what happens when you stop trying to outrun it and let it become the doorway to your most authentic voice — Diandra didn't know she had a book inside her. She just started writing because she had to get it out. While she was grieving she was writing Redbird. While she was writing Redbird she was grieving. The two were inseparable. That creative doorway only opened because she stopped performing fine, sat in the pain, and trusted that honoring her humanity mattered more than meeting anyone's expectations.. “We all have one life to live, and if you are not getting the satisfaction, the happiness, what have you, whatever it needs to make you keep going." - 00:06:43 "The thing is that when you take the humanity out of something like a loss or death, that makes it, it makes people more prone to not dealing with it themselves." - 00:28:47 "I would just say, life is meant to be lived, and I know most of us on this planet are doing the best that we can, but you've got to make space for happiness in your life." - 00:56:39 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Elle Ballard. Elle is a catalyst for transformation, igniting change in the lives of women across the world. She is a dynamic Holistic Abundance Mentor, Creator of FFF Club, Founder of the Women of the World Network® community, accomplished author, and a captivating speaker who takes her clients on transformative journeys of personal growth and empowerment. Today she guides powerful women to embody their radiance and reclaim their joy—through sacred movement, energetic alignment, and conscious lifestyle design. In this episode we discuss holistic abundance, burnout, sisterhood, flow state and feminine energy. Website - https://www.elleballard.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/theelleballard FB - https://www.facebook.com/theelleballard/ LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/elleballard/ YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@elle-ballard Women of the World Network - https://www.womenoftheworldnetwork.com/ In this episode you will learn: 1. Why your inner critic equating struggle with safety, and ease with risk, is one of the most dangerous invisible patterns blocking your abundance — When Elle started allowing abundance in, her inner critic didn't whisper "you don't deserve this." It whispered something far more insidious: "if you relax, everything will collapse." Safety felt synonymous with control. Ease felt like a threat. Through dance and somatic practice she discovered the truth, safety doesn't come from control. It comes from self-trust. And the moment she stopped measuring her worth through output and started measuring it through alignment, everything shifted. 2. What holistic abundance actually means, and the five energy leaks quietly draining women every single day that have nothing to do with money — Holistic abundance is presence across all life areas simultaneously, financial flow, passion work, relationships, health, and vitality. Elle identifies the five most common energy leaks she sees: people pleasing, over-giving, ignoring intuition, rushing transitions, and doing without integrating. Every single one is a form of self-abandonment. And until those leaks are sealed, no strategy or income goal will hold. 3. Why desire is a woman's radiance, and what happens when she finally stops suppressing it — The emotion Elle sees women most resist feeling is desire. Not anger, not grief, desire. Because women were conditioned to suppress it to stay safe, lovable, and proper. But desire is not a distraction from a woman's life. It is her life force. When she reconnects to it and stops performing radiance in search of validation, something irreversible happens. She embodies it instead. And the difference between performing and embodying is the difference between seeking approval and being free. “I got married early back in my country. I'm originally from USSR and I always really learned to adapt to, to, I learned early how to perform well." - 00:02:38 "I think when a woman disconnects from her desire, she loses a life, that life force or she starts losing life force because we, I think we were conditioned to suppress." - 00:23:18 "If things are not working in our life or some life areas, because we talked about how I love the holistic approach covering all the life areas." - 00:35:30 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Donna Cravotta. Donna Cravotta is a Chief Storyteller + Positioning Architect, Founder and CEO of Cravotta Media Group, and creator of The Real 50 Over 50: The Wisdom Revolution, featuring 175+ interviews with women over 50 redefining success in their Third Act. She works with accomplished entrepreneurial women—authors, speakers, and consultants—helping them gather their wisdom, clarify their positioning, and build intentional visibility that feels natural, not performative. Her proprietary methodology, Tried & New, is based on a simple premise: Don’t reinvent yourself. Remember who you already are. In this episode we discuss remembering vs reinvention, the real 50 over 50, storytelling, gender bias and ageism. Website - https://cravottamediagroup.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/donnacravotta/ FB - https://www.facebook.com/cravottamediagroup LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/donnacravotta/ Substack - https://donnacravotta.substack.com/ In this episode you will learn: 1. Why "reinvention" is actually just imposter syndrome wearing a new outfit, and what women over 50 actually need instead of a brand new identity — The world tells women that everything they did before a certain age no longer matters and that moving forward means becoming someone else. Donna rejects that completely. Through her Tried and New methodology, women start remembering the things they forgot, dismissed, or didn't think anyone would care about, and discover they already have decades of evidence proving exactly who they are. No imposter syndrome gremlin can stand against that. 2. Why women over 50 are not winding down — they are just getting started, and what 175 plus interviews with women redefining success in