It's a (lengthy) rough and ready filler pod! Bev and Nigel join Danny on recapping the summer break. They touch upon some news, recap their tourism, have Patron's Things, Nigel has a new favourite parkrun, and Danny profiles Perton Playing Fields parkrun, west of Wolverhampton.

Million gifts, no replies, spotted map pin changes, big and little boats, Nicola channels her inner inert gases to deal with the heat before Rothwell parkrun near Leeds, and Danny has a day out gently celebrating a 250 at the very friendly Thorney Bay Beach parkrun in Essex.

Walsall Arboretum parkrun pay a lovely homage to Bev's 'volunteer nemesis' Mick Elwell, parkrun hits a million events, Joe Wicks is coming, someone does 'a Nicola', Nicola eats watered down soup and Danny gets wet and holey at Green Park parkrun in Reading.

It's a big one. Fnar. There's ashes, Explorers and geese. Nicola went to Blyth Links parkrun in Northumberland and enjoyed their beautiful beach whilst Danny was at a landmark Thing down in Morden parkrun, SW London, having a lengthy chat with Darren Wood post-1000th.

Danny and Nicola amongst other things pond-er German invites, parkurns, the new milestones (this especially), and Danny profiles two Netherlands events on Whit Monday weekend: Kralingse Bos parkrun in Rotterdam and Delftse Hout parkrun in Delft.

Friends? Pens! This week there's feathery pasta, the second most remote parkrun in the World, batcodes, Nicola tests out variable marshal gratitudes and then cuts it tight for her long run at Myrtle parkrun in Bingley, whilst Danny 'turns around' and gets Huggy at Beccles Quay parkrun in Suffolk. Woop woop!

Bev, Nigel and Danny bring you all the usual parkrun-related shenanigans once more. There's beautiful parkruns, pod catch-ups, legal news, a blend of London Marathon things, Bev and Nigel are at the Back Of The Pack and Danny thinks 'West Wow' at West Stow Country parkrun in Suffolk.
