( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Adam McManus Ugandan Muslim father tried to burn Christian daughters alive At around midnight on September 6, Amina and Shamila, two newly converted Christian sisters, were inside their home in Kasese District in the country of Uganda , Africa when their house was set on fire, reports International Christian Concern . The arsonist was their Muslim father, Muhamud. He had doused the house with gas, then set it alight while the girls slept inside. He had told them he would act to fulfill Islamic law since they had rejected Islam when they recently converted to Christianity on August 26. The girls awoke to the smell of gas and the sight of flames surrounding them. Amina said, “We saw flames of fire consuming our house. We now started looking for Plan B to escape death.” The girls barely escaped in time. Shamila added, “We knew that our lives were in danger. We removed the bricks and escaped through the hole. Thank God that He gave us a way to get out alive.” The girls survived the fire which destroyed almost everything they owned. Amina said, “We are happy to say that the fire consumed our shelter, but did not consume our faith and hope in Jesus Christ.” Indeed, 1 Peter 1:3 says, “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy, He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead." In your prayers today, thank God for protecting Amina and Shamila, these Ugandan sisters who recently trusted Christ. Pray for their father to be held accountable and that he, too, would come to Christ. Muslims represent only 14% of the Ugandan population . Rising gas/food prices are "killing" Trump and Republicans Appearing on Fox News , Brit Hume , their Chief Political Analyst, explained to Bret Baier that the November 3rd election is not looking good for President Donald Trump and the Republican Party. HUME: “The Fed is concerned about the same thing that our polling today, that came out today, suggests the American public is concerned about. That's the issue that helped elect Donald Trump. And I'm talking about inflation right now. “Question has been raised: Has the Trump administration made the economy better or worse? Fully 63% say it's made it worse, and that is 11 points higher, 11 percentage points higher than the number of people who thought that last year. That is not a number that the president can be very content with, and if you look at what people are saying about what is a major problem for their family: 62% said grocery prices, 61% said gasoline prices. Those are both things that are up. “The president was elected in the hope, I believe, that inflation could be brought under control, and to some extent on many products it has. But when it comes to gasoline, a reflection of the Iran war , and groceries, which have continued to go up, the problem is worse. “And it's certainly plaguing the president and driving down his approval rating. When a president's approval rating is down, particularly in a midterm election, it is very hard on his party.” House ensures data centers cover their own energy costs On September 16, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a measure put forward by Republicans that would provide a federal blueprint to ensure that data centers pay for their use of local energy grids, reports The Epoch Times . It was adopted in a 417–3 vote. The legislation would impose new requirements on artificial intelligence data centers. Typically, they draw huge amounts of electricity from local power grids, straining supplies and leading to utility bill shocks for households across the nation. Estimates indicate that data centers use about 4 percent of the U.S. electric grid. According to Electric Choice, the energy used to power these facilities, which draw roughly 176 terawatts of electricity per year, could otherwise be used to power 16 million homes. Hollywood refused to honor Chuck Norris at Emmys Hollywood is facing a Texas-sized backlash after television legend Chuck Norris was conspicuously left out of the Emmy Awards’ televised “In Memoriam” tribute , reports Christian talk show host Todd Starnes . Norris, the conservative Christian action star who became a television icon playing Cordell Walker on CBS’s “ Walker, Texas Ranger ,” died in March at the age of 86. Yet his name and image were nowhere to be found during Monday night’s tribute. Breitbart’s John Nolte suggested that politics may have been behind the snub, calling Norris a “conservative TV icon” and arguing the omission amounted to blacklisting. Academy chairman Cris Abrego said before the broadcast that an unusually large number of prominent television figures had died and it was “not feasible” to include everyone in the televised segment. But for Norris fans, leaving out the man who dominated Saturday-night television for nearly a decade was one roundhouse kick too many. Single mothers are getting older Single moms are getting older. According to the Institute for Family Studies , “Births to unmarried mothers are stereotypically thought of as occurring to young women. This is still true — but increasingly less so. In recent years, the age profile of unmarried mothers has changed due to shifting birth rates. Birth rates to young, unmarried women are declining, while birth rates to unmarried women over 35 are increasing. “The birth rate to unmarried women, ages 15 to 44, declined by 19% in the decade between 2014 and 2024. “Meanwhile, the unmarried birth rate for women over 35 is increasing — by 15% between 2014 and 2024. “At the same time, the unmarried birth rate for women over 40 increased by 40%. Notably, 2024 was the first year where the birth rate to unmarried women ages 40-44 was higher than the birth rate to unmarried teens.” Court upholds Indiana’s ban on ‘horrific’ ‘trans’ surgeries for kids Last Friday, a federal court sided with Indiana in upholding a state law prohibiting ‘horrific’ ‘trans’ surgeries from being conducted on children, reports the Federalist . Indiana Republican Attorney General Todd Rokita said, “We have won this critical fight against radicals who would otherwise impose this horrific practice on our kids for ideological and financial reasons. My office will keep standing between our children and those who would sacrifice their health, innocence, and well-being on the altar of woke gender ideology.’” Head of Texas Libertarian Party is a polygamist And finally, you probably have never heard of Andrew Amelang , the Chairman of the Texas Libertarian Party . He is also a proud polygamist, reports The Daily Citizen . Worse yet, he also holds a key leadership position in an organization called Biblical Families . The website claims that “plural marriage” is Biblical. Full stop. Any Christian worth his salt knows well that the presence of a particular act, like polygamy, rape or incest in the Bible, does not mean that God endorses it. By no means! The Bible holds up a mirror to the sinfulness of man and thus his need for a Savior. Genesis 2:24 could not be more clear. "Therefore, shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” The verse does not say he will cleave unto his multiple wives. One of the groups is Mission Eurasia . The U.S.-based ministry works across post-Soviet Eurasia , equipping Christian leaders, distributing Bibles, and planting churches. Those who cooperate with the group in Russia have been convicted and fined. Sergey Rakhuba, the president of Mission Eurasia, told Christianity Daily , “Governments can close an organization’s office. They can prohibit a foreign organization. They can confiscate books. … But it is much harder to stop the Gospel when it is already in the hearts and hands of thousands of local believers.” In Isaiah 55:11, God said, “So My word that goes forth from My mouth … shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Send a polite, 4-sentence note to the Russian Ambassador to America, Alexander Darchiev , and urge him to tell President Vladimir Putin to stop fining Christians who help distribute Bibles. The Federation of Free Evangelical Churches in Germany reported 2,634 baptisms over the last four years. That’s up 76 percent from the previous four years. Meanwhile, mainline Protestants and Roman Catholics continue to decline in Germany. Christian mother allowed to adopt despite believing only 2 genders Here in the United States, a Christian mother in Oregon is free to adopt in accordance with her beliefs. Jessica Bates described her case. She said, “As a widowed mom of five, I was surprised to feel God nudging me to adopt. I never dreamt it would lead to a years-long lawsuit when Oregon excluded me just because of my religious convictions about gender.” Alliance Defending Freedom announced she finally won the legal battle on Monday. She is now free to adopt without violating her Christian beliefs that God created only two genders – male and female. ( Genesis 1:27 ) More American mothers killing their unborn babies Abortions continue to increase in the United States. Analysis by the Charlotte Lozier Institute found there were 1,129,020 reported abortions in America last year. That’s up 1.8 percent from 2024. Plus, an estimated 393,700 babies were murdered in the womb during the first four months of this year. At that rate, abortions are set to keep rising in 2026. Trump champions deregulation of fossil fuel power plants The Trump administration repealed most greenhouse gas requirements on U.S. power plants on Monday. The regulations from the Obama and Biden administrations limited carbon emissions from fossil fuel power plants. Listen to comments from Lee Zeldin , the administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. ZELDIN: “Under the Obama and Biden administrations, the EPA went to war, targeting coal and natural gas. Many Americans remember the message being sent that our coal workers should just learn to code . “It's a different day under President Trump. Today, we are cutting the red tape to deliver the largest power sector deregulatory action ever saving 310 billion dollars for American families. We are also proposing to rescind all remaining greenhouse gas emission standards for power plants, all of them. “If finalized as proposed, energy producers will be given certainty for the future, empowering them to unleash the full potential of American energy and provide it at an affordable price for American families.” Average American spent $800 more on gas Americans have spent an extra $100 billion on fuel this year. Brown University estimated how much more gasoline and diesel has cost due to the Iran war. The figure comes out to over $800 per U.S. household in higher fuel costs. Barna: 85% of voters likely to vote on November 3rd Arizona Christian University released a new study from Dr. George Barna ahead of the midterm elections in November. The study found that 85 percent of voters will likely vote in primary and general elections. These are often high-profile state and federal elections. However, only 55 percent will likely vote in down-ballot races. These are more local elections. Dr. Barna noted, “School board, city council, judgeships, city and county executives -- these are common examples of the thousands of seats across the country that often directly affect the lives of citizens more than the high-profile, big-money, high visibility seats.” Tennessee Governor proclaims day of prayer, humility, & fasting And finally, Tennessee Republican Governor Bill Lee proclaimed September 18 as a day of prayer, humility, and fasting . The proclamation stated, “We acknowledge God's sovereignty and the need for God's grace over our state and our nation . . . We seek forgiveness for our many transgressions so that our hearts and our minds may be renewed . . . ( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Jonathan Clark and Timothy Reed Algerian police arrested 12 Christians in worship service Police in Algeria , Africa arrested 12 Christians at a worship service earlier this month. Authorities accused them of conducting unauthorized, non- Muslim religious services. Under the country’s laws, such unauthorized worship could be punished with heavy fines and long prison sentences. Over 50 Christians in Algeria have faced prosecution in similar cases in recent years. Morning Star News noted, “These cases … all attest to the persistence of a policy aimed at criminalizing the Christian faith and its structures within the country.” Please pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Algeria. The survey recognized Evangelicals based on four ideas: devotion to the Bible as God's Word the centrality of the cross of Christ the belief that people must repent and turn to Christ, and the expression of the Gospel in evangelism and charitable work People who hold evangelical beliefs and identify as Evangelical number 5.5 million in the United Kingdom . They make up about eight percent of the population. Evangelicals are now the majority among practicing Christians in the country. They are also young with over 40 percent under the age of 35. U.S. military announced space weapons On Monday, the U.S. military announced for the first time it has weapons in space . Secretary of the Air Force Troy Meink said, “The United States now has in-orbit, space-controlled weapons capable of defending the joint force against hostile adversary action.” He said the weapons use both traditional explosives as well as electronic warfare. They also have integrations with artificial intelligence. EPA announced chemical abortion drugs in water The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency launched a new study last week about pollutants in drinking water. The study will trace and track over 1,400 substances. These include mifepristone and misoprostol which are used in chemical abortions. Kristan Hawkins with Students for Life of America said , “For almost a year now, Students for Life