their third act actually revealed — Donna built The Real 50 Over 50 because brilliant, impactful women were completely invisible while Forbes required a $10 million income minimum just to be considered. What she discovered interview after interview was the same thread every single time: they weren't ready to stop, they wanted to make a difference, and the moment they started remembering who they were, they hit the HOV lane and never looked back. 3. Why remembering is harder than reinventing, and the one tangible first step anyone can take right now to pull the thread that unravels everything — Reinvention is just another task list. Remembering is soul level work. It means connecting dots you didn't know were connected and giving yourself permission to see failures as redirections. Donna's first step is simple: think of one moment when you created real change for someone and genuinely felt good doing it. Start there. Pull that thread. The rest will follow. “The real recognizable moment was about three years ago. I was at the tail end of a health issue that had lasted a while." - 00:02:48 "Re-invention is just another task list. It's things to do. Remembering, it's hard work. That is, that's soul level work." - 00:21:24 "Trust yourself. Just trust yourself because I think that's where all the problems stem from.” - 01:05:11 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Jennifer Urezzio. Jennifer Urezzio is a Soul-whispering, BS-incinerating, divine codebreaker who moonlights as an intuitive strategist but secretly operates as a full-time interdimensional translator for your Soul’s deepest truth. She didn’t just found Soul Language—she channeled an entire spiritual dialect from the primordial soup of the Divine and turned it into a system that makes your therapist weep and your higher self applaud. She’s the one the angels call when they need a communications upgrade. In this episode we discuss soul language, modern spirituality, soul communication, overcoming scarcity mindset and consciousness evolution. Website - https://soullanguage.us/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/soullanguagefounder YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/c/JenniferUrezzio LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenniferurezzio/ Podcast - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/asked-and-answered-by-soul/id1537594615 In this episode you will learn: 1. What Soul Language actually is, and why it's the only framework that evolves with you rather than putting you in a box and leaving you there — Unlike Human Design, Enneagram, or archetypes, Soul Language is an evolutionary paradigm that grows as your consciousness grows. Born from a vision on a massage table covered in red clay, Jennifer's framework gives tangible words to three core soul energies: your mission, how you feel that mission, and your soulful personality. When you know those words, you stop operating from pain and programming and start using your energy consciously. 2. Why "not enough" is the biggest lie humanity collectively tells itself, and the only three root fears every human being is actually running on beneath all the noise — There are only three core limiting beliefs: that you are unworthy, that you are unworthy of love, or that love is conditional. Everything else is just a branch on one of those three roots. The soul's message is always the exact opposite. The human's job is to stop letting the mind's illusion of safety drown that message out. 3. Why you are your own channel, and why trying to control anyone else's programming is a complete waste of the one resource you actually have — You are on your own channel. Everyone else is on theirs. You are all just making cameo appearances in each other's shows. You are responsible for your programming and no one else's. And the one question that unlocks your soul's communication every single day is deceptively simple: what do I need to know today? “I was the kid that you could leave in her room for hours and I would read or I would invent games or stories or, you know, I didn't really have dolls." - 00:02:12 "I think the message that the soul always says is that you are enough, that you are worthy. " - 00:31:25 "Stop believing that you're anything but whole and complete.” - 00:58:19 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. Brad Walsh is an International Speaker, Soul Visibility Guide, podcast host/producer, photographer, and #1 International Best-Selling Author who helps women step into their power and men become compassionate leaders. Through Empowerography, a Top 1.5% Globally Rated Podcast, he has held space for 800+ conversations with extraordinary women, creating a movement to EMPOWER, ELEVATE, and EDUCATE voices around the world. I would like to personally welcome you to Brad's Corner, a new series under the Empowerography Podcast umbrella, a space where I share raw reflections, personal insights, and the lessons I've gathered from the incredible women I've had the honor of interviewing. In Episode 9 of Brad's Corner, Pattern #3 in the Lessons from 800 Women Series, Brad tackles one of the most consistent and quietly devastating threads that has emerged from 800 conversations with extraordinary women. It's called invisible labor. And once you see it, you cannot unsee it. This episode is equal parts education, personal confession, and a direct call to action, especially for the men listening. This Episode Explores: • What invisible labor actually is, and why it's designed to go unnoticed, which is exactly the whole point of it. • Why this pattern shows up across every industry, every income level, and every title — from stay-at-home moms to CEOs running multi-million dollar companies. • Why most men don't see this labor, and why it's not malice, it's structural blindness. • Brad's personal story, what he saw when he looked back at how his mom and grandmother ran their home after his parents' divorce, and what it took for him to finally see it for what it was. • A specific, actionable challenge for every listener, especially the men, to take one piece of invisible labor off someone's plate this week, without being asked, without making it an announcement, and without expecting a thank you. Key Insights: • Invisible labor isn't just the physical stuff, it's the mental and emotional load that runs in the background of a woman's day, constantly, that most people never clock as work. • The absence of a problem IS the labor, and we're wired to notice problems, not the quiet prevention of them. • Most men aren't bad guys for not seeing it, they were never given the lens to see it in the first place. • You can't support what you refuse to see, seeing the invisible labor is the first act of real allyship. Key Message: This week, name one piece of invisible labor that someone in your life is carrying, your partner, your mom, a colleague, whoever it is, and then take it off their plate, without being asked, without making it a big announcement, without expecting a thank you. Not because you're trying to be a hero, but because seeing it, actually seeing it, is the first step of allyship. You can't support what you refuse to see. "It's called invisible labor, and once you see it, you can't unsee it." - 00:01:36 "The absence of a problem is the labor. Let me say that again for you, the absence of a problem is the labor, and we are wired to notice problems, not the quiet prevention of them." - 00:04:10 "You can't support what you refuse or don't see." - 00:06:53 Contact Brad: Website Instagram LinkedIn YouTube X (Twitter) TikTok Substack #Empowerography #BradsCorner #InvisibleLabor #MentalLoad #EmotionalLabor #AllyshipInAction #LessonsFrom800Women #SeeTheLabor #StructuralBlindness #DefaultParent #HoldingItAllTogether #YouCantSupportWhatYouRefuseToSee #Podcast #PodcastHost #MaleAlly #
My guest today is Naowshaba Ferdous. Naowshaba Ferdous is a business strategist from Washington DC who helps ambitious women all over the world get seen, remembered, and paid by building businesses rooted in clear thinking, strong messaging, and personal branding . In this episode we discuss visibility, leadership, business strategy and self-advocacy. Website - https://www.naowshaba.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/naowshaba FB - https://www.facebook.com/share/g/19rqZrn8n9/?mibextid=wwXIfr In this episode you will learn: 1. Why waiting to be chosen, waiting to feel ready, and waiting for external validation are the three most expensive habits ambitious women have, and the identity shift that has to happen before any strategy ever works — Most women's business problems are not strategy problems, they are identity problems. Until a woman sees herself as someone whose work is genuinely capable of changing lives, she will keep watering down her messaging, undercharging her offers, and playing small while calling it being strategic. The first question every invisible woman needs to ask herself: what do I want to be known for? 2. The study that proves women can't win either way, and why giving yourself permission to be disliked is actually the most strategic business decision you can make — Women who self-advocate in the workplace are seen as unlikeable. Women who don't are seen as passive and unambitious. If those are the only two options, give yourself permission to be disliked. At least then you are claiming your space and being recognized for what you bring. People are going to dislike you at every stage of your life anyway. You cannot control that. 3. Why taking full responsibility for your resultsn including the failures, is not a burden but the most empowering reframe available to any woman in business — If your failures are a byproduct of your actions, thoughts, and behaviors, then so is your success. That is not pressure, that is power. Stop outsourcing blame to wrong timing, wrong algorithms, and wrong circumstances. You are the driver. Coaches and mentors are just passengers, and your income will shift the moment you stop waiting to feel ready and start doing it messy. “I think that for the most part, I think juggling throughout my entire life, I've always tried to be palatable." - 00:02:15 "The women who self-advocated in the workplace were seen as generally unlikable and just negatively, perceived negatively. My guest today is Lannie Reid. Lannie Reid is an intuitive medium, teacher, healer, and Certified Joy Facilitator devoted to empowering women to reconnect with their inner wisdom and divine guidance. With over 20 years of experience in intuitive and spiritual development, she lovingly guides others to connect with their Angels, inner guide, and higher self so they can move through life with clarity, confidence, and joy. She is the author of Know Your Angels: Embracing the Angels’ Messages and Love into Your Life and co-author of Be Light to Raise Light , published by Hay House. Through her writing, workshops, and teachings, Lannie shares tools for intuition development, connection, meditation, and deep healing. In this episode we discuss divine guidance, our angel teams and guides, surrender, inner wisdom and chronic pain healing. Website - https://www.lanniereid.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/lanniereid/ FB - https://www.facebook.com/lanniereid/ In this episode you will learn: 1. Why MS taught her to fight and trigeminal neuralgia, the most painful medical condition known to medicine, taught her to surrender, and why both lessons were equally necessary — Lannie powered through her MS diagnosis when her kids were three and six. She fought her way through it and felt strong. Then trigeminal neuralgia arrived, years of unrelenting nerve spasms so severe she couldn't eat, drink, or function. No amount of strength could touch it. The only way out was surrendering to something greater than herself. 