spearheaded a grassroots campaign calling for water testing, as the deregulation of chemical abortion pills . . . means that abortion water pollution exists nationwide.” Women are told to take the Abortion Kill Pills and flush everything directly into our water supply. About 700,000 chemical abortions each year send long-lasting abortion drugs and human remains into America’s wastewater systems. Mifepristone blocks progesterone , thus starving the baby. This drug has long-lasting metabolites that remain in the water because the water treatment plants are generally not capable of filtering out these chemicals. In addition to these chemicals, the water systems were never designed for the resulting 30-40 tons of human remains which becomes hazardous medical waste! By contrast, hospitals and abortion mills are not allowed to flush medical waste down the drain for good reason. Women more satisfied with U.S. church than men The American Bible Society released the latest chapter of its “ State of Bible: USA 2026 ” report. The survey found that only 49 percent of self-identifying Christians attend church monthly or more. Of those who attend regularly, most said they were satisfied with how their churches are ministering to them. Across generations, women tended to express greater satisfaction with their church than men. Young men in particular expressed the lowest satisfaction with their church. Ephesians 4:11-12 says of the church: “And He Himself gave some [to be] apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” Man who won U.S. Open didn’t realize he won at first And finally, the U.S. Open Tennis Championships Men’s Final was played in New York on Sunday, with eight-seeded American Ben Shelton facing top seeded Alexander Zverev from Germany . The United States had not had a man win the U.S. Open since 2003, a 23-year drought. Shelton, who had already upset the two-seed in his way to the finals, was looking for his first major title. But, the Americans will have to wait another year, as Zverev came through to win the match in four sets: 6-3, 7-6, 5-7, and 6-2. The best part? According to Yahoo Sports , Zverev did not realize he had actually won at first (video) ! Listen to the announcers. ANNOUNCER 1: “He doesn't even know he’s won. There you go. ( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Kevin Swanson and Timothy Reed Sexually perverse activists threatened outspoken Australian pastor LGBTQ activists attacked a pastor’s home last week in Sydney, Australia, reports MyChristianDaily.com . Four people, two wearing hoods, cut the electricity to the home and then threatened to kill the pastor, his wife, and their newborn baby. They knew each member of the family by name. Other relatives were also mentioned by the assailants. The pastor, Andrew Sedra, is known for his public opposition to abortion and the homosexual/transgender agenda in Australia. In a message on her Instagram account, Millicent Sedra said, “We thank God for His continual protection as we boldly preach the Word of the Lord.” She included what appears to be a home video of the event on the post. Pakistani Christian teen stands up to Muslim mob Here’s a story of a young 17-year-old boy who stood up against a mob of Muslim bullies who were harassing a Pakistani Christian girl. Ikhlaq Masih was severely beaten unconscious with iron rods which required his hospitalization. Stand up to bullies and be prepared to pay the cost. That’s real courage for every young man listening today. Isaiah 1:17 speaks of this. “Learn to do good; Seek justice. Rebuke the oppressor. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow.” Turkey arrested 162 connected to homosexuality The nation of Turkey has announced 162 arrests involving 22 associations and businesses that promote homosexual and transgender material, which they find harmful to children, reports CNN . The groups reportedly have also “received large sums of funds from public institutions and foreign organizations abroad” to promote homosexuality in Turkey. This is part of a broader pro-family campaign to contain the promotion of homosexuality in Turkey, and salvage the birth rates. Turkey President Recep Erdogan has publicly stated his commitment to improving the nation’s birth rate — now hovering around 1.5 which is identical to America’s low birth rate. British Parliament kills assisted suicide bill By a very close vote count of 286 to 270, British members of Parliament managed to kill an assisted suicide bill last Friday. Both the Roman Catholic Church and the Anglican Church opposed the bill, reports the BBC . Alithea William of the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children called this a huge relief. In her words; “Parliament has stepped back from the very brink in rejecting this bill which would have put vulnerable people at incredible risk.” Global trade down Global trade continues to suffer as the war in the Middle East drags on. The Strait of Hormuz has been all but closed since March of this year, and with it, inflation has risen and global trade growth has been cut in half. According to the World Bank, global growth is set to fall to only 2.5% for 2026. By way of comparison, the Gross World Product growth rate has averaged around 3.7% per year over the last decade or so. Plus, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development is projecting above 4% inflation in the United States this year alone. U.S. treasury yields are highest ever In economic news, long-term U.S. treasury yields are the highest they’ve been since the early 2000s, reports CNBC . And the 30-year mortgage rate hit 7.12%. That’s where it was around 2001 — some 25 years ago before the big dip in borrowing rates took place in the American economy. Gas diesel prices skyrocket Gas and diesel prices are up. The current average for just one gallon of diesel is a whopping $6.23, while a gallon of gas sits at an average of $4.31. Newly-unveiled Charlie Kirk statue vandalized A newly unveiled statue of slain activist Charlie Kirk was vandalized outside of the Turning Point USA headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona . In a statement, Turning Point USA noted , “We will restore the statue and replace the signs, but we are also reviewing the footage of the incident and are working with law enforcement to identify who did this and hold them accountable.” Erika Kirk , Charlie’s widow, added, “They thought a bullet would silence my husband’s voice but it only made it louder. They think spray paint can obscure his legacy, but it will only spread it further. Every attempt to tear down what Charlie built makes us root deeper and work even harder.” LifeSiteNews.com reported that she also said , “And if you think crossing out the name of Jesus Christ will silence Christians, history has already proved you wrong. We know what it costs to stand firm for Christ and we will stand anyway. God will not be mocked.” ( Galatian 6:7 ) Kirk’s murder reignited an ongoing debate about the link between rhetoric and violence in politics, with many blaming assassin Tyler Robinson ’s actions in part on years of Democrat officeholders and left-wing activists not merely disagreeing with conservatives about issues such as transgenderism, but classifying disagreement as hateful and oppressive. Kirk was killed at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. The 8-foot bronze statue was put up on September 10, 2026 to commemorate the one-year anniversary of his murder. U.S. Airman shot down over Iran grateful to God And finally, that Air Force colonel, whose F-15E Strike Eagle was shot down over Iran in the early weeks of the war, was interviewed by Norah O'Donnell on CBS’s 60 Minutes about his ordeal. Known by the call sign “Bravo,” he was the Weapons Systems Officer and landed five miles away from the pilot. O’DONNELL: “So, your seat was damaged by Iranian fire, and yet you still were able to eject safely.” BRAVO: “I was.” O’DONNELL: “Did your parachute deploy?” BRAVO: “My parachute was damaged in the initial attack. At one point, when I looked up and saw, “No parachute,” it was the most terrifying thing I've ever seen. So, I paused right then and I prayed, ‘Lord, Your will be done. But, if I'm getting through this, I need help.” O’DONNELL: “While you're in the air.” BRAVO: “Yeah.” O’DONNELL: “Is that almost like free falling, or how would you describe that?” BRAVO: “Free falling is a good way to put it.” O’DONNELL: "So, how fast do you think you were going when you hit the ground?” BRAVO: “Professionals, based on my description and the injuries that I had, the professionals think I hit the ground going somewhere between 70 and 100 miles an hour.” O’DONNELL: “How did you survive that?” BRAVO: “A modern-day miracle. I believe that it's a testament to God's provision in my life to bring me through that moment in a way that -- didn't prevent injuries -- but prevented any catastrophic injuries that would have affected my ability to survive. ( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Adam McManus Former Muslim beaten badly by three Ugandan Muslim sons A 52-year-old Christian in eastern Uganda was recovering from injuries after his Muslim sons attacked him for leaving Islam, reports Morning Star News . Kibirige Abumusa returned home on August 9 after an extended stay in Jinja City , where he had put his faith in Jesus Christ on June 1 at an open-air evangelistic event after which he stayed for discipleship. Immediately after Abumusa’s conversion, a Muslim imam in Jinja City told his son Budallah. Upon his father’s return, Budallah questioned his father about abandoning Islam, calling him an infidel, and told him that he did not deserve to live because of his decision to leave Islam. Budallah struck Abumusa with a stick, and his four other sons joined in beating him. By the time neighbors arrived, Abumusa was weak, bleeding from the nose and had wounds on his hands, legs, and back. Islam teaches that killing a former Muslim earns the killer paradise . Muslims make up just 12 percent of Uganda’s population . In Matthew 16:24, Jesus said, “If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me.” Detroit pastor declares: “Satan, you will not steal our country!” Appearing at the GOP Midterm Convention in Dallas, Texas last week, Lorenzo Sewell , a black Detroit, Michigan pastor of the 180 Church , delivered a benediction which was well received. SEWELL: “I would like to preach a message entitled ‘Enough is enough.’ How many know that we are saying today: ‘Not today, Satan’? “You will not steal our country. You will not have our children. You will not have our families. Enough is enough. I know I got somebody in this room that believes in the King of Glory, the One who is strong and mighty, the One who is mighty in battle . He's got the only name given among men whereby we must be saved , and that's the name of Jesus. Come on now. If you believe in that name, put your hands together and give your great God great glory. “Devil, you won't have the land where my fathers died . Devil, you won't have the land of the Pilgrim's pride . From every mountainside, we believe that freedom will ring. If you believe where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty . Come on, Texas, put your hands together, and give our great God great glory. That’s when Sewell became heavily involved in drugs, drug dealing, and the gang life, ultimately becoming a gang leader. During his senior year of high school, while under the influence of drugs and alcohol in Daytona Beach , Florida, Sewell was kicked out of a resort. On his way out, the security guard told Sewell that he would pray for him. On April 18, 1999, Sewell attended his grandmother's church, and had a " Damascus Road" experience that turned his life around. No wonder, after his dramatic conversion, he chose to name his church the 180 Church . Rep. Brandon Gill: Mid-term election is mainstream vs. extreme Appearing at the GOP Midterm Convention in Dallas on September 10th, Republican Congressman Brandon Gill of Texas explained what is at stake in the upcoming November 3rd election. GILL: “This election is very clear. It's the mainstream versus the extreme, because there's another political movement in our country right now that doesn't believe that America is or ever was great. (audience boos) “They sometimes call themselves socialists . Some even call themselves communists . But most of them simply go by Democrats. They're the ones who will tell you that your love for America is nothing but bigotry, that our heritage is rooted in white supremacy, and that your Christian faith is patriarchal and needs to be dismantled.” Trump promised $5,000 'dividend' for Americans if GOP wins midterms President Donald Trump opened his remarks at the GOP Midterm Convention in Dallas with this comment. TRUMP: “The Democrats are getting nervous. They said, ‘If we did a midterm convention, nobody would show up.’ This place is packed.” He made news for promising a financially irresponsible giveaway if Republicans retain the House and the Senate, reported CNBC News . Listen. TRUMP: “If the Republicans win the House of Representatives and the United States Senate, both of them, I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States of America for $5,000. Very much like a successful company will do a cash distribution to its shareholders, or like last year when I gave our great members of the military $1,776.” If the Republicans retain the House and the Senate, and President Trump makes good on that promised Treasury giveaway, it would add a whopping $1.3 trillion directly to the national debt, which already sits at $40 trillion . Sen. Fetterman will switch parties post election if GOP lose Senate And finally, appearing on " The Journal Editorial Report" on Fox News , Democratic strategist and pollster Doug Schoen explained what needs to happen for the Democrats to win the U.S. Senate. SCHOEN: “If Trump stays below 40 [percent], and the election is a referendum on him, that will work to the Democrats' advantage because the Democrats need a ‘wave election’ for them to win the Senate. If it isn't a ‘wave election,’ I don't think they do.” There are six states where the race for the U.S. Senate is a toss-up including Alaska, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. For Democrats to take back the Senate, they need to pick up four of those six senate seats. Paul Gigot , the Fox host, asked why Democrats are going after Democratic Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania, a defender of Israel and who defended Trump at the Midterm Convention, reports RealClearPolitics.com . GIGOT: “So, let's talk about Fetterman. Why are Democrats going after Fetterman?” SCHOEN: “Because they are scared of two things. One, Fetterman attacking them. Second, Fetterman leaving them. And the third, Fetterman represents a brand of politics that I support, which is moderate, Democratic incrementalism and strong support for Israel and a strong American foreign policy. That is now off the table for my party. The world of Bill Clinton and the Democratic Leadership Council is gone.” The Democratic Leadership Council was a centrist group that was active from 1985 to 2011. It argued that the United States Democratic Party should shift away from the leftward turn it had taken since the late 1960s. One of its main purposes was to win back white, middle-class voters with ideas that addressed their concerns. The Democratic Leadership Council hailed the election and re-election of Bill Clinton as proof of their worldview. GIGOT: “Are you saying that it is now impossible for somebody to be vocally pro-Israel in the Democratic Party in a prominent role?” SCHOEN: “In an unabashed way, I'm saying yes. Look at Chuck Schumer . He has been far more outspoken about change in Jerusalem than in Tehran .” Then, Paul Gigot asked about Fetterman’s long-term prospect in the Democratic Party which elicited a fascinating response from Doug Schoen. GIGOT: “Briefly, can Fetterman win a Democratic primary in 2028?” SCHOEN: “No, he cannot. He knows that. Democrats know that. Cubans are pushed to breaking point as crises take toll Sweltering nights. Water and power shortages. Dwindling fuel and crumbling homes. Limited public transportation and weak cellphone signals. The psychological toll of daily life in Cuba is pushing many to their breaking point on this island of nearly 10 million people, with no relief in sight as a U.S. energy embargo persists and longtime economic and financial troubles deepen, reports The Associated Press . Dr. Yomeidis Riverón said. “Before there was hope. Right now, what people have lost is exactly that.” Cuba’s crises worsened after U.S. President Donald Trump announced in late January that he would impose tariffs on any country that sells or provides oil to the Caribbean country. Longtime U.S. sanctions also have taken their toll. According to Communist Cuban Foreign Affairs Minister Bruno Parilla , from March 2025 to the end of February, “the U.S. policy of economic strangulation” amounted to more than $8 billion, a record figure. She said, “In Camagüey , [a city of 300,000,] the Cubans there are eating cats now and killing their horses for meat.” She added, “Forty percent of the pregnancies in Cuba end in abortion. Our team spends a lot of time in the big maternity hospital. Every month we continue to make a dent in that overall number of abortions. The majority of the pregnant women get born again before giving birth.” Her team, comprised primarily of Cuban believers, led 4,000 people to Christ in the hospitals alone last month. Luke 15:10 says, “There is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” First moments of the 9/11 Muslim terrorist attacks Twenty-five years ago today, at 8:46 a.m. on September 11, 2001 , Dick Oliver , a reporter for Good Day New York on WNYW-TV, uttered these shocking words on live television as he talked to the anchor, Jim Ryan . OLIVER: “Jim, just a few moments ago, something, believed to be a plane, crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center . I just saw flames inside. You can see the smoke coming out of the, of the tower. We have no idea of what it was. It was a tremendous boom just a few moments ago. You can hear around me emergency vehicles heading towards the scene. Now, this could have been an aircraft or it could have been something internal. It appears to be something coming from the outside due to the nature of the opening on about 100th floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center.” Minutes later, Dick Oliver observed this. OLIVER: “Now, the smoke coming out of the opening appears to be black smoke. This would indicate things that are burning inside. We have no idea of what happened. But we did hear what sounded like, sounded like an aircraft, and then, a tremendous boom. Now, I don’t know whether we can confirm that that was an aircraft or not.” And then, for the first time, Fox 5 anchor Jim Ryan cited the 1993 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center . RYAN: “One’s memory has to go back to another terrorist attack — we would hope it is not this time, but if it were a plane that crashed into the side of the building — you would imagine that there would be something on the ground that would be visible. So…” OLIVER: “That’s true, Jim. I cannot see the ground from here. You recall back in, I believe, it was 1945 when a U.S. Air Force plane crashed into the, about the 80th floor of the Empire State Building during a foggy night . The skies here, as you can see, are perfectly clear. So, I’m starting to lean to the idea that perhaps, whatever happened here, came from the inside of the World Trade Center.” RYAN: “Something has either crashed into the World Trade Center. (Pause) Ah. If it. (Pause) We’re, we’re, I’m just told that Metro traffic is reporting that it was indeed a plane crash. If that’s the case, ‘Where’s the plane?’ I would ask. I don’t see it in that live picture there. One’s thoughts, obviously, go back to a terrorist attack on the World Trade Center that created havoc there back in the early 90s. ” On September 11, 2001, 19 Muslim terrorists hijacked four airplanes, two of which they flew into the World Trade Center towers. A third plane hit the Pentagon , which headquarters the Department of War, and the fourth, United Airlines Flight 93 , which was likely destined to take out the Capitol, was downed in Pennsylvania by brave Americans who fought back. According to an audio recording, Todd Beamer famously said, “Are you guys ready? Let’s roll!” before he helped storm the cockpit where the Muslim terrorists had hijacked the plane. All told, 2,996 Americans perished along with all 19 Muslim al-Qaeda terrorists . Psalm 23:4 says, “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me. Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” Court ruling for GOP-favorable Missouri map will help retain House And finally, a federal judge issued a temporary restraining order on September 8th against Missouri officials from using 2022 congressional maps for the midterm elections instead of the new Republican-favorable map used during the 2026 primary, reports The Daily Wire . The judge said using the old map would disenfranchise primary voters who had already cast their ballots in the primary. Eastern District of Missouri Chief Judge Stephen Clark , a Trump appointee, wrote, “Disenfranchising voters across the state and denying them their constitutional right to have their primary votes counted significantly harm the public interest. Using a different map for the general election would wreak havoc on the fairness and orderliness of Missouri’s congressional elections, calling into question the candidacy of those nominated in the primaries and the votes of those who voted in the primaries. Widespread voter confusion would inevitably follow.” The ruling comes after Republican Congressman Bob Onder and Republican congressional nominee Rick Brattin , and two Missouri primary voters argued that their votes would be invalidated if the old maps were reinstated for the November election. Judge Clark agreed with their argument. The ruling will help enable the Republicans to retain control of the U.S. House of Representatives. ( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Jonathan Clark and Adam McManus Nigerian Muslims killed 51 percent more people in last quarter of 2025 The Christian persecution charity Open Doors published a report on Nigeria , Africa this month. It’s ranked 7th on the charity’s list of the world’s most dangerous countries worldwide to be a Christian. Islamic extremist groups drive much of the violence in the country which affects many Christians. Abductions linked to extremist violence rose to 3,415 incidents during the last quarter of 2025. That’s up 153 percent from 2024. Plus, civilians who were murdered rose to 1,735, up 51 percent. Many of those martyrs were Christians. The report noted, “After a period of relative stabilization, killings and abductions appear to be rising again, with sharp increases recorded in late 2025.” In Psalm 82:4 and 8, the psalmist prays, “Deliver the poor and needy; free them from the hand of the wicked. … Arise, O God, Judge the Earth; for You shall inherit all nations.” Conservative Global Methodists grew to 7,250 churches The Global Methodist Church held its General Conference in Johannesburg , South Africa last week. The theologically conservative denomination started in 2022 as churches left the mainline United Methodist Church. Global Methodists had around 4,700 churches in 2024. Now, just one and a half years later, they’ve grown to 7,250 churches. Federal appeals court heard abortion drug arguments Here in the United States, a federal appeals court heard arguments in a case about abortion drugs yesterday. Under the Biden administration, the Food and Drug Administration made the abortion drug mifepristone more accessible through the mail. Previously, an in-person visit to a doctor was required. The state of Louisiana is now challenging these changes in court. Attorney Erin Hawley with Alliance Defending Freedom said, “It’s high time the FDA be held accountable for the destruction it began causing under the Biden administration with this high-risk drug that is flowing illegally into states that protect life.” Democrat Sen. Fetterman praises Trump at GOP Convention Republicans are holding their first-ever midterm convention this week. ( You can watch the video here ). The two-day event kicked off yesterday in Dallas, Texas. President Donald Trump attended the event, and was the keynote speaker, along with Vice President J.D. Vance , cabinet officials, and congressional candidates. Republicans hope to energize voters through the convention ahead of the midterm elections in November. One surprise at the GOP Midterm Convention, which turned a lot of heads, was a video appearance by Democratic Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania who rejected the socialist rise of extreme candidates in his own party, praised Republican President Trump, and introduced his Republican colleague in the U.S. Senate from Pennsylvania, David McCormick . FETTERMAN: “A big room of Republicans in Dallas. Yes, I'm Senator John Fetterman, Pennsylvania. Yes, I'm a Democrat. Why am I here talking to you today? Because, well, I'm a common-sense Democrat. I'm always going to stand with America. “I'm always going to reject the extremes and socialism and that anti-American way of life. Dave McCormick is the kind of senator that gets the job done. And he's going to fight for Pennsylvania. “I'm proud to count him as my friend. Right back over my shoulder, that's the iconic U.S. steel mill. And that's exactly the kind of thing that will work together and will work with President Trump to fight and defend the steel way of life right here in the Steel Valley . “I have this opportunity to introduce this great American, a great senator. And yes, he's in a different party, but I'm proud to count him as my great friend. So, for everybody in Dallas, I'm here to introduce Dave McCormick.” Republican Senator David McCormick of Pennsylvania is not up for re-election until 2030. CNN pollster calls GOP Mid-term convention ill-conceived In related news, CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten provided polls on voter enthusiasm on the eve of the Republican midterm convention. Enten called the event "ill-conceived," saying the party's core voters "don’t need to be convinced" to come out. Listen. ENTEN: “This idea is so ill-conceived and you can just see it by the fact that they're doing it when the football season is starting. Who does that? “When you look at the numbers, no, that is not the part of the party in which you actually need to motivate. You can see this here. Extremely motivated to vote in the midterm elections: Sixty percent of Democrats are extremely motivated to vote. Fifty-nine percent of that hard-core Trump base, MAGA Republicans, 59 percent. The same as the Dems." Enten pointed to a graphic showing that the least motivated voters in the mid-term election this November are the 41 percent of Republicans who do not identify with "Making America Great Again." ENTEN: “The ones who are not motivated to vote are the non-MAGA Republicans. The people who are far less likely to approve of Donald Trump. The people who think that Donald Trump's Republican Party probably this should be the end of it. That's where the problem is. “So, no, it is not, in fact, the hard-core Republican base that needs that motivation. It is other folks -- at this convention -- simply put, they won't be reaching because they'll probably be watching football like most Americans.” Diesel prices hit an all-time high Last Friday, U.S. diesel prices hit an all-time high The average nationwide price reached $5.85 per gallon. It was $3.76 per gallon back in February. That’s when the U.S.