2. Why angels want nothing more than to help you and the one thing most people never do that stops them from receiving that help — Angels cannot go past your free will. If you don't ask, they won't come in. The biggest misconception is that you need to go through someone else to access divine guidance, or that you're simply not the kind of person who gets that kind of support. Everyone can connect. You just have to ask, give permission, and develop the awareness to notice when they show up. 3. What joy facilitation actually is, and why choosing joy is not toxic positivity but the most powerful frequency you can become to magnetize the life you actually want — Joy is not about pretending everything is fine. Lannie spent years in pain so dark that joy felt completely unreachable. She learned that joy is a frequency you choose one small moment at a time. A favorite cup of coffee. A grandchild's face. One better thought interrupting a loop. Pockets of joy, strung together, that eventually become the life you were meant to live. “I've always been somebody that could see spirit on the other side." - 00:03:33 "There are angels for absolutely anything. " - 00:26:54 "We have our own wings that we can, I've explained this a couple of different times on different, in different ways, but I feel like when we're able to open our own wings, which to me are etheric, they're attached to us.” - 00:48:13 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Jess Moyer. Jessica Moyer is a TEDx speaker, podcast host of The R.E.A.L. Wellness Podcast , three-time author, and certified leadership and wellness coach with over 25 years of experience helping individuals rise through adversity and lead with purpose. She is the creator of the R.E.A.L. Wellness Framework, a holistic approach centered on realistic changes, creating energy, taking action, and leading with love—designed to help people build sustainable health, resilience, and clarity in every season of life. Through her books, coaching programs, speaking, and faith-based approach to well-being, Jessica empowers individuals to reclaim their energy, strengthen their mindset, and live with intention. In this episode we discuss health and wellness, The Real Wellness Framework, loss, practical wellness tips and purpose. Website - https://jessica-moyer.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/jessmoyer/ YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@jesstherealcoach FB - https://www.facebook.com/jessica.s.moyer.9 LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jessica-moyer-290bb0b/ In this episode you will learn: 1. Why losing her son at nine months and her father years later became the foundation of Jess's life work, and the two painful truths those losses burned into her that she now teaches everyone around her — Jess's son Steven never had a choice about his health. Her father, a small-town doctor who cared for everyone else, never prioritized his own. Both were gone too soon. From those two losses came one unshakeable message: your health is the foundation of everything and nobody else is going to protect it for you. 2. Why the biggest lie sold about wellness is that there's a quick fix, and what real change actually looks like for someone who is already exhausted and running on empty — Jess's approach is simple: identify what's draining you first, then replace it with something so small you literally cannot fail at it. A glass of water before coffee. Five minutes of movement every hour. One thing a day that brings you joy. Real change is not dramatic, it's consistent, stackable, and built on what you will actually do. 3. What the REAL Wellness Framework is, and why leaders who ignore their health foundation are building on sand no matter how successful they look from the outside — REAL stands for Realistic, Energy, Action, and Love. Built from 25 years of watching what separates people who sustain their goals from those who fall off. The answer was never motivation or willpower. it was loving yourself enough to start, being resilient enough to get back up, and taking small actions that compound over time. “I think it was always in my heart that I knew this work was going to eventually come to fruition. It was part of my upbringing and health and wellness." - 00:02:07 "I think you can't lead from a place if you're not happy with your own self. " - 00:19:58 "Just remember why you're created and how short life really is and are you living true to yourself or to what society tells you?” - 00:41:35 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Meka Hemmons. Meka Hemmons is a Chicago-based portrait photographer, founder of SpiderMeka Portraits, and creator of the Calm Before the Camera™ confidence system. Known as “the heart surgeon with a camera,” she disrupts the beauty myth to heal what we see in the mirror… and helps individuals and professionals look natural, credible, and powerful in their online presence. Meka blends psychology, leadership insight, and visual storytelling to build trust through imagery. She is also a speaker, memoirist, podcast host of Unbeautifying , and author of the Corporate Headshot Day Playbook, a strategic framework for elevating team confidence and creating high-trust corporate branding. In this episode we discuss the calm before the camera method, being a confidence architect, the photogenic myth, photography and self-confidence. Website - https://spidermeka.com IG - https://instagram.com/spidermeka YouTube - https://youtube.com/@spidermeka FB - https://facebook.com/spidermeka LinkedIn - https://linkedin.com/in/spidermeka In this episode you will learn: 1. Why "photogenic" is a dirty word, and what someone is really saying when they claim they're not photogenic — Photogenic is a made-up word that puts people into piles of worthy and unworthy and takes all responsibility off the photographer. A bad photo is never the subject's fault, it's the photographer's. And when someone says they're not photogenic, what they're really saying is they don't feel attractive to themselves. The person in the photo you most need to connect with is you. 2. Why the world is chronically dysregulated and calling it normal, and how Meka's Calm Before the Camera system uses nervous system regulation as the real foundation for confidence — We've normalized dysregulation because everyone around us is doing it. But it's not normal and it's why we get ill. Meka's framework starts by asking what's actually happening inside the person before the camera ever comes out. Your nervous system cannot be hidden, whatever is going on inside is coming out in your eyes, your breath, and your body language whether you know it or not. 3. Why confidence is not something you return to, it's something you build from exactly where you are right now — Trying to go back to the confident person you once were is not the goal because that person no longer exists. Stop asking "how do I look?" and start asking "what do I want them to hear?" That one shift moves you out of performance and into presence, and presence is the only thing that creates real connection. “So many times when we're feeling down about ourselves, the human of us know that the treatment is to help us." - 00:03:38 "Architecture is one of my favorite words these days, and what happens when we build things that are based on trend, or based on insecurity. " - 00:31:36 "This idea of un-beautifying is, once again, taking the current construct of what people think beauty is and inserting the truth.” - 00:57:42 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Riana Malia. Riana Malia empowers high-achieving women in midlife who’ve built a beautiful life, yet still sense something’s missing. Drawing on her training as a Board-Certified Neurosomatic Practitioner and Identity Architect, Riana developed the Clear to Create™ Method, a system that helps women clear the unconscious patterns holding them back, rewire their nervous systems, and reset their internal blueprints. She teaches them to embody and reclaim their deeper desires, so their relationships, careers, and lives finally feel as vibrant on the inside as they appear on the outside. In this episode we discuss 72 hour rewiring, unconscious patterns, magnet for miracles, frequency shifting and identity design. Website - https://rianamalia.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/rianamalia/ YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@rianamalia FB - https://www.facebook.com/RianaMalia Brilliance Brunch - https://thebrilliancebrunch.rianamalia.com In this episode you will learn: 1. Why talking about your trauma in therapy, wine nights, and books keeps you living inside the story rather than on top of it, and the critical difference between standing IN your story and standing ON it — Riana did all the right things after her divorce, the DEA raid, the abusive relationship. But every time you retell a trauma, your body relives it because memory is cellular. The breakthrough came when she found a method that cleared the stored energy without going back into the story. Standing IN your story defines you. Standing ON it refines you. 2. What neurosomatic work actually is and why the unconscious blueprints running your life were mostly installed before you were seven years old — Your nervous system runs familiar programs to keep you safe, even when those programs are destroying your relationships and results. Riana's Clear2Create method doesn't require revisiting the original wound. It identifies the pattern, clears the stored energy from the body, and installs a new blueprint that matches who you want to be now, not who you had to be to survive then. 3. Why the problem is almost never a lack of resources, it's a lack of resourcefulness, and how one woman chose to break generational patterns instead of running from them — At 18 Riana had no money and no plan. At 34 she had guns drawn on her and hundreds of thousands in debt. Every time, her answer was the same, tap into the resourcefulness already inside you, keep your promise to yourself, and refuse to pass broken patterns to your daughter. That decision became the foundation of everything she now teaches “All of us in the world that do things that are impactful, it didn't come out of a perfect life, right? It didn't come out of everything's been easy." - 00:02:20 "You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it. " - 00:37:05 "Just because it's always been has absolutely no bearing on what it can be tomorrow.” - 01:06:28 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Dr. Joy Kong. Dr. Joy Kong is a triple board-certified anti-aging physician and stem cell specialist, renowned for her expertise in stem cell therapy and commitment to educating both physicians and the public. With a strong presence in the industry, she has established herself as a trusted voice through her extensive lecturing at national and international conferences, as well as her publications in scientific journals. In this episode we discuss women in science, stem cell therapy, regenerative medicine and anti-aging. Website - https://joykongmd.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/dr_joy_kong LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/joykongmd/ YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@joykongmd FB - https://www.facebook.com/stemcelldrjoy/ Book - https://joykongmd.com/author/ In this episode you will learn: 1. Why stem cell therapy is not injecting a miracle cure, it's injecting intelligence that wakes up the healer already living inside you — Stem cells don't go into damaged tissue and become it. They send signals that tell YOUR own cells to wake up and repair. The new tissue that forms belongs to you, the donor cells simply delivered the message. This is why Dr. Joy calls stem cell therapy the first true form of energy medicine, and why her results outperform clinics using ten times the number of cells. 2. Why the system designed to protect your health may actually be the biggest obstacle standing between you and healing — From the FDA ruling that calling a cell "alive" makes it a drug, to doctors paralyzed by fear of regulators, to a single treatment costing $750,000 because Big Pharma needs to recoup its investment, Dr. Joy lays out exactly how the current model keeps patients dependent, doctors compliant, and genuine healing out of reach for anyone who doesn't know to look beyond the system. 