-Iran conflict began, disrupting the oil supply. Diesel is used in most freight transport in America. Higher transport costs will likely translate into higher retail prices especially for groceries. New York homeschooling up 200% since 2011 Homeschooling is up 200 percent in New York over the past 15 years. The Empire State now has 53,905 homeschoolers. New York City itself has 14,000 homeschooled children. Homeschooling is not only growing, it’s outpacing the rate of charter school enrollment. Zilvinas Silenas , president of the Empire Center for Public Policy think tank, told The New York Post, “For the past few decades, New York’s schools have been in a death spiral of worsening performance and exploding costs. New York’s taxpayers spend $37,000 — the most in the world to educate one kid — yet we lose in reading and mathematics to Mississippi, the poorest state.” Adults admit to spending too much time on smartphones And finally, a new Pew Research survey found over half of U.S. adults say they spend too much time on their smartphones. Among adults under 30, 70 percent said their phone usage is excessive. Overall, a quarter of Americans admit they use their smartphone almost constantly. Over the past 12 months, 45 percent of adults have tried to cut back on smartphone use. A quarter of those report they have been successful. ( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Jonathan Clark No Christian refugees have been granted asylum in America The United States has not admitted any Christian refugees fleeing persecution over the last year. That’s down from over 18,000 Christian refugees admitted in 2017, according to a report from Open Doors and World Relief. Compared to his first administration, the second Trump administration has deprioritized refugee resettlement for people suffering religious persecution. World Relief created a petition which we have linked in our transcript today at TheWorldview.com . The petition calls for the U.S. government to “once again prioritize Christians and other religious minorities fleeing religious persecution.” Brazilian Evangelicals are largest group of young people in Catholic nation Evangelicals are now the largest religious group among young people in the historically Catholic nation of Brazil . The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics published new data from the country’s 2022 census. Roman Catholicism remains the country’s largest religion at 57 percent but has been declining for decades. Evangelicals now represent 26.9 percent of the population. And people who identify with no religion remain a minority but are growing in Brazil. Our demographically-aging population The U.S. Census Bureau released a population report last month entitled, “ An Aging World: 2025 .” The report found that people aged 65 and older make up about 11 percent of the world’s 8.1 billion people. Meanwhile, children who are five years of age or younger make up only nine percent of the world’s population. This means there are more senior citizens than young children in the world for the first time on record. Plunging fertility rates are behind this demographic change. Psalm 127:3 is as applicable today as the day it was written. “Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb is a reward.” Idaho given green light to enforce abortion ban A federal court ruled Idaho can enforce its ban on most abortions. Idaho passed its Defense of Life Act in 2020 . The state’s supreme court upheld the law back in 2023. However, a new lawsuit seeks to allow abortions in the state to supposedly protect a mother’s so-called “health.” Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador said, “Last month a federal judge blocked Idaho from enforcing our pro-life laws. We appealed immediately, and today the Ninth Circuit put that order on hold. Idaho can enforce the law again while this case is heard, which means unborn children and their mothers in our state are protected under Idaho law.” Artificial Intelligence making students less intelligent Global student performance is declining as Artificial Intelligence usage rises. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development surveyed over 760,000 students in 91 countries last year. Student performance continued to decline last year, especially in reading and math. Reading scores in the United States reached their lowest point in over two decades. The report found that students who used Artificial Intelligence for specific schoolwork tasks were outperformed by those who did not use AI. Using Artificial Intelligence for Bible study is problematic Speaking of AI, the Barna Group reports a rising concern about Artificial Intelligence misinterpreting Scripture . Seventy-four percent of U.S. adults are concerned about this. That figure rises to 83 percent among practicing Christians and 94 percent among pastors. When Artificial Intelligence is asked about theological disagreements, 60 percent of pastors say it should show all major interpretations, but not tell which is best. Meanwhile, practicing Christians are divided. Twenty-six percent say that Artificial Intelligence should show the major interpretations and tell which is best. Twenty-percent say it should only show the most widely agreed-upon interpretation. And 19 percent say AI should avoid interpreting these parts of theology. 105-year-old woman thanks God for her life And finally, a Texas woman is giving thanks to God after turning 105. Blynda Vidock was born in 1921. She celebrated her birthday this year surrounded by five generations of her family. Listen to her comments to FOX 26 Houston when asked about her longevity. VIDOCK: “I don't really have anything to do with it. The good Lord put me here for so many years. It's His life through me. I've always been very athletic, played tennis and swam all my life. Ate good food, which I preach to my kids, and they still eat junk food. ( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Kevin Swanson, Timothy Reed, and Adam McManus New Pakistani law prohibits marriage to girls under 18 The Lahore High Court in Pakistan has ruled that anybody living in a marital relationship with a girl under 18 will constitute child abuse even if the minor offers so-called “consent.” The ruling is intended to protect minority girls, especially Christians, from forced religious conversions and sexual abuse in forced marriages to Muslim men. The decision comes after the passage of the Punjab Child Marriage Restraint Act 2026 . This is a welcome decision after court proceedings with Maria Shahbaz — a 13-year-old Christian girl who was kidnapped in Lahore a year ago, and was forcibly married to a 30-year-old Muslim man. According to Open Doors, Pakistan is the 8th most dangerous country worldwide for Christians. Orthodox U.S. Jew harassed for hosting prayer group in home Here in the United States there’s another religious persecution case. Back in 2021, Daniel Grand, an Orthodox Jewish homeowner in Cleveland, Ohio, emailed a group of friends, inviting them to his home on Saturdays for prayer. Apparently, he didn’t want to walk to the local synagogue since Orthodox Jews are not allowed to drive on the Sabbath. Somehow Daniel's email made it to a city official, and he was told to “cease and desist,” unless he first obtained a “special use permit.” The city officials dubbed his home “an illegal synagogue .” Thankfully, Alliance Defending Freedom has taken up the case . Incredibly, the attorneys noted that, according to the city, “The only way for Daniel Grand to pray with friends at his home [is] to convert his home to a commercial space and move his family.” Conservative German party won 44 percent of seats in local election The Alternative for Germany Party won 44 percent of the seats in their local election in the state of Saxony-Anholt over the weekend, reports CBS News . That’s the first time a nationalist, anti-immigration party has gained this much political ground since World War II . The sitting president, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva , will face off against conservative Senator Flavio Bolsonaro . Flavio is the son of Brazil’s previous president, Jair Bolsonaro , who has been imprisoned by rival parties in the country . Polls indicate a tightening in the race — which may head into a runoff. Several South American countries have seen a shift to the right of center since U.S. President Donald Trump took office in January 2025. Canadian welcome males, pretending to be females, in women’s prisons The Canadian government is reiterating its support for males, pretending to be females, being housed in women’s prisons. This comes after the government was challenged by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms , which contested the ruling that men could invade women's prisons upon request. According to the Canadian government’s Statement of Defense , “The Directive is neutral in purpose, applies uniformly to all persons subject to it, and does not subject cisgender women inmates to differential treatment based on a protected ground or immutable characteristic.” However, Attorney Chris Fleury pointed out, “Female inmates are being exposed to real risks and real harm. This case is about protecting their safety, dignity, and constitutional rights.” The Scriptures refer to cultural degradation. They did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel.” Trump drafts plan to pay at-home parents $9,000 per child The Trump administration is looking at applying a $9,000 per child subsidy to stay-at-home parents that would typically go to childcare for low-income working moms, reports NewsNation . The New York Times noted that the plan would create what could become the first federal grant program to directly compensate parents for staying at home to raise their children. This would be in addition to the current $2,200 per child tax credit available to families earning less than $400,000 per year. 2 percent of Jewish Americans now identify as Christians Recent Pew Research data finds that 2 percent of adults raised in the Jewish religion here in the United States now identify as Christians . Additionally, 17 percent identify as non-affiliated — or just secularists. On the other hand, the move towards secularism seems to be one way in which ethnic Jews are moving towards Christianity. An earlier survey found that 19 percent of those of ethnic Jewish background now claim the Christian faith. Dutch race car driver saves fellow driver after fiery crash And finally, a Dutchman race car driver, Loek Hartog , saved the life of a fellow British driver during the China GT Championship race in Shanghai over the weekend, reports People Magazine . Loek pulled over, jumped out of his car, and took a fire extinguisher to the burning Ferrari, before pulling Ollie Millroy , a British man, out of the conflagration . HARTOG: “What I saw was a huge fireball ahead, and I knew that whoever was in the car would not be able to carry himself out. So, I knew that I had to stop. That's basically pure intuition to get there as soon as possible inside. There was so much fire that, in first instance, I wasn't able to get to him. “But when I ran around the car to see if I could get him out that side, it was not possible. I saw that he didn't move, so I knew that he was either disoriented or not in a position to get himself out. So, I had a fire extinguisher nearby, so I could get the fire down a bit. I got him out, but it was a very scary minute.” Ollie suffered six broken ribs, a broken collar bone, fractures to his hands, and a bruised lung. The Good Morning Britain co-host said this . ( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Adam McManus Elderly Chinese pastor still missing A 73-year-old Chinese pastor, who suffers from serious cardiovascular issues, is still missing months after Chinese Communist authorities arrested him at his home in March, reports International Christian Concern . Pastor Wang Sanyuan is the pastor of Chanchunli Church in Jinan , the capital of Shandong Province in eastern China. As the influential leader of a government-registered church with 500 regular attendees, his arrest shocked his community. No one knows where Wang was taken — not even his wife and children. A church statement said, “The family has nowhere to turn with their complaints and is pushed to the point of desperation.” One local pastor said, “I believe the authorities are now settling old scores.” In 2009, despite protests from the congregants, the church building was demolished by Communist authorities to make room for a shopping mall. Believers still protested, pitching their tents on the property. They were met with a force of more than 200 police, who stormed through their tents and injured 27 people. US strikes three Iranian oil tankers after Iran’s attack on US ships U.S. forces struck three Iranian oil tankers on September 5th including one off the coast of Kharg Island , near Iran 's key oil export hub, reports Reuters . The strikes were carried out ‌after Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched ballistic missiles at two U.S. Navy ships, according to Central Command. Admiral Brad Cooper , head of U.S. Central Command, said, "Let the message ‌to the [Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps] be clear: If you shoot at two of our ships, we will impose an even higher economic cost — taking out three of ​yours.” Lindsay Clancy’s mistrial on three murder charges Lindsay Clancy’s six-week-long triple-murder trial ended in a mistrial in Massachusetts on September 4th after the jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict, reports NBC News . The jury weighing the 36-year-old’s fate was sent back twice to deliberate but said