3. Why "embracing aging" is one of the most harmful narratives ever sold to women, and what's actually possible when you address root causes instead of symptoms — Dr. Joy draws a clear line between celebrating wisdom that comes with age and accepting the decline that doesn't have to come with it. She was on the maximum dose of antidepressants by medical school graduation. Through functional nutrition, hormone optimization, and stem cell therapy, she came off all medication completely. The vitality you had at 25 is still possible. You just have to stop accepting the narrative that says otherwise. “As a little kid, I just feel like there's something inside of me that's meant for greatness." - 00:05:24 "When I first entered in 2016, only 20% of stem cell therapy, we're actually using birth tissue but now, but now it's about 50%." - 00:27:02 "There's always that myth about hormone replacement and how it can exacerbate cancer or have all these side effects, but that has been disproven.” - 00:52:05 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Rebecca Whitman. Rebecca Whitman, the Abundance Mentor, an international best-selling author, graduated with honors from Princeton University. She received the awards of Mindset Coach of the Decade and Empowered Woman of the Year by International Association of Top Professionals. “USA Today” rated her in the top 5 entrepreneurs to watch in 2024. Host of the top 1% globally ranked “Balanced, Beautiful, and Abundant” podcast that won the Positive Change Award. Her philosophy divides life into 7 Pillars of Abundance which include: spiritual, physical, emotional, romantic, mental, social, and financial. She coaches people to achieve alignment within these seven areas, so they can experience a life of joy and freedom. In this episode we discuss the 7 pillars of abundance, abundance mindset, work-life harmony, the four A's transformation and gratitude. Why abundance is not an accumulation of stuff but a feeling and how a Princeton graduate, actress, and recovering alcoholic built a seven-figure life by unraveling the belief that she had to earn her worth — Rebecca spent her life overachieving to earn love and approval. The unraveling came when her toxic marriage, a near-death gallbladder emergency, her father's passing, and her divorce all hit at once. And yet her best financial year ever came right in the middle of all of it. That's when she realized the secret wasn't hustle, it was alignment. 2. What the Seven Pillars of Abundance are and why neglecting even one of them is like riding a bicycle with a broken spoke — Spirituality, fitness, emotions, romance, mental, social, and financial. Not work-life balance but work-life harmony, where different seasons call for different focus. The pillar Rebecca sees most neglected in high-achieving women is health, always last on the list after everyone else has been served. The one most tied to worthiness wounds is financial. 3. Why happiness is a decision not an acquisition and the four A's of transformation Rebecca uses to break the comparison trap and move from scarcity to abundance in real time — Awareness, Acceptance, Affirm the opposite, and Action. A practical in-the-moment framework for catching a limiting belief and rewriting it without shame or judgment. Add her 36-year daily abundance journal practice, a gift she's offering to every listener and you have a complete system for rewiring your thinking from fear to love, one day at a time. “I have always been an overachiever, and I by the time I was eight years old, I was playing national level tennis." - 00:02:39 "Abundance is a feeling of more than enoughness versus a feeling of, oh my God, I don't have enough." - 00:43:39 "I would say that happiness is a decision, not an acquisition, and that we get to choose happiness day by day, moment by moment.” - 01:04:47 Introducing Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience , built from everything I've learned across 800+ interviews and six-plus years of hosting this show. My guest today is Kelly McCann. Kelly K. McCann, MD, MPH is a triple board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Integrative Medicine, with additional certifications in Functional Medicine and Medical Acupuncture. She is the founder of The Spring Center in Costa Mesa, California, where she specializes in complex chronic illness, including Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, mold and mycotoxin illness, Lyme disease, and environmentally acquired conditions . In this episode we discuss the unforgetting project, healthcare innovation, integrative medicine, mind body spirit and healing as remembering. Website - https://thespringcenter.com https://drkellymccann.com https://unforgettingproject.com IG - https://www.instagram.com/drkellymccann/ FB - https://www.facebook.com/drkellymccann In this episode you will learn: 1. Why Western medicine’s biggest failure is never asking the most important question a patient has and how a triple board-certified physician walked away from everything she was taught to start asking it —Kelly went through medical school knowing the model was broken. Western medicine asks what are the symptoms, what is the diagnosis, what is the treatment, but it never asks why. Why is this happening to this specific person with their unique genetics, lifestyle, trauma history, and beliefs? Kelly built her entire practice around that one question Western medicine refuses to ask. 2. Why the body is not the enemy, it is the voice of the soul, and what it means that every symptom is actually a meaningful message telling you exactly how far you’ve strayed from who you truly are —Kelly’s framework is profound: we are born whole, then life layers conditioning, rules, coping mechanisms, and masks on top of who we really are. When the coping mechanisms stop fitting, the body speaks. First in whispers. Then louder. Then screams. The symptoms are not the problem to be suppressed, they are the compass pointing back to your remembered self. A thyroid issue might be about your voice going unexpressed. Autoimmune conditions might reflect a lifetime of having no boundaries. 3. What the Unforgetting Project is and how a nine-week program built around expressing previously unfelt emotions is producing healing results that are stopping even veteran therapists dead in their tracks —The Unforgetting is Kelly’s life’s work: a structured process of identifying and expressing the emotions that have been stored in the body, in a loving group container using explorer, companion, and anchor roles. In one three-hour Unforgetting Journey, a woman with a seizure disorder had her debilitating migraines and crippling anxiety completely clear. A therapist with ten years of experience said she had never seen anything like it and it belongs in every therapy curriculum on the planet. “There was this aha moment, I think sometime in residency, when I realized the structure and the way that we think about disease is from a physician's perspective is, okay, what are the symptoms that the patient is presenting with?" - 00:06:19 "what I've found is that the way to that place of loving, deep connection, is actually through the body." - 00:33:16 "We got to be responsible for ourselves.” - 01:08:07 Your voice matters! In Episode 8 of Brad's Corner, I pull back the curtain on something I built, something that has been living inside me for a long time and that I wasn't sure I was ready to put out into the world. I take you back to the very beginning. Before the microphone. Before the podcast. Back to the camera, the corporate AV world, and the moment the pandemic changed everything, and I share why 800 conversations with extraordinary women eventually led me to build Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience, what it is, what it isn't, and why I believe podcast guesting is not a marketing strategy. It is a relationship. This episode explores: • The origin story behind Empowerography, from photography to corporate AV to picking up a microphone during the pandemic • What 800 conversations with extraordinary women actually deposited in me and the three most important things they taught me about showing up powerfully • Why podcast guesting is not a marketing strategy. it is a relationship, and what that distinction changes about everything • What Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience is NOT and why I built something different in a world full of noise, shortcuts, and fly-by-night programs • Real feedback from real beta testers, including a professional educator who gave it gold stars before she even finished it • Why the right podcast host with the right audience is out there right now waiting to hear exactly what you have to say and why this course is the bridge Key Insights: • 800 conversations with extraordinary women genuinely changed who I am as a man, not just as a host • The most powerful thing you can do in any conversation is not impress, it's connect. Land in people's hearts, not just their heads • Showing up powerfully isn't about being the loudest voice in the room, it's about being the most present one • Every podcast you appear on is an invitation into someone's community, their host's trust, and their listeners' most precious moments of the day. That is not a transaction. That is a privilege. Key Message: Somewhere out there right now, there is a podcast host with a microphone and an audience who needs to hear exactly what you have to say. They just haven't met you yet. Amplify Your Message: The Podcast Guest Mastery Experience is officially open for enrollment on August 4th, with early bird pricing available through August 11th. This course was built with everything I have learned from 800 extraordinary women who taught him more about showing up in the world than he could have ever imagined. You are not in this alone. My guest today is Clover Lam. Clover Lam is a post-divorce wellness coach, viral content creator, and the founder of The Divorce Glow-Up— a transformational method helping millennial, child-free women rebuild their lives from the inside out after heartbreak.. In this episode we discuss the divorce glow-up, divorce healing, financial independence, money coaching, the ego death and the victim to victor mindset. Website - https://www.thedivorceglowup.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/thedivorceglowup YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@thedivorceglowup LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/cloverlam-coach/ In this episode you will learn: 1. Why divorce doesn’t just end a relationship—it detonates your identity and why that detonation is actually the invitation back to the diamond you were born to be —Clover describes divorce as an ego death that cracks through every mask, layer of conditioning, and false sense of safety a woman has built up over a lifetime. Using her diamond analogy, she explains how we are born radiant and resilient, then bury ourselves under masks to survive. Divorce beams a light into all of it and says, you’ve gone too far from yourself. Come back. The breakdown is the beginning of the glow up. 2. The difference between victim and victor mindset and why the brain is wired for safety, not success, making the conscious choice to rise the most powerful decision a woman can make post-divorce —Clover is direct: the difference between women who shrink after divorce and women who rise comes down to one choice. Being a victim feels validating because it gives the ego a reason why things fell apart. But it keeps you completely stuck. The moment you decide your divorce happened FOR you, not TO you, everything changes. That one degree shift in mindset is the compound interest that eventually transforms your entire life. 3. Why financial sovereignty is not just about money, it’s about the ability to walk away and how owning your money gives you the power to own every choice in your life —Clover spent years financially dependent and intimidated by money after her divorce. Now she teaches that financial clarity is not about being a math genius, it’s about knowing where you are, owning what you have, and building the safety net that lets you leave anything that no longer serves you. When you own your money, you own your choices. And that is the ultimate power move. “I remember my business strategist said one thing. He said, you are most probably positioned to serve who you once were. " - 00:02:31 "I have this analogy, I call it the radiant self-reclamation, and that's why my brand is called The Divorce Glow Up." - 00:19:33 "This life is meant to be lived through the entire spectrum of the human experience.” - 00:52:18 Your voice matters! My guest today is Jole Berlage Buccellati. Jole is an independent sensemaker, leadership coach and author that works at the intersection of high sensitivity, deep thinking, leadership and trauma informed practice exploring how individuals and leaders can navigate complexity and impact deep systems change. With academic roots in biology, anthropology, psychology, and the arts, and lived experience as a highly sensitive person myself, I bring both rigor and complex insights to conversations about leadership, change making and systemic transformation. In this episode we discuss sensitive leadership, deep thinking, gender bias, cultivating sagacious leadership and Machiavellianism. Website - https://thesensitivesway.