that “with a heavy heart” it was ultimately unable to reach a verdict after seven days of deliberations. With the deadlock, Judge William Sullivan told the court he would declare a mistrial in the case, prompting Clancy’s 73-year-old defense attorney, Kevin Reddington , to announce his intent to appeal to Massachusetts’ top court, an effort which ultimately failed. The jury was tasked with determining whether Clancy was criminally responsible in the 2023 deaths of her three young children — 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan — or whether she was not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility because of mental illness. Prosecutors alleged Clancy strangled the children with exercise bands before attempting suicide by jumping from a second-story window which left her paralyzed and in a wheelchair. Steven Watercotte , a defense attorney who practices in Missouri and Illinois, explained what will happen next . WATERCOTTE: “A mistrial is basically going to put this trial back to square one, as if it didn't happen. A jury has to be unanimous in their verdict, meaning all 12 jurors have to either decide on guilty or not guilty. When a jury does not come to a unanimous verdict, it results in a mistrial, a mistrial by way of a hung jury. “What this means for the defense and the prosecution in the Clancy case is that you're back to square one. The case and the charges are still pending against the defendant Lindsey Clancy. “However, they will pick a new trial date. They will empanel new jurors. That's the important part. This jury's service is done. The jurors in this case that sat for this trial will no longer be serving.” Sadly, even if Lindsay Clancy is found guilty in the next trial of murdering her own three children, Massachusetts has rejected God’s standard altogether. Genesis 9:6 states, "Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in His own image." Feminist Gloria Steinem rejected God’s design And finally, glowing obituaries are pouring in after the September 2nd death of feminist icon Gloria Steinem , the founder of Ms. Magazine . The Associated Press called her “a potent voice of U.S. feminism ,” and the Washington Post heralded her as the “ lodestar of the modern women’s movement .” Not surprisingly, Leftist women of today -- Hillary Clinton , Jill Biden , Meghan Markle , and Lena Dunham – all took to social media to feature pictures of themselves with Steinem. But, if you have a Christian worldview , Steinem represented one thing: a rejection of God’s divine design. She told women they did not need God, they did not need a husband, and they certainly did not need children. Steinem famously declared: “A woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle.” and “A gender-equal society would be one where the word ‘gender’ does not exist.” In Matthew 19:4, Jesus asked, “Haven’t you read that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female’?” Carrie Gress , founder of the online women’s magazine Theology of Home, wrote, “Gloria Steinem may have been the first to say publicly that a child would have ruined her life as she reflected on her abortion while a waitress in London, awaiting a visa to work in India.” Steinem said, “My life would’ve stopped there.” Gloria promoted the feminist notion that men are contemptible — and women need to become just like them. To fully understand the roots of Steinem’s feminism, Carrie Gress noted that Steinem’s father was “a traveling salesman, gone most of the time while providing very little financially or emotionally. Young Gloria was left for months at a time to care for her mentally ill and bedridden mother — truly something no child should be left to do. She adopted feminism as a kind of bubble wrap against any kind of vulnerability that comes with being a female.” STEINEM: “Since a lot of us had mothers who were driven crazy by society, or who just couldn't be powerful through no fault of theirs, the society wouldn't let them be powerful. In some sense, we were motherless. What the women's movement has done is to allow women to become each other's mothers, and to support and model and hope, and praise, and love each other enough so that we can begin to repair the early damage.” As a result of Steinem’s feminism, only 35% of women under 25 today have a favorable view of men, according to The New Statesman . We are just now learning about what happened in early July to a Christian family in Chhattisgarh State . After the believers refused to participate in a Hindu reconversion ceremony called Ghar Wapsi , a radical Hindu mob tore down the roof of the family’s home, leaving seven people exposed to heavy monsoon rains and unable to live safely in the structure, reports International Christian Concern . Around 8:00 a.m. on July 2nd, a group of nearly 100 anti-Christian activists surrounded the home of “Kamal Sinha” to force him to undergo Ghar Wapsi, a reconversion ceremony back to Hinduism. When Sinha refused, tensions escalated, and the mob climbed onto the roof and ripped it apart. The man explained, “All of our harvested crops were drenched in the rainwater after the roof was destroyed.” The leader of the mob, named Dhruv, confronted Sinha, demanding that he and his family renounce Christianity. He said, “By becoming Christians, you have polluted the village and defiled our gods and goddesses. You should not live here. You do not worship our deities , do not offer coconuts or other offerings, and do not accept the prasad given to our gods. And you follow another religion and another God. Therefore, leave the village. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to live here. We will stop your farming, demolish your house, and drive your entire family out.” As a result of the attack and ongoing pressure, Sinha’s family was forced to shut down their small grocery shop. The mob also cut off the water and electricity connections to the Christian family’s house. Just this year, hundreds of Christian families in Chhattisgarh, India have become homeless, building temporary shelters in the nearby forest. Please pray that God’s grace would be sufficient for these hurting believers and God’s power would be made perfect in their weakness, as 2 Corinthians 12:9 articulates. Address it to the Embassy of India, 2107 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20008. 192 House Democrats refused to disavow socialism On September 1st, almost every House Democrat voted against a congressional resolution disavowing socialism and calling for the enactment of President Trump’s election security bill known as the SAVE America Act , reports the New York Post. The non-binding resolution, introduced by Republican Congressman Jeff Crank of Colorado , asked lawmakers to condemn and denounce “socialism in all its forms,” including the increasingly influential Democratic Socialists of America movement, and oppose the implementation of socialist policies in the United States. The resolution passed in a 220-192 vote, with 192 Democrats opposing the measure. Only eight Democrats voted with all the Republicans in support of the resolution. They included Representatives Kathy Castor of Florida, Henry Cuellar of Texas, Don Davis of North Carolina, Jared Golden of Maine, Vicente Gonzalez of Texas, Marie Perez of Washington, Darren Soto of Florida, and Gabe Vasquez of New Mexico. The resolution also called Congress to: “Reaffirm its support for free, fair and secure elections. “Reiterate that American elections are for American citizens only. “Recommit itself to upholding the Constitution of the United States . “Call for the enactment of the SAVE America Act to ensure election security, increase public confidence in America’s voting system, and close loopholes in order to prevent noncitizens from voting in elections.” Call your two senators at 202-224-3121, 24 hours a day/7 days a week, and ask them to vote for the SAVE America Act which will ensure that only U.S. citizens can vote in the elections. ICE looking to create national database of voters In a bid to tackle voter fraud, Immigration and Customs Enforcement is preparing to award a contract worth up to $5 million to a company that will create a national database of voters. ICE first explained what the contract would entail in a document published last week . The document said, “The purpose … is for the handling and secure delivery of publicly available voter registration files and voter history files to support Homeland Security Investigations fraud detection and data segmentation activities.” ICE says that the agency will initially provide a list of specific states it wants to acquire public voter registration files from, though the successful contractor will need to have the capability to obtain data from all 50 states. America’s declining fertility rate In an article entitled “ What can we do about low fertility rates ?”, World Magazine reported that American fertility has dropped dramatically. Among 1,000 women of childbearing age, they will only have 1,600 children. That’s well under the 2,100 children needed to hold a population steady. In its 2026 State of Fertility Report called “ The Demographic Dead End ,” the Institute for Family Studies wrote, “The evidence suggests the explanation for this may be more cultural than financial. After all, there are identifiable differences between those who are having children and those who are not.” Among Americans under 30, regular churchgoers want three children and those who never attend church want about two. On Wednesday afternoon, September 2nd, five individuals were wounded, including two police officers near the Minneapolis Convention Center. Saturday Evening Post to cease publication And finally, after 205 years, the Saturday Evening Post , the famed magazine that printed its first issues on Ben Franklin ’s Old City printing press and whose Norman Rockwell covers defined the optics of quintessential 20th-century Americana, will print its last issue early next year, reports the Philadelphia Inquirer . According to the Mystic Museum of Art , Rockwell’s earnest and unpretentious attitude to his work also characterized his subject matter. He said, “I showed the America I knew and observed to others who might not have noticed.” Rockwell loved looking at the people around him: middle class children, families, and adults, as they played, worked, visited a doctor, or fixed a flat tire. ( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Jonathan Clark Iranian Muslim leaders killed 33 Christian ministers recently Iranian authorities have killed at least 33 Christian ministers in the past few months. The pastors were serving with Iran Alive Ministries , a Texas-based organization that supports house churches in the country. Authorities also arrested 131 Christians associated with the organization. Some of them are now on death row. Despite this persecution, the ministry reports 5,849 Muslims have converted to Christianity this year. Iran Alive founder Hormoz Shariat told the Baptist Press , “Christian prisoners consider prison as their place of ministry and they are leading many people to Christ.” The Apostle Paul was also a witness in prison. Acts 16:25 says, “But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.” Iran-American War reaches sixth month The war between Iran and the United States continued into its six month last week. The United States carried out strikes on Iran’s southern coast on Tuesday. Iran fired on U.S. bases in the region. It’s the biggest exchange between the two countries since July, according to Reuters. Despite ongoing conflict, oil exports through the Strait of Hormuz have rebounded to about two-thirds of pre-war levels. Christian convert from Iran received asylum in Canada A Christian convert from Iran recently received asylum in Canada after being deported from the U.S. Twenty-seven-year old Artemis Ghasemzadeh entered America in 2024. If returned to Iran, she would face extreme persecution. International Christian Concern noted, “Refugees fleeing religious persecution have traditionally been granted asylum on American soil, but they faced more stringent border and refugee laws under the Trump administration. Ghasemzadeh pursued asylum in Canada after lawyers advised her that the United States was unlikely to allow her to return.” Litigation over the Abortion Kill Pill delated until after midterms Litigation in the U.S. over the abortion kill pill is being delayed until after the midterm elections in November. The case began last December. Florida and Texas challenged the original approval of the abortion drug mifepristone in 2000 by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. However, a federal judge paused the lawsuit on Sunday until at least December 1. If successful, the lawsuit would make the abortion drug unavailable in all states. Florida removing all Flock cameras Florida is removing all Flock cameras from state roads. Flock cameras automatically read license plates and capture vehicle data for law enforcement, neighborhoods, and businesses. The Florida Department of Transportation recently revoked permits for license plate readers, including Flock cameras along highways. The cameras are the subject of privacy concerns across the nation, especially alleged misuse of the cameras by police officers. Listen to comments from Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis . DESANTIS: “I'm all about having law enforcement have tools to be able to hold criminals accountable. I think that's important that we do that. No one's been stronger on law enforcement than me. But I don't want to have this become a surveillance state.” American church attendance up Churches are seeing more people attend worship services in recent years. A new survey from Lifeway Research found 54 percent of U.S. Protestant pastors report a growing church. Thirty-percent report a plateaued church. And 16 percent report a declining church. Scott McConnell , executive director of Lifeway Research, noted, “Given the trajectory of many churches before COVID, we expected to see more pastors reporting declines in attendance. However, we continue to see a majority of pastors saying their attendance is higher than two years ago.” Archeological proof that Christ’s tomb in garden And finally, recent archaeological discoveries in Jerusalem support biblical accounts . Francesca Stasolla is an archaeology professor at the Sapienza University of Rome . Last year, she led an excavation focused on the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem . The site is believed to be the location of Jesus’ crucifixion and the empty tomb. The area was used as a stone quarry before Roman occupation. Later it was used for agriculture and tombs. The archeological effort discovered ancient seeds and pollen there. Stasolla told Fox News Digital that the pollen and seeds date to “between the use of the quarry and the Roman age, when the area had a funerary use”, meaning it was used for burying the dead. This aligns with the New Testament. It’s the country’s second-most populous state. This has prompted thousands of churches in the area to have worshippers sign a form. The form simply says the person is attending freely and not under coercion. India’s “anti-conversion” laws are often used to target Christians. Hindu nationalists have attacked churches in Maharashtra 11 times in the last six months. India is ranked 12th on the Open Doors’ World Watch List of the most dangerous places to be a Christian. In John 15:18-19, Jesus said, “If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Australia’s new assisted suicide law ABC News Australia reports Australia ’s Northern Territory passed a bill legalizing assisted suicide last week. The territory was the first in the world to legalize voluntary euthanasia in the 1990s. Australia’s federal government overturned the law within a couple years. But in 2022, the government reversed its decision, allowing the territory to legalize assisted suicide once again. Now, all states and territories in Australia allow for this form of killing. Over 7,200 people have died this way in the country since 2019. Trump’s Venezuelan oil deal gives access to 65 billion barrels The Trump administration announced a major oil deal with Venezuela on Friday. The deal would give the United States access to 17 oil fields in Venezuela with proven reserves of 65 billion barrels of oil. That’s about 20 percent of the country’s reserves. By comparison, the U.S. has 46 billion barrels of proven oil reserves. President Donald Trump hopes the deal will lower gas prices for Americans. However, analysts suggest that the deal will not relieve prices in the short-term. Homeland Security investigates voter fraud in 9 states CNN reports that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is investigating voter fraud in nine states ahead of the midterm elections in November. These states include California, Connecticut, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Wisconsin. The Trump administration is pushing for states to phase out certain electronic voting systems and move to paper ballots. The administration has threatened to withhold significant homeland security funds from states that do not adopt such election changes. ICE arrested 51,000 immigration arrests in July U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement made 51,000 immigration arrests in July. That’s up from 43,000 arrests in June. Both months set records for the agency. Nearly 20,000 of July’s arrests were in Texas and Florida. Both states have been very cooperative with the Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts. Gallup poll: Americans supportive of marriage if couple has kids A new Gallup poll found that more Americans are supportive of marriage when children are involved. Thirty-nine percent of U.S. adults say it is very important for a couple to be legally married if they have a child together. That’s up from 29 percent in 2020. However, it’s down from 49 percent in 2006. Gallup noted, “Weekly church attendees show one of the largest increases since 2020 in the belief that couples, who have a child together, should be married, up 24 points, from 41% to 65%.” Bible societies distributed 148 million Scriptures in 2025 And finally, the United Bible Societies distributed over 148 million printed Scriptures in 2025. The top countries for Bible distribution last year were Brazil , China , India , Nigeria , and the Philippines . Rev. Dirk Gevers , Secretary General of the United Bibles Societies , said, “While printed Scriptures continue to reach hundreds of millions of people each year, digital engagement is growing, opening new opportunities to connect with the Bible through mobile devices and online platforms.” This year is the organization’s 80th anniversary. Russia fired almost 1,500 drones into Ukraine over the last four days. Meanwhile, Russia reportedly shot down 239 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory over the last day. Both countries are targeting food distribution and energy infrastructure over a long and drawn out conflict. Russian President Vladimir Putin is also preparing to send another large conscription to the battlefront, reports The Economist . Russia considers nuclear weapons against Ukraine A leader of the Russian legislature and the country’s nationalist party, Alexis Zhuvraflev , announced on Sunday that the use of nuclear weapons in the war is now under consideration. In his words, “If necessary, we are obliged to use [tactical nuclear weapons]. ... If we need to strike, we will strike.” Russian President Putin appears increasingly frustrated with the progress of the war. A source informed The Economist that Putin is afraid “they will hang me” if war objectives are not accomplished. For greater context, the Kyiv Post quoted U.S. CIA Director John Ratcliffe as saying the life expectancy of a Russian soldier on the front line was “less than 35 minutes.” He added that Moscow had captured only 1% of Ukraine’s total territory during the previous 18 months. How Chinese manufacturing and trade surplus is a military advantage China ’s manufacturing productive capacity is on the increase — all told, about double that of the United States. In 2025, China made 960.8 million metric tons of crude steel versus only 82 million tons in the United States. China produces three times the number of automobiles compared to the U.S. And China’s machine-tool production is six-fold that of the United States. China’s trade surplus is hitting $1 trillion this year while America’s trade deficit is going the other direction — now an annual rate of $900 billion. Indeed, China's enormous manufacturing base becomes one of its greatest military strategic advantages. Politician in Alberta, Canada upset about tariff war with America Alberta , Canada Premier Danielle Smith shared her thoughts on the ongoing trade war between Canada and the United States . Listen. SMITH: “Tariffs and counter-tariffs are harmful to both countries involved. They disrupt businesses, threaten jobs, drive up inflation, decrease productivity, and strain relationships between allies. “What is happening between Canada and the United States right now is tragic, unjustified, and wholly unnecessary to what has been one of the largest and most successful trading relationships in world history.” Smith went on to push back against suggested oil tariffs against the United States. SMITH: “I cannot think of a more disastrous policy decision than cutting off or taxing Alberta's oil to the United States. Doing so would absolutely devastate the Canadian economy. It would not only extinguish the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of Albertans, it would economically hobble our friends and neighbors in other provinces to the east .” Flash flood in Nepal killed 955; 4,471 people are missing The death toll from flash flooding in Nepal has reached 955, with another 4,471 people missing as of today, reports the French News Agency . It may also be the worst flash flood disaster in recorded history — topping the Peruvian glacial lake outburst of 1941 . American economy is lagging America’s golden age hasn’t quite arrived yet. The U.S. economy is lagging — registering the lowest economic output since 2020, and then again back in 2009. The latest reading on the Gross Domestic Product from the second quarter puts annual output at 1.47%. Removing the contributions from Artificial Intelligence, the annual output is an anemic 0.9%. Economists have pointed out that the bang for the buck from federal deficits is not working like it used to work. In the 1990s, the Keynesian approach yielded 3.1% growth with 2.1% deficits. During the 2000s, this decreased to 1.9% growth with 2.3% deficits. During the 2010s, this decreased to only 2.4% growth with 4.8% deficits. And, over the last five years, only 2.4% growth with 8% deficits. Over the last three decades, the United States has moved from periods of strong economic growth with little or no federal deficit to historically large peacetime deficits accompanying substantially slower economic growth. The law specifically prevents an individual from attempting to “injure, threaten, intimidate, or physically block patients or providers…to interfere with reproductive healthcare services.” Shawn Carney , CEO of 40 Days for Life, argued , “Prayer is not a crime. Holding a sign is not intimidation. Offering a woman help is not coercion. Texas looks to end no-fault divorce The state of Texas is looking to end no-fault divorce . In its legislative priorities for 2026-2028, the Texas GOP State Convention lists protecting kids as a major priority, specifically mentioning the promotion of marriage, parental rights, the end of homosexual adoptions, and the end of no-fault divorce. The document further explained, “When a marriage breaks down, family law proceedings should respect 50/50 equal parenting presumptions in the best interest of children.” Other priorities for the Texas GOP include border security, banning taxpayer-funded lobbying, and equal protection for the unborn. New NASA telescope 100 times more powerful than Hubble telescope And finally, on Sunday, August 30th at 7:26am Eastern Time, NASA launched a rocket to place the next generation telescope into our Solar System from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. William, who used no last name, and another Chin Christian, Nam Ceu, were extrajudicially murdered on June 4th by the Burmese military dictatorship in Myanmar , reports International Christian Concern . Rev. William had pastored the Chungcung Baptist Church in Chin State for more than 25 years. He was arrested with Ceu in May and had been detained by the military since then. Sources told the Burma Research Institute that Rev. William and Nam Ceu were killed for allegedly supporting the Hakha Chinland Defense Force , which is fighting against the Burmese military dictatorship. Psalm 116:15 says, "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints." Democrat James Talarico: Muslims and Christians worship same God James Talarico , the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senator in Texas who is running against Republican Ken Paxton , the current Texas Attorney General, falsely claimed that Muslims worship the same God as Jews and Christians . Listen. TALARICO: “Christians and Muslims and Jews all worship the same God. Muslims love Jesus. They love Moses and Abraham. We are all branches on the same tree as the Abrahamic faiths. “So. it's heartbreaking to watch extremists, whether they are Christian nationalists or whether they're the Taliban or al-Qaeda , perverting these beautiful traditions, that have so much in common, to attack others and consolidate their own power.” There are three primary differences between Christianity and Islam . First, regarding the nature of God, Christians teach that God is the Trinity—one God existing in three co-equal, co-eternal persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. ( Matthew 28:1 9) By contrast, Islam completely rejects the Trinity. Second, Christians believe that Jesus is the divine Son of God and God incarnate who physically died on the cross for the atonement of the sins of the elect and rose from the dead. ( John 1:1,14 ) By contrast, while Islam reveres Jesus as a major, virgin-born prophet and messenger of God, it explicitly denies His divinity, crucifixion, and resurrection. And third, Christianity teaches that salvation is a free gift of grace received through personal faith in the finished sacrificial work of Jesus Christ, rather than by human effort. ( Ephesians 2:8-9 ) By contrast, Islam teaches that salvation depends on total submission to Allah’s will, adherence to the Five Pillars of Islam , and the final judgment of one's deeds. Therefore, Muslims and Christians clearly do not worship the same God. Georgia Democrat distanced himself from antisemitic leftist Georgia Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff has offered sharp criticism of President Donald Trump which generated buzz about Ossoff potentially running for president in 2028 . That, in turn, has attracted some left-wing figures who have lauded his messaging like left-wing streamer Hasan Piker , who told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency in April that he was “intrigued” by Ossoff. There are two developments of note. First, Ossoff, whose father is Jewish , is facing criticism from some of Georgia’s local Jewish community over his votes to block certain arms sales to Israel . Second, Senator Ossoff has distanced himself from Hasan Piker over recent comments that many interpreted as justifying threats to American Jews, reports the Jewish Telegraph Agency . PIKER: “If Jews in America keep putting