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/jolebuccellati/ YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@thesensitvesway LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jole-berlage-buccellati-4b79aba1/ In this episode you will learn: 1. Why sensitivity is not a personality flaw but a strategic intelligence and who has been deliberately suppressing it for centuries and why —From the persecution of women healers labeled as witches to the rise of the dark tetrad in corporate leadership (narcissists, Machiavellian personalities, psychopaths, and sadists), Jole traces exactly who benefits from keeping sensitive, deep-thinking people small, silent, and convinced their gifts are liabilities. The world isn’t missing more data. It’s missing the people who can actually see through the game. 2. What highly sensitive leaders see that others routinely miss and why the intelligence we’ve been suppressing for generations is exactly what a world in crisis is starving for —Highly sensitive people hold more complexity, see more dots, sit with paradox longer, and can read the emotional atmosphere of a room before a single word is spoken. These aren’t soft skills, they are precision instruments for navigating chaos. Jole calls this sagacious leadership: distributed, embodied, community-intelligent, and radically different from the lone wolf myth our systems were built to protect. 3. Why AI is a socially acceptable dissociation and the inner capacities we must strengthen instead of outsourcing if we are going to stay sovereign, embodied, and genuinely human —Jole’s AI-trained-on-her-own-work gave her its own best description: AI is a socially acceptable dissociation. It mimics connection without understanding anything. It strings probabilities without meaning. And the people in power know this, because a population that outsources its discernment to a machine is a population that is very easy to control. The antidote is presence, embodiment, and the courage to trust your own inner knowing. “There was a catalyst moment in terms of my own self-empowerment, which was when I was studying music therapy. " - 00:03:24 "We need to learn what I call energetic housekeeping." - 00:37:34 "I think what we lack in this world is our awareness and our capacity to create beauty.” - 01:15:15 Your voice matters! My guest today is Maisie Lovett. Maisie Smith Lovett is a trauma healer and holistic wellness mentor for high-achieving women who look successful on the outside but feel disconnected, depleted, or stuck in survival mode on the inside. She helps women decode what their symptoms are really saying—whether that’s chronic fatigue, gut and hormone issues, weight that won’t budge, anxiety, or burnout, by addressing the emotional, nervous system, and energetic roots driving them. Her work bridges body-based healing, emotional pattern release, and intuitive stress mapping so women can experience real relief without reliving the past or chasing endless protocols. In this episode we discuss trauma healing, perimenopause, gut health, pelvic floor health, queen energy and inner child work. Website - https://mslwellness.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/maisie.smith.lovett/ FB - https://www.facebook.com/maisieroi YouTube - https://music.youtube.com/@maisie.smith.lovett In this episode you will learn: 1. Why adding trauma healing to weight loss doubled her clients' results, and why every symptom your body is showing you has a story that no doctor is asking about — When Maisie integrated trauma healing into her wellness coaching, average results went from 10-20 pounds to 20-40 in the same time frame. One client lost 39.5 pounds in 12 weeks without working out once. The reason: every organ holds onto different traumas and emotions. Until you address what's underneath, you cannot out-exercise an emotional body at war with itself. 2. How your body decodes unprocessed trauma as physical symptoms, and the stress mapping process Maisie uses to identify exactly where her clients are holding their stories — Tight shoulders, gut issues, hormonal imbalances, TMJ, thyroid problems, and even which side of the body symptoms appear on all carry emotional meaning most practitioners never ask about. Maisie's stress mapping process identifies where the body is holding on and why, without reliving past trauma. Name it, locate it, dissolve it. You heal that much faster when you can put a name to what your body is carrying. 3. Why high-achieving women feel safest staying exhausted, and the one word that changes everything when "slow down" feels like failure — Staying busy keeps high-achievers from feeling what's underneath. "Slow down" triggers fear because it sounds like stopping. Maisie's reframe: soften. Slow your pace. Lessen the grip. Move through life fluid instead of braced for impact. The woman who learns to soften is actually more in control, and her body finally feels safe. “I was personal trainer and have been for over 12 years, still hold my license today. " - 00:02:37 “I think the biggest lie, we're going to put it as the biggest lie that the industry says is, just do more." - 00:24:20 "That queen energy, that's the strongest piece on the chessboard. Fuck the king.” - 01:14:56 Your voice matters! If you’ve ever felt the pull to share your story, start a podcast, or step more fully into your power, this is your invitation.