this idea out there that they are singularly invested in Israel, eventually someone’s going to come around and take action. Not against the state of Israel , mind you, but against American Jews.” Last Thursday, according to Fox News , an Ossoff spokesman said that the senator “unreservedly rejects reckless and dangerous rhetoric suggesting that policy advocacy invites violence against the Jewish community or any community.” In Genesis 12:3, God said, “I will make [Israel] into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on Earth will be blessed through you.” Undercover video exposes GOP Sen. Murkowski on SAVE Act And finally, liberal Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska stood on the Senate floor and painted a grim picture of the supposed damage the SAVE America Act , or the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, would do in her home state. This is the bill that would ensure that American citizens — and only American citizens — should decide American elections. It would simply require: A valid ID before registering to vote in a federal election. Proof of citizenship. No Mail-in Ballots (except for illness, disability, military, or travel). Listen to Senator Murkowski’s claim. MURKOWSKI: “What we're talking about right now is just the registration to vote. So, you're in Unalaska -- say you're a fisherman or a teacher -- the flight to Anchorage , because this is where you're going to have to go -- you're going to have to go into Anchorage: 800 air miles, $1,100 per seat, if you can maybe get on a charter.” James O’Keefe , an undercover journalist with the O’Keefe Media Group and the Justice League , flew to Unalaska to find out firsthand if Senator Murkowski’s claim was true. O'KEEFE: “I'm James O'Keefe , and I'm in the middle of absolutely nowhere, about 800 miles off the coast of Alaska, on a remote island in the Aleutian Islands . “Now, Senator Lisa Murkowski says that one of the reasons she's not going to pass the SAVE Act is because of people that live here on this island of Unalaska . “Senator Murkowski saying if the SAVE Act passes, online registration goes away, and the residents here, the few thousand people that live here, are going to have to fly 800 miles and spend thousands of dollars to go to Anchorage to take care of their business. “But all the people we spoke with here, they all said that that's wrong, including the post office, the library, the city clerk, the DMV. We didn't know there was a DMV here. Everyone we spoke to here said they're able to register to vote here. They're able to prove citizenship by going to the library. “So, Senator Murkowski says, ‘If you're a fisherman in Unalaska, the closest election office is 800 miles away; it would cost $1,500. You would also need a hotel, cabs, and food while in Anchorage. But the librarian just told us differently.” Here is the portion of the undercover investigation with a female undercover agent, who accompanied O’Keefe, to the library in Unalaska. ( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Adam McManus Nigerian Christian farmers are being targeted by Fulani Muslims For many Christian farmers in the Plateau State of Nigeria , traveling to their own farms has become dangerous, reports International Christian Concern . Some have stopped going altogether. Others now move in groups, hoping that numbers will offer some protection. But for families who depend on agriculture for survival, abandoning their land is not an easy choice. The fear has grown following a series of attacks by armed men suspected to be Fulani Muslim militias which have targeted farmers traveling to and from their fields. On July 30, according to Christian leader Joseph Yonkpa, 60-year-old Christian farmer Bulus Turu was “attacked and macheted while returning from his farm.” At least 27 people have been killed in ambushes, many of whom were Christian farmers traveling to their farms. Yohana Boh, a community leader, said, “We received early warning, but the Nigerian Army ignored it. We can’t sleep. We can’t farm. Flash flood in Nepal killed 360 The deadly flash flood in Nepal on August 26th has killed 360 people and left 1,400 missing including 90 Americans, reports Weather.com . The flood was likely caused by a huge chunk of a glacier that broke off and temporarily dammed a river. That may have led to the backed-up water surging downstream with enormous force a few hours later. In fact, water levels in rivers across the flood-affected region rose by as much as 29.5 feet in 30 minutes. The U.S. State Department said it is not aware of any U.S. deaths, but three Americans have been rescued. Hundreds have lost their homes across the Himalayan region , and officials reported large-scale damage to critical infrastructure, including hydropower dams, roads, buildings and bridges in the region. US Patriot missile stocks in Europe are ‘beyond critical’ due to Iran war An unnamed U.S. defense official in Europe and an unnamed NATO official told the Associated Press that the U.S. military is experiencing a “beyond critical” shortage of advanced missile interceptors in Europe largely driven by President Donald Trump’s war with Iran . This raises concerns about vulnerabilities in NATO countries to a potential Russian attack . The U.S. defense official said the most concerning shortfall involves Patriot missile interceptors, which can shoot down Russia’s high-speed ballistic missiles. The NATO official confirmed the low inventories of Patriots among American and NATO forces in Europe. President Trump renames Lake Ontario to Lake America On August 27th, President Donald Trump said he is renaming Lake Ontario to be known as “ Lake America ” in the United States as he escalates his trade war with Canada, reports the Associated Press . The president signed an executive order directing the Interior Department to update the lake’s name in the U.S. geographic naming service. Girl Scouts promotes Islam The Girl Scouts organization in America already has plunged neck-deep into transgenderism and abortion, with ideologies that support such leftist agendas. Now, the group is jumping into Islam , reports WorldNetDaily.com . An online report confirmed the Girls Scouts are offering "badges" that are earned by little girls when they visit mosques and learn the " Pillars of Islam ." Not surprisingly, social media commenters were outraged. Turning Point USA, founded by Charlie Kirk, tweeted , “Nothing says Girl Scouts of AMERICA like learning the pillars of Islam.” And another wrote , “Never buy Girl Scout cookies again.” According to a new investigation by Natalie Winters , the White House correspondent for Steve Bannon’s War Room , she documented that , "Girl Scout troops across the U.S. are incorporating Islamic religious instruction, prayer and activities, [like wearing the hijab head covering and participating in the Ramadan fast ] into scouting programs.” Winters reported, "Girl Scouts Heart of Central California knew about the Sacramento Area League of Associated Muslims’ religious integration years earlier. The council's 2009 annual report said that four troops with 30 girls began … [incorporating] Girl Scouting into the mosque's youth programming. It highlighted a Ramadan sleepover involving fasting and girls 'praying through the night.'" The examples appear to involve individual troops and local councils rather than a nationwide requirement imposed on all Girl Scouts. However, there is a "nationwide pattern of Girl Scout troops based at mosques incorporating Islamic prayer, Quranic instruction, and lessons on hijab into activities conducted under the Girl Scouts banner." In Exodus 20:3, God said, “You shall have no other gods before Me.” And, to be sure, Allah, the Islamic god, is not the one true God. Mom banned from school after protesting push of sexual perversion And finally, an Oregon mother is suing Portland Public Schools for banning her from her children’s elementary school for protesting its promotion of homosexual transgender “pride,” reports LifeSiteNews.com . The Oregonian reports that Allison Roberts, who has two children at Meriwether Lewis Elementary School , took issue with benches painted with “ Intersex -Inclusive Progress Pride” rainbow designs. She also objected to an assignment in which one of her kids was tasked with filling out an “identity flower” exercise including gender. After a meeting with school officials to discuss her concerns, she began distributing letters about the situation outside the school, leading to a “heated exchange” with one parent. That led to a one-year trespass order keeping her off the grounds ostensibly for “threatening and intimidating members of the school community” with “harmful, unlawful and/or disruptive behavior.” As a result, Roberts was forced to miss one of her children’s graduations from elementary school. Now, she is suing to reverse the trespass order and secure her rights to engage in free speech about her children’s education. Mrs. Roberts should prayerfully consider pulling her children out of the pro-perversion government schools and homeschool them instead. Displaced people were sheltering in the building of Church of the Ark of the New Covenant. The evangelical church is located near Haiti's capital, Port-au-Prince . Up to 90 percent of the area is controlled by gangs. The gang members killed 47 people and injured another 22 people. Please pray for Christians in Haiti who face much of the widespread gang violence in the country. In John 10:10, Jesus said, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” Germany first country to display Muslim prayer times on official signs Evangelical Focus reports a German town became the first in the country to display Muslim prayer times on its official signs. The municipality of Penzberg previously listed Sunday service times for the Catholic and Lutheran parishes in town. Signage now includes prayer times for the local mosque established in 1990. Muslims with a migrant background make up about eight percent of Germany’s population, up from five percent in 2016. New U.S. economic sanctions against Iran The Trump administration announced aggressive economic sanctions against Iran on Monday. Operation Economic Outcast aims to cut Iran’s financial connections with the rest of the world. The sanctions will also affect any country doing business with the regime. That if they facilitate transactions and are part of the ecosystem that turns Iranian oil into money, into repression, they will be targeted.” Facebook/Instagram pay $18 billion over addictive algorithms for kids Meta Platforms agreed to pay up to $18 billion over the next decade in a settlement announced yesterday. Nearly every U.S. state accused the social media company of designing its platforms to be addictive to children. The tech giant is being held accountable for the role its platforms played in undermining children’s mental health. These platforms include Facebook and Instagram. California will get the largest sum of $1.5 billion, but several other states will still collect hundreds of millions of dollars each over the decade. The money will be used to pay for legal fees, mental health care for children, after-school programs, and education about the risks of social media use. According to the Associated Press , Meta will eliminate push notifications during weekday school hours and bring in “robust” age-assurance measures and “age-appropriate” content controls to prevent bullying and harmful material about eating disorders and self-harm. The case also argued that Meta violated federal laws by routinely collecting data on children under 13 without their parents’ consent. As part of the settlement, Meta agreed to limit teenagers’ use of Instagram and Facebook to a couple of hours a day. 1,235 assisted suicide deaths in California last year The state of California reported 1,235 assisted suicide deaths last year. The death toll is up nearly 150 percent over the past five years. The California End of Life Option Act allows adults, expected to live six months or less, to obtain life-ending drugs. The state has authorized the deaths of at least 6,758 people since the law went into effect in 2016. 3 California homeschoolers sue over prohibition from participation Three homeschool families petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court last week after California excluded them from a state program. Some of California’s tuition-free charter schools allow homeschool academy programs. However, families cannot use state funds from these charter schools for religious curriculum. In one case, the state rejected a grammar exercise simply because it used the sentence: “God sends the rain to help plants grow.” Acts 14:17 says God “did not leave Himself without witness, in that He did good, gave us rain from Heaven and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.” Protestant churches are multigenerational Most Protestant churches report being multigenerational . A survey from Lifeway Research found 91 percent of churchgoers agree their church has a good number of active members from all generations. Seventy-eight percent of pastors also agree. Being multigenerational was more frequently reported by pastors of larger churches, younger pastors, and evangelical pastors. So, my grandpa pastored this little church called the House of Prayer. He was a very positive, uplifting person. And I learned to love Jesus, and learned that Jesus loved me when I was a little bitty kid. “And all those things that Mama used to say, you know, that through God all things are possible. I kept all those things kind of tucked away into my subconscious mind and in my heart. And those are the things that have helped me through the years. I never do anything that I don't pray about it, and I always ask God to lead me and to show me and direct me into what I'm doing.” She was married to her husband Carl Thomas Dean for nearly 60 years until his death in 2025. As a philanthropist, Parton supported children’s literacy and medical research. Sadly, she was also known as an advocate for unbiblical causes like homosexual behavior and faux homosexual marriage. Appearing with Larry King , she defended homosexuality. KING: “Didn't you recently, though, throw support to the [Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender] community?” PARTON: “Oh, I've always encouraged, not encouraged. They've made me the poster child I think only because I'm so outspoken as far as just being accepting of people in general. “I do not believe that we should criticize and judge other people. I think we should be accepting and loving. We are all God's children. I keep saying, ‘Well, if you're the fine Christian that you think you are, why are you judging people? That's God's job. We're not God. We're not judges.’ You know, we're supposed to love one another. We're supposed to not judge. “If you're gay, you're gay. If you're straight, you're straight. And you should be allowed to be, you know, how how you are and who you are.” In 2024, Ericka Andersen wrote a column for The Federalist entitled “ There’s nothing loving about Dolly Parton’s false gospel .” She argued that, “Parton’s version of love, which includes condoning immoral sexual behavior is unaligned with God’s vision for humanity. I understand wanting to avoid the avalanche of criticism, but calling sin out by name isn’t judgment. It’s adhering to Scripture. “She’s right that all should be treated with love and kindness, but when we refuse to label sin a sin, we’re doing more harm than good. Ibrahim told Morning Star News , “I will continue serving [God] and making others know Him because of the everlasting life and the joy of knowing Christ.” Somalia is ranked second on the Open Doors’ World Watch List of the most dangerous countries worldwide to be a Christian. YouVersion leaders met in Mexico City last week to partner with churches and ministries. Among Latin American countries, Mexico and Colombia have some of the highest levels of Bible app usage. YouVersion CEO Bobby Gruenewald told Christian Daily International , “It took us 17 years to reach the first 1 billion devices. We believe the next billion will come in the next five years. There is a hunger for the Word of God at a global level.” 2 Timothy 3:16 says, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness.” Update on Trump’s border wall The Trump administration is continuing to build the wall on the U.S.-Mexico border . The New American reported , “According to data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, as of mid-August 2026, about 365 miles of primary border wall, 58 miles of replacement border wall, and 423 miles of secondary border wall either are now under construction or have been completed since U.S. President Donald Trump took office in January 2025.” The Trump administration is seeking to build or finish 1,200 new miles of wall, as well as hundreds more miles of vehicle barriers and replacement wall. Funding for the continued border project mostly comes from Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act , passed in 2025. President Trump rejected trans ideology and affirmed parental rights President Donald Trump addressed education at the White House on Monday as many students return to school this week. It allowed teachers like Martin Luther to easily spread their writings on the Bible. At the time of his death, the founder of Islam had nine wives . Dedi Saputra was falsely accused of “hostility, hatred or incitement” with a “potential of causing unrest.” Like Dedi, the Apostle Paul ran into troubles along the way as well. In Acts 17:4-5, Luke writes, “And some of them [in Thessalonica ] were persuaded; and a great multitude of the devout Greeks, and not a few of the leading women, joined Paul and Silas . “But the Jews who were not persuaded, becoming envious, took some of the evil men from the marketplace, and gathering a mob, set all the city in an uproar.” Surrogate mother speaks up for choosing life Baby Gabriel, the child in the middle of a massive rent-a-womb controversy, has survived his first heart surgery since being born two weeks ago. The child’s surrogate mother, McKenna West , refused to abort him despite being sued by his biological parents, Nausheen Gilkar and Omar Ahmed. However, Baby Gabriel is now in the custody of the very parents who sought to have him killed! In the New York Post, Miss West wrote, “No woman should be forced to kill the baby inside her. Most importantly, every child deserves a chance to live. As a cardiac nurse, I knew this little one had a great shot at survival if given the opportunity to receive the necessary treatment. “After I communicated to the contracting couple that I could not end this baby’s life, their lawyer, and my own former lawyer, sent me letters threatening six-figure penalties if I didn’t comply with their demand to terminate. The White House has announced that the U.S. will impose 50% tariffs on certain Canadian products like vehicles and steel imports. And now, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney says Canada will “hit back.” Here’s what Carney said in a press conference on Saturday : “You’re at war when you’re attacked, and we got attacked.” He added this. No more!!!” United States to buy back its own bonds to lower inflation U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced that the federal government will be buying back its own bonds in an effort to rein in inflation and reduce the interest on the bonds, reports CNBC . That means that the government will use its $1 trillion checking account -- which happens to be borrowed money to begin with -- to buy its long-term bonds, in an artificial attempt to reduce interest rates. U.S. debt topped $40 trillion The United States federal debt topped $40 trillion last week, reports CBS News . (Check out the eye-opening website www.USDebtClock.org ) The market responded. According to Fortune Magazine , gold is back up to $4,650 an ounce and silver is scraping $70 an ounce. Condo prices sinking Condo prices are sinking like a rock in 33 major city markets including in Florida, California, Texas, Colorado, and Washington state. Wolf Street estimates a 29% average drop since the 2022 peak. Add inflation into that and that’s a 38% drop in condominium prices. Condo prices can signal housing stress before the rest of the market collapses. Divorce rate up for those over 55 U.S. divorce rates are way up for people older than 55 years of age. In fact, they’ve doubled since 1990. And, among those over 65, the divorce rate has increase five-fold since 1990. A recent Bowling Green University study found that the 50+ crowd now accounts for nearly 40% of all people getting divorced. That was only 8% in 1990. 2032 is Social security depletion date The Social Security depletion date has moved up another three months , now targeted for 2032. The ratio of workers paying into Social Security per retiree has plummeted from more than 5-to-1 in 1960 to 2.9-to-1 today. Mel Gibson to release Resurrection movies in 2027 Film producer and director Mel Gibson is wrapping up a 10-year project — a production of the sequel for The Passion of the Christ . The project is slated to be released as a two-part series on the Resurrection sometime in March and May next year — Good Friday and Ascension Day on the Christian calendar. CBS News reported that some water systems lost pressure, while others lost their remote-control capabilities. According to officials, no drinking water has been directly affected. Water hackers have been linked to Iran and China .

( Adam@TheWorldview.com ) By Adam McManus Urge Chinese ambassador to allow Chinese pastor to come to U.S. ChinaAid, an international group supporting persecuted Christians inside China, has launched a petition and advocacy campaign to bring Pastor John Cao back to his home in the U.S, reports International Christian Concern . Pastor John has been imprisoned in China for seven years for his missionary work on the China-Myanmar border , helping establish 16 schools that serve thousands of local children and families. While he was “released” in 2024, he is still blocked from returning to the United States, where his wife and sons -- all of whom are American citizens -- live. To make matters worse, Pastor John now has advanced prostate cancer , and his situation is even more critical. ChinaAid’s campaign and petition, which I’ve signed, call for Pastor John’s immediate release, particularly urging President Donald Trump to personally raise his situation in his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping on September 24th. Write a polite and urgent 4-sentence note to the Chinese Ambassador to America, Xie Feng , urging him to persuade Chinese President Jinping to release Pastor John Cao so he can reunite with his wife and children here in America. Wolves in White Coats: How doctors profited from “gender medicine” Appearing on Epoch TV , Admiral Brian Christine , who serves as the Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary, discussed a disturbing new report entitled “ Wolves in White Coats: How Doctors and Hospitals Pushed and Profited from the Fraud of so-called ‘Gender Medicine .’” He laid significant blame on the Biden administration and his predecessor, a man born Richard Levine in 1957, who pretended to be a woman named “Rachel.” CHRISTINE: “The gender ideology pushed on the American people, and these unfortunate children, by the Biden administration, the last administration, and by my predecessor ‘Rachel’ Levine, he really pushed gender ideology on the country and even suggested removing age limitations on performing mutilating surgeries or castrating chemicals.” Admiral Christine defined what a sex-rejecting procedure was. CHRISTINE: “Sex rejecting procedures: What we mean is either castrating chemicals, cross-sex hormones, or even surgeries to change the external appearance of the body. These mutilating surgeries that don't do anything to change gender, but radically change the appearance of the body, and can certainly have complications along the way.” He revealed the alarming number of surgeries that were tragically performed on confused minors. CHRISTINE: “From 2019 up to 2023, $120 million spent on sex-rejecting procedures in this country. Over 5,500 surgeries, sex-rejecting surgeries on minors.” Not surprisingly, fraud abounded. CHRISTINE: “There was $11 million billed for ‘precocious’ puberty in kids who were 13 to 17 years old. That's not precocious puberty. That's just puberty!” The financial incentive for the ethically-challenged doctors is obvious. CHRISTINE: “If you take a child who has gender dysphoria and you get them to agree to sex-rejecting procedures, you've created a patient for life. So, there can be a tremendous financial incentive for these practitioners and these clinics to have these patients who come back again and again and again.” Psalm 82:4 says, “Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.” ‘Influencer’ tries to justify her 26-week abortion A social media fitness and lifestyle influencer in Australia with 480,000 followers, named Danielle Mitchell , has publicly documented the details of her abortion at 26 weeks after discovering her baby had severe defects and might have died before birth, reports LifeSiteNews.com . MITCHELL: “We had our fetal medicine growth scan today. And they also had our results for the amnio[centesis], the chromosomal abnormalities, and some new findings on her brain, being that she won't survive.” She went viral for sharing a video on X in which she explains that she had scheduled an abortion. Oddly enough, she entitled it, “Our sweet baby girl goes to sleep with the angels today at 26 weeks.” Through tears, she said this. MITCHELL: “I feel like I’m at peace with my decision. I didn’t know how late-term terminations work. “You lay on a bed, awake, and they have doctors and midwives in the room. Under ultrasound, [they put] a needle into the baby’s heart, and inject it to stop it from beating. And then you slowly feel all the movements stop from the baby. No more kicks. Get sent home for another 24 hours, back up to the hospital, and they induce you, and give birth to a sleeping baby.” Mitchell became extremely emotional, saying that she needed to “let out” the grief before she explained to her young daughter that her baby would not be here anymore. MITCHELL: “Baby sister is gonna go live in the clouds today with Nanny Sandy. Okay?” DAUGHTER: “I love you.” MITCHELL: “I love you too, baby. Cuddle?” DAUGHTER: (giggles) On X, Mitchell’s video of herself explaining the abortion was shared without the context of the child’s condition. She was lambasted there in a flurry of outrage, while on her Instagram page she was met with more sympathy by followers who perceived that she felt she had “no choice” and was sparing her baby suffering overall. Some social media users pointed out that the diagnoses and prognoses of doctors for unborn children are frequently false. LifeSiteNews noted, “A high likelihood that a baby will not survive birth is never a justification for the direct killing of innocent life.” In response, veteran pro-life activist Frank Pavone shared a prayer for women considering abortion , and for the protection of unborn children. He wrote, “Dear Lord, send Your heavenly angels to women thinking about abortion. Protect their unborn children, soften the hearts of their parents, and open their eyes to the truth that abortion takes an innocent human life. Amen.” Young brothers address science and the Bible And finally, Beau, age 11, and Gray Reusch, age 8, are young brothers who have gone viral on social media for creating Christian faith and apologetics content through their family’s brand, Armor